Reading the previous reviews I’m surprised. I’ve lived her for over 3 years. My building is quite and the people are polite. Anytime I’ve had to call for maintenance they are there promptly. The first year I was here the plowing was pretty crappy but the last 2 years the new company they hired is on top of things. The only thing is that they walkways could be shoveled better and and less salt used, as there is a high dog population here. My dog cries when stepping on it. The rent does go up every year no matter what which sucks. But if you want to live in Derry and have a dog and don’t want to live in the ghetto the price is right.

Horrible place to live!!! Do not move here. Management is horrible. It is a slum. Truck was towed twice for no reason whatsoever and car was stolen. Very loud and reeks of smoke.

I’ve lived at the Fairways for over a year now and can’t wait for my lease to be up. My 750 sq ft one bedroom is over $ 1000 a month, I was also informed that rent goes up 4% a year no matter what. No consideration for always paying your rent on time or not being a nuisance. In the winter the snow removal and salting of the walkways is dismal at best.

The Fairways as presented to a potential resident is a wonderful place with great amenities and well maintained apartments. The Fairways as experienced by current resident is a poorly maintained, poorly managed apartment complex with the constant smell of intense cigarette and pot smoke in the common areas that eventually finds it’s way into my apartment through the front door and the vacuum port in the wall. Neighbors who urinate off their balcony during parties right onto the plants on my balcony. My car was keyed shortly after moving in. They hire a money grubbing bunch of losers(Recovery Solutions) to tow away vehicles, including those of legitimate residents who may have just moved in and not recieved a parking sticker by the slow to act office staff. The fairways has set the price to get a vehicle back from recovery solutions that is over $ 200.00. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I regret ever moving into this slummy complex.
