I have been renting a property from Pater since June. Terry found me a wonderful place and it has been a pleasure living here. Today I had my first issue with no hot water because the excessive snow and wind caused the pilot to go out. I reported it at 9am and it was fixed by noon. The entire staff (Especially Stephanie) is awesome! I absolutely recommend Pater Real Estate.

Pat, Terry and their team are incredible.
The property I rented was immaculate and several times a year Pat and Terry reinvested in making it a great place to live. They exposed classic victorian floors… put out flowers and seasonal decorations… and every day the walk to the car was clear even after the worst snow storm.
Pat is meticulous in keeping the grounds and property up.
When I needed a bit of maintenance help… the staff was there within the hour.
Big thumbs up.
