The Vapor Master

I live in FWB, so I went to every vape shop in this area before finally contacting The Vapor Master. It took a good whack at my health and my wallet for me to break down and make the dreaded trip to Destin.
I spent four months being lied to, taken advantage of, and spending countless amounts of money on useless hardware and bad juice. When my health started suffering I recalled reading a few reviews about The Vapor Master and how all these people were saying how clean this guys juice was. To me all e-​juice was created equal and this «clean juice» was a sale tactic.
After being so ill that I couldn’t vape for a week I was considering giving up altogether. Instead I thought I’d give it one more go so I contacted Tony and explained my entire situation and it was immediately apparent that he knew his stuff. In all of the shops I’ve been to in this area, no one can match his knowledge. Everything he said made total sense and was in PLAIN English. There was no gimmick.
He invited me to come to the store as he was confident that he could help me. I went in, and it was the most relaxed environment. There were people coming in from all kinds of different backgrounds and everyone was so laid back and relaxed. Most of the other vape shops seem to have a certain genre they appeal to. Not so here, as soon as you walk in the door you are welcome and the customers are just as awesome as Tony and his employees. We were so comfortable we stayed for four hours. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in any store for four hours. EVER. It’s what most vape shops claim to be about but can only dream of.
James was awesome! He was so patient. I did not feel rushed or like I was being labeled a «juice hog», he let me try an array of flavors while I chatted with other customers, and even entertained my son for two hours playing chess while Tony explained a large part of the science behind e-​juice and how it SHOULD be made. Fortunately, I learned that all e-​juices are NOT created equal.
All of the vape shops around town are «kid-​friendly» as far as allowing kids in the store but these guys define kid-​friendly, everyone interacted with him and he felt included. He now loves the place so much he keeps asking me when we are going back. He got a real kick out of Jamie too, he was talking about her for two days after our last visit :)
I cannot say enough about how awesome these people are and for the sake of not sounding like an absolute fanatic (possibly borderline). I will just say that it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I can’t remember the last time I’ve experienced this level of customer service, if ever. I am telling everyone and anyone that will listen and hopefully whoever reads this, don’t waste your time, money, or energy anywhere else, especially when it comes to those who are new to vaping.
My original thought was that it was such a long, hot, miserable, tourist-​traffic-​filled-​hell to charter through. Now I will sit in that hell for five hours solid if it means getting juice that I know I can trust. Beats sitting in an ER for five hours. It has now been a week and a half of nothing but their juice and zero problems.

Great customer service. New to vaping and they took the time to explain everything to a newbie. Hooked me up with a nice setup that hits nice and smooth. Love it and will back soon for more flavors.

If I could give them higher than 5 stars I definitely would. Tony and his team give amazing customer service, you can have a good conversation with them, and they always make sure to give detailed answers to any questions you may have. This is the place to go for all your e-​cigarette needs. I have been a loyal customer for almost three years now, and there’s no way I’d ever go anywhere else. They have pretty reasonable prices on their high standard goods. They’ve helped me upgrade 3 times and I’ve loved each new device, with little to no problems. If I ever have a problem such as a manufacturers defect, they always fix it or replace it for me for free. They’re also known to throw in something for free if you spend a good amount of money, just showing customer appreciation. They also have a huge variety of flavors that are made on the spot! Most places already have them pre-​packaged. They’ll help you pick a flavor depending on your taste, and they’ll let you taste test the juices for free so you know exactly what you’re buying! They’ve been working on a beverage bar and I can’t wait to see that when it’s all done. I drive 50 minutes to get my ecig needs filled, and trust me when I say it is worth every mile and penny!

THE best place to educate yourself and get HIGH quality vapor! No sugar added which is especially important for diabetics plus all organic. If only every vapor place would tell you this! Love, love, love and will be ordering by phone for life!

Stopped by this shop on a whim on vacation to pick up some juice. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the juice and service so much just got my first vape mail from them in nor cal, which only took 3 businesses days. If you are in the area I recommend stopping by and checking them out.

The best vape shop in Destin hands down. I have spent about an hour in each store and this is where I ended up! Easily the coolest vibe, and great prices on the box mods! Don’t waste your time elsewhere… You won’t get this type of customer service anywhere else in town. (beginner Vape enthusiast)

I don’t really know where to begin. I’m a three year vaper, I’ve used every kind of device there is to get a satisfying vaping experience. During this time I’ve had an underwhelming experience with other vape shops. Nearly a month ago I called Tony and went in to get a cartomizer while in the area. He gave me a lot of good info and took his time getting me situated, Fortunately I pass through destin on a semi regular basis. My second time in he was able to help me convince myself in buying a rebuildable atomizer, then he modified it for me and made my juice custom for me. They took time to make me happy. Wasn’t sure how I’d adjust to the new atomizer, but it’s strictly heaven!
I’ve never written a Unilocal review, my experience with the vapor master compelled me to author my first review and to open this account. If you are in the area this is your vape shop, The Vaper Master beats all vapor shops I’ve been to including Las Vegas, Austin tx, and Panama City!

Everyone in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. I live in Texas, but they were so professionally oriented that I decided to order my vapor products from them even when I get back home. No one has even offered to take the time to explain the proper way to replace and use the wicks so I appreciated them going the extra mile because they taught me a couple tricks I never knew prior to visiting their shop.

This place is great! After purchasing my vaping accessories from another vape shop in Destin for almost a year, I decided I would check out the new place, Vapor Masters. Very happy that I did! Sampling juices is a pleasure, as you are not limited to only two tastings. And the quantity of and quality of juices is outstanding. The last vape is just as good as the first. The flavor does not fade, it remains the same throughout the entire bottle of juice. Tony and Monty are extremely knowledgeable about all the hardware… batteries, tanks, coils, etc, and will personalize a juice to your taste. Moreover, they are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and take their time to explain the hardware and juice ingredients. Customer service is key in any business, and these guys are the real deal. Prices are comparable, and in many cases less expensive than the other brick and mortar store in Destin, at least for what I purchased. All in all, it is a pleasure to visit this place, and even more of a pleasure to talk with the guys and vape the fantastic juice. To anyone looking for an option for their vaping needs, please stop in and check this place out. I’m glad I did!

There is something about frequenting a local business that «gets it!» I visited The Vapor Master since my regular shop was closed and I was in need of a new battery. There are Vape Shops in the area and then there is THE Vape Shop… and The Vapor Master is the place to be! They have a nice selection of products and by far, the best selection of nic juice on the Emerald Coast! Mary and Monty greeted me warmly and proceeded to give me great information and advice on usage and care of my vape stick, while allowing me to sample an array of amazing flavors. Monty often encouraged me to mix the flavors I liked, while sharing a list of his own culinary juice creations! He truly is a vape mixologist! They have a wide selection of fruit, sweet, and tobacco flavors that are sure to please. This vaping team (led by owner Tony), has the market on several aspects: perfectly blended nic juice that were clean, pure, and utterly scrumptious, a plethora of vaping knowledge, and a knack for making each customer feel like they are that important! So, if you are new to vaping or you are a seasoned vape-​master, you can’t beat the impeccable hospitality, knowledge, and down-​home vaping comadarie than that at The Vapor Master… my new go-​to vape shop!
