Went in to get the home button fixed on my iPhone. A simple 30 minute job. He seemed really rushed and after three tries and 2 hours, he still couldn’t fix it. Had to drop it off the next day. But he was really apologetic and even threw in a screen protector when I picked it up. End product is great and the service was too, just wish it didn’t take so long.

My Iphone 4 screen was cracked, and I went to Ray for a replacement. There were some unexpected problems with the replacement procedure that required Ray to send my phone out for an extended period of time. Throughout this entire process, Ray made sure that I always had a phone, and he did his best to make things right. He’s a guy with great character, and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
