This location is closed while they’re doing some renovations. Just found out this minute. Wish they’d let us know before time I wish Unilocal would let us know when these places are renovating and are not open

This is the second time my order has been wrong… This time I brought it back. The girl asked me where the coleslaw was; wth, I told her to charge me for it; are you going to reimburse me for my time and gas? I will never go back to this place… EVER!!! You go ahead and pay these incompetent kids $ 15.00 an hour, I would close my business before that would happen!

What’s with this location? I keep hoping it will get better in the 2 months between visits, but in the end I am left disappointed. EVERY TIME. I get that it’s not in a high traffic area, but have some dignity.
Issue #1: Gave me crap for adding one item to my order at the window. Seeing as how I was the only car in the drive thru I didn’t see it as an issue. Apparently they did.
Issue #2: The drive thru employee handed me my bag of food and walked away before I had the chance to ask for condiments, God forbid they offer you any. Because everyone loves dry potato wedges and chicken. YUM.
Issue #3: My food was ice cold. The mayonnaise in my sandwich was literally warmer than the chicken I was given. Judging by the nausea I’m experiencing, there’s a solid chance I’ll be suffering from food poisoning.

To the owner of this franchise location: Get with it, or do Diamond Bar a favor and close already. It’s honestly a miracle that your doors are still open.

I didnt expect much from KFC usually greasy fatty chicken, I tried my very 1^st Chicken pot Pie EMM it was good the Crust perfect! the only thing I could say bad was too much Pepper … I dislike Pepper .
Service was quick, Cashier was friendly and Courteous.
I’ll be back.

Just not good. I don’t know if it’s all KFC’s, but the chicken is bland and dry. Each time I end up trying it, since it’s right next to my work place, I end up in regret. My latest was getting the Doublicious sandwich. As I was eating it, I thought… I’d rather have gotten a Mcchicken. At least that would have been cheaper. It all starts with the chicken, but I felt also the bread quality and saucing needed improvement. As far as drive-​thru service — no problems there.

I don’t expect much from KFC. On average, I know what I’m getting. But KFC does have a standard for service, and this one failed it epically.
I went thru the drive-​thru and ordered an 8pc meal with sides. I am heading north, so I planned to pull off and eat along the way. I happened to pull into the 7 Eleven next door to check my meal. The quality of the food, its temperature, even its packing was horrible. To make matters worse, no napkins, no forks.
So I walk inside (btw, I went thru the drive-​thru to avoid this) and I asked for napkins and forks. The counter person recognized me from the 5min earlier. Half jokingly, I asked if they typically gave napkins and forks for meals. She said «no, only when people ask.»
I was so in shock my her answer, I didn’t realize she gave me 5 forks and about an inch worth of napkins.
Way to go franchise owner. You’re training them well. I expect this store won’t be around long, but I won’t stop here again to find out.

Disappointed with the service as the staff was rude and very short when I asked if they accepted American Express. «What KFC have you gone to.?».

Didn’t even have chicken cooked even though everything they have is included with some type of chicken. There weren’t that many people that go to this KFC either is which disappoints me that they don’t have chicken.

Went to KFC and felt so bad we wanted to order the $ 5 box but accidentally ordered the wrong thing. We changed our meal at the window and Jatinder was super helpful and polite in changing our order for us. We will be coming back again. Thank you for a good experience.

Stopped in for lunch last Monday and took advantage of the killer special going on for that day only 2 PC with biscuit and 1 side for just $ 2.99. The legs tasted great so fresh right out of the oven. Tell all your friends and family about this special.

I went to the KFC at 542 N. Diamond Bar Blvd. Ca. I ordered the 10 piece leg and thigh extra crispy bucket with a side of wedge potatoes. The chicken was the absolute worst we have ever had. The chicken was so dry, had old spots in the breading, way to much breading, rock hard skiing due to this not being fresh, disgusting taste and we had to throw it all away. The Wedge Cur fry’s were cooked in very old oil and had the same disgusting taste! How can this be served as fresh as advertised. This was worse then store bough fried chicken a day old.

Lame… Won’t go back now. Disappointing that the cooks do not know how to count and more disappointing that I had to pay 7.62 for a meal that I expected to be larger and to my surprise was shorted 2 bites.
Feeling hungry still

Bought the boneless combo as takeout while driving bit into chicken and found it was not cooked all the way Called and talked to supposedly the manager and when I told her she said hold on I listened to her yelling to someone about my order. Came back and said that she tested the temp with a thermometer and it was cooked all the way. My chicken would have said different not once did she say could you bring it back so I can see or even try to make it right it is clear she didn’t want to hear it My next step is to call KFC corporate and let them know as well as the owner. I will also let everyone I can know about this. It doesn’t deserve even 1 star but won’t let me put 0

The food was what you would expect from KFC.
The wait wasn’t too long in the drive-​thru and the person helping me spoke English clearly.

I decided to try this KFC location because we weren’t a fan of the other location in the Burger King shopping center in Diamond Bar. This location is further than the other one but what the heck. The building looks nicer than the other and when we went inside, we were disappointed that the A/​C wasn’t working. It was a hot day and we were hoping the A/​C would cool us off. Anyways, we had a BOGO free coupon for their 2 piece boneless chicken so it cost me $ 5.44 for both meals which is a plus. The cashier let us know that they were cooking it fresh and that it would be out in five minutes.
Once we got the food, it was extremely hot and took awhile before we could eat it. We both love our food piping hot and were extremely satisfied from the heat of the food. One of the workers checked on us to make sure we were satisfied with the food which we were. I was surprised by it because at fast food locations that I’ve been to, they never come out to check which is another plus.
If we ever crave KFC again, this is the place I’ll be going to. Hopefully, the A/​C will be fixed by then.

I haven’t had KFC for awhile. and this one happens to be close to where I was at the moment… so I decided to give them a try… typical KFC food… I went around dinnertime and there was only about two tables full of people in the whole entire restaurant.
I decided to get my order to go. In and out of there within 5 minutes. Prompt service. Accepted coupons. Plenty of parking. Accepts credit cards.
A thing that I noticed that was different from past time I’ve been to KFC and ordered to go was that they now used reusable containers for the sides. Trying to ‘green’ at times, I find that pretty cool compared to the Styrofoam bowls that they used to use.

Same OK flavor. Not the same ok price. :(

So after bumming around with my boyfriend all day, we come across a commercial for a new KFC sandwich with two pieces of chicken instead of a bun. We weren’t really interested in that but I was craving some grilled hot wings. BF had never had their grilled chicken which I actually think is REALLY good.
So we drove over to this one to go get food for ourselves and for his family. Watching food stuff while bumming around is hunger-​inducing! I was really disappointed to find out that they no longer had the grilled hot wings; those were my favorites! Anyway, we settled for a 10pc original meal with two sides as well as 20 pieces of regular hot wings. Almost $ 40 for the entire thing. Is it just me or is KFC becoming more and more expensive?
Standard chicken flavor but the surprising dish was the coleslaw! This one was freshly made, me thinks. I scarfed that down so quick…
