Crystal Clean Cleaners is the worst dry cleaning/​alterations place I have ever been to. I use to bring my dry cleaning here because it was within walking distance. I would always find little stains after a cycle with them so I would have to take it back and have them clean it again. Surprisingly I still went to them after all those stains and weeks of waiting for a few shirts.
I brought a dress in for alterations with hopes to wear to my brother’s birthday in Vegas. I brought it in Monday morning and had the lady fitted the dress to my liking. I asked her if I can pick it up Friday (since I was leaving Saturday) and she said what time? So there it was… on the little slip she gave me, pick up Friday 10am. Come Friday 10am I go into Crystal Clean Cleaners and behold, my dress has been untouched since Monday. She said sorry, can you come back at 4? I’ll admit, I was peeved but I said sure 4pm, and no later. I call in at 3 to ask if I can pick up my dress. I assume it was the same lady I had spoken to earlier that morning because it sounded like she knew what I wanted and who I was. So again, I come back at exactly 4 only to be greeted by another woman. But I didn’t care who it was as long as I got my dress. Sadly, my dress still sat there, untouched. The new lady brought my dress out and said to me, I don’t understand what the other lady wanted me to do with your dress. You can pick it up tomorrow. Now I was pissed. The first lady should have already started on my dress when I came in that morning. My slip said pick up Friday 10am. I called in and it was okay to pick up my dress. Now the lady is telling me Oh we forgot about your dress and crap. So I left and am taking my business elsewhere.
Like I said in the beginning, the WORST cleaners of all time.
