1) When I came to pick up my clothes, a shirt was missing. I had to call them and have it tracked down, so it’s a good thing I noticed. They neither comped nor discounted the price. 2) About 7 weeks later I was told my stuff would be ready «Tuesday after 5». I showed up only to find out they decided to close early that day without any notification. 3) I had a work uniform (top only) cleaned there and my receipt was marked: «Other– 30 $». Strike 3 Vienna. However the ladies who work there were always cordial.

I’m a huge fan of this place. I go here once per week and have done for a year or so now. The ladies that run the place are very helpful, polite and just very nice in general.

So unfortunately my cat peed on my brand new comforter that I bought right after moving into my new place. I brought it to this place since I used to live in the area. I got it back and it appeared to be cleaned great with no smell but as I pulled the comforter out of the bag I noticed it was not mine. I called and explained my situation and everyone was very nice and handed me over to the manager Cindy. I work in Loss prevention so I understand the need to look into things of course to make sure I was not lying because I’m also used to people trying to scam companies just to save a penny. This was not the case in my situation and Cindy was very nice and helpful. I give this place 4 stars only for losing my comforter but good customer service when it counts.

I’ve been going here for the last 2 years, and have only gotten dry cleaning down on suits/​shirts/​ties etc. and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. They have been friendly, prices are reasonable, and they always have it done within a day or two. After reading the other reviews, I’d say proceed with caution, but for simple stuff, they do a great job.

I have updated my review because they helped me fix my troubles.
I had a pair of pants that I needed to be hemmed so I called and asked for a quote on the work. The lady told me it was usually between 5 and 8 dollars and that it takes 7 – 10 days for the turnaround. This was on par with the other places I called and the shop is right next to a coffee shop I frequent so I went ahead and dropped them off.
The lady gave me a tag and told me she would call me when they came back from the tailor.
18 days later I still hadn’t heard from the cleaners so I popped in to see if they were ready. They were and the price was now 12 dollars. I told the gal that I was quoted a price that was less, and she told me that the price was right and that she didn’t know why I was quoted that price.
I’m adding stars to my review because of the good customer service I got from the owner.
I spoke with her about my situation and resolved my problem. That is all one can ask for in a business.

WARNING DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR CLOTHES TO SHRINK AND BE UNWEARABLE!
I used them a few times to have things pressed and there was no issue there. However, I used them to wash a bunch of my other clothes and I was in utter disbelief. I probably had at least $ 500-​$ 750 worth of clothes that were ruined because of their washing and drying service. I asked them specifically when I dropped off the clothes if they needed to be sorted into delicates and others and they said, «no we look at each tag specifically when washing/​drying and follow the instructions».
Fast forward to picking up these clothes and having my shirts that were Large or XL turn into Small or Mediums. Most of my polos that were washed now come up to my belly and are almost sleveless. Pretty terrible. My button up shirts cant even button.
I had always been afraid to use a cleaner like this. It is just too bad that this place has ZERO integrity. I tried calling once and basically was told, «screw off».
I ended up having to move out of Denver very recently and was just unpacking my clothes only to find more ruined. I HAD to write a review so other people don’t have the same problem I did. This is my first Unilocal review ever and I hope people pay attention to this review. I would give them 0 stars if that was allowed.

Do NOT go here!!! They ruined a blouse of mine, and I dropped it off for the manager to look at since she was not in that day. She called me back about a week after (after I was told that she would call me the next day) and basically was saying there was nothing she could do about the shirt. All I said was it would be nice if you had a little remorse about ruining my shirt. She then raised her voice and said she did not like my [explicit] attitude and hung up on me! My husband and I went there quite frequently but will now be going somewhere else! I can’t believe they can treat and say that to their customers!

I’ll tell you what, I’ve been using these guys for the past 6 months and NEVER had an issue. Their prices are very reasonable and my clothes are always ready on time. The girls who work there are friendly enough and I can just drop my clothes in my dry cleaning bag have it returned in a couple days.
I’m not sure what more you could ask from a dry cleaner especially because it’s mere step from my apartment.

I had a similar experience to negative review above. I left them a cashmere sweater to clean, and they put a hole in it. I showed it to them, and they told me that I had to assume the risk for such an eventuality. I resisted, and they finally relented. The owner was exceptionally rude, hostile, and generally unpleasant. She did come up with about a third of what the sweater was worth. I haven’t been back there since. As a side note, the employees are really sweet, even if they listen to bad country tunes.

I have only used their services a few times, but it’s a decent place to get dry-​cleaning. I had a stain on a skirt which was hard to get out, and they offered to run it through again for free. It did come out after the second time. Now I no longer look like a slob when I wear this skirt. Next time, I will pour ink on a skirt and see how they do…
