Walmart Supercenter

The store was clean, employees friendly and helpful and the produce section looked great! The pharmacy was so slow that I pulled an «Easy Rider» and went to the deli for meat, cheese and bread, bagged peppers from produce, jug of water from grocery, camped out on the pharmacy bench, made a sandwich drank the water and had a picnic. No lie! I even had time to go back to the deli for dessert. Of course I paid for everything, unlike the movie. Next time I might just phone for pizza delivery instead.

I love this Walmart it Clean and people friendly. The bad thing about this places is the line be too long when I come to get things in store. But over all it is a nice places to come and shopping.

Stays crowded. It’s clean but at times staff has not been friendly and I have had some customer service issues big time. On 10÷7÷13 — ordered a product on line so I could pick up at the store. I figured it should be very easy being that I paid for it and all I needed to do was pick it up and show my id. NOT! I get there, the customer service associate did not acknowledge me. He continued to pack up a box and tape it down and enter his sku info in the system before addressing me the customer. Finally when he did address me he looks up my order in the computer and proceeds to tell me that I can not pick up my order because I am not on the alternate pick up list. I showed him all the document, emails and everything to prove I was approved. and he kept disputing me. Finally he goes to the back and pulls the order and it has my husband and my name on it,. He never apologizes for the confusion or anything. I was pissed off at the point and had to take it to another level because that was ridiculous.

save your time and money

Store is always clean and organized. Greeters and everyone else in the store always appear to be enjoying their work. Seldom have the occasion to see someone working there without a smile.
My single suggestion is to GET MORE HELP IN THE PHARMACY! You may take this as additional help or different help. This is the only area of the store that appears to be lacking something. The pharmacy service is slow. When calling in to check on a prescription, get ready to be spoken to rudely and/​or left on hold indefinitely. On the flip side, when you physically visit the pharmacy, everyone is nice and pleasant. Wierd.
