I have only gotten food from here via online ordering. I have ordered twice already. I try to order the same food but I swear, I get something different each time. For example, I ordered a chicken chow mein twice on separate occasions and I have never gotten the noodles. I re-​read the description of what a chicken chow mein is supposed to have –crispy noodles and rice (it says on the online menu). But for some reason, I never get the «noodles» part. I just get some veggie chicken mix. I do not know if I find this cool because I was relying on consistency. I never complain though because usually when I get food from here, it is out of desperation as I am really hungry. Each time I do an online delivery, it takes them 1 hour (at least sometimes 1.5) to get to my door. I think my location is probably just too far from them as I live near Des Moines University.
The food is good and flavorful although somewhat too salty for my taste buds. I get headaches each time I eat it. Oh! You can also leave tip online with your credit card payment. I try to leave at least 15−20% of my total bill along with $ 2.00 delivery charge. So I doubt the restaurant is totally messing my order on purpose. I don’t really know.
I would still order from this place as I like food delivered right to my door. Plus, who knows, maybe after the nth time, I will eventually get some noodles with my order.

I have ordered from Cheng’s before and my ordered is usually screwed up. So why do I order again? Well the entrees are pretty good.
But they routinely forget the little things like requested: hot sauce, chop sticks or mustard.
This time they really blew it. I ordered fried dumplings and they sent Crab Rangoon instead. How do you screw that up?
After the food was delivered and I noticed the mistake, I immediately I called to ask them to send me the dumplings and they told me it would be another hour beyond the hour that I just waited for the rest of my food. I asked if a dish washer or someone could bring them or for a refund. Instead and was told that they would give me 10% off of my next order ($ 2.00 benefit vs $ 5.00 loss. WTH?)
I told them to send the dumplings or the refund or I would write this review. They called me back and accused me of ordering the Rangoon. I HATE Crab Rangoon and would NEVER order it. Besides, she read back my order to me when she took it. At the end of the day, they called me back twice more but never offered anything beyond the dumplings in an hour or the lame discount on my next order. I’m done with this place!

Food is great and service was fast for delivery. They quoted 45 minutes but arrived in 15 and was hot and fresh!

I got to admit, I love this place! It has quickly become my go to for Chinese Delivery! For multiple reasons!
The delivery is fast, the food is great! And the delivery drivers are always positive and kind! They sometimes throw in extras as well!
I love the tofu here, It’s fried to perfection, and has a great flavor! The sauce is good, and they don’t over due it! The veggies always taste fresh and the portion sizes are very good for the price!
There is only a 10 dollar limit for delivery so, you don’t need to by way more then you need just to get delivery!
The menu is quite large! But I can only speak for Vegan dishes that I have tried! They were all fantastic though! They also have some American delights like French Fries! Which we have ordered before and they were great as well.
All and all if you don’t feel like cooking but are hungry, make the call!
