Golden Springs Cleaners

Really love this place, been taking my dry cleaning here for 2 years and never had any issues. I like how they know my name when I walk in and pull up my info on their system without having to ask. They do really good alterations, too, have had them shorten a few pieces that were too long and turned out really nice.

Awesome local cleaners. Glad I found this place when I first moved into Diamond Bar. The ladies running the business are super friendly and quick. Not a second wasted. Pickups are fast. Did an awesome job with the few items I brought in that needed repairs.

This is a dependable place that I trust with my suits, wool sweaters, and other dry clean items. Occasionally, there will be a glitch, but they will work it out. The only thing I’d improve is that if they are unsure about a spot or can’t find an item, they tend to be overly optimistic rather than saying they aren’t sure. I’d rather they be upfront if there is an issue or concern. But, they really do a good job, are very good natured, and care about their customers. I could use a cleaners that is closer to my home in San Dimas, but this is close to my boyfriend’s workplace, and since he recommended it and uses it, it’s easy to just let him take my things and pick them up and bring them over when they are done.

My wife and I are newly wed and we wanted to resell her wedding gown. After searching for a bit, we decided to go check this cleaner out.
Before even talking about cost, I specifically asked them do you think you can clean this gown (pointed to the end of the skirt where my wife had it stepped on one too many time). They confidently answered yes like it was going to be easy. We then was further surprised that it would only cost $ 100.
A month later my wife went to pick up the gown and it was no difference. The end of the skirt still looks the same, dirty as day one when we took it in for cleaning. Let me say that the most important thing is to have the gown cleaned regardless of the cost.
They could charge me 99 cents and I would still NOT go to them if they couldn’t clean it. What’s the point?

What a reliable and conveniently-​located cleaner that I will be frequenting in the future.
The asian lady who works here is sharp and quick; I was in line to pick up a garment I dropped off yesterday and when it was my turn, she had it ready on the counter waiting for me.

excellent and reasonably priced service. i’ve gotten my dry cleaning done here and had some clothes hemmed. i’ve always been happy with the results.

Diamond Bar is such a small city, but I love the fact that everything and everyone is so close… well at least the locals, since all of us grew up with one another. Every time I walk into the cleaners they know me by my first name… Yes, sometimes they get confused with my sister as we supposedly look alike, but that is ok. =]
They always take good care of us as well as the clothes. Even the smallest stains they will get out or even a loose thread that maybe you didn’t even notice. All I know is that they are very good and I would recommend coming here to do your dry cleaning, alterations or even preserve your wedding gown.
Service here is at the top notch and you can’t really go wrong with them as they are very kind and patient with each customer! Woohoo!
*Only thing I would recommend is to not bring your own hanger or the bag to cover the garment as they will trash it and give you a metal hanger and the plastic wrap.

I lived in diamond bar pretty much all my life & i’ve been coming in here with my parents since i was 5 years old (im 21 now). and my oh my has this place grown and expanded into such a great place. I remember when there was no computer and receipts here, everything was written on paper. The 2 ladies here have been there since day and always remember me as my fathers daughter that comes every week for his suits.
Never had a problem here, from fixing my shirts, hemming my work pants, to prepping my prom dresses. I have never gone anywhere else. I love them here. My clothes are always ready on time and prices are very reasonable. You can trust them with all your belongings.

I did have issues with this place at one time, but now love them and trust them with all my needs. Great people, and loving human beings. God bless them forever.

I was so happy about the results that I had to write a review after I came home.
My mom and I came here last week because she needed to alter her pants while I needed to hem & alter the waist of my choir dress. It only costed us $ 25! The lady said that our clothes would be ready in about 5 days.
When we came to pick up our clothes today, I was worried that my dress wouldn’t fit just right. But it was PERFECT! Not only did it look great, but it strangely felt more comfortable than before. There was enough space for me to breathe in air while I sing. She didn’t make it too tight, just as I requested.
So in short:
–service is quick
— cheaper price than most dry cleaners
–the lady is super nice :)
I live in Corona, which is 40 minutes away from here. Although there is dry cleaning service 5 minutes away from my house, I think I’m gonna stick with this place from now on.

I’ve been a customer for over a year! They offer a great service and good rates. They are always accommodating and flexible with requests. I use them for dry cleaning and alterations. They do a great job altering jeans. Also quick turn around time for all services.

LOVE Mrs. Cho!!! She’s the nicest Korean lady I’ve ever known :)
The husband has been coming here since he moved here from Hawaii 11 years ago. As a bachelor, he was too tired to even wash his own undergarments. Moving all his life from Hawaii to LA not that easy, because you’re moving from a paradise to Hell-​A. When he brought all his clothes to Mrs. Cho, including his undergarments, she said «No, you wash these yourself (pointing to his undergarments), you’re young man, you can do this!» Since then, he always goes there. When I met him, I started to bring all my clothes to her, and love it! Very clean, also to do alterations and fix here and there, she’s very good :) :) :)
Their price is pretty affordable too.
