quick and personable, asked for a quote and did not get a pitch, just straight numbers.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! This «agent» and her office staff are rude and almost incompetent. They lose information, forget to add new vehicles to your policy weekly, can’t notify you when there is an issue and must have an inability to return phone calls. I’ve tried calling to add a travel trailer to our policy and after 3 weeks, no return call. The office staff can’t seem to follow simple instructions. Don’t even get me started on questions. They can’t answer simple questions without having to call you back after they find the answer. If there’s one thing you do, it’s skip Heidi and her office staff. I wish no stars were an options, because this agent is horrible!!!
