Went to this place for an evaluation but… nothing about it gives me a «relaxing» spa feel! The staff was nice but the lack of ambiance did it for me and I didn’t sign up for any treatments :/

Staff is very nice. Wait time is not long. I suggest you make an appointment so they can see you right away. Rooms were clean and it smelled great like aromatherapy. I would definitely come back here.

Found this place through Groupon for a facial. The staff was very friendly but I definitely got what I paid for(glad it wasn’t prepaid); NOFRILLS whatsoever. No gown, no headband, no hot water. The young girl doing my facial didn’t speak but kept hearing her mouth the words to the radio in the waiting area. I kept asking what she was putting on my face. Nothing was explained. She ‘washed’ my face with cold water and small cotton balls– that’s not how to clean a face as an aesthetician. I explain her to attend certain areas of my face but they were alternately ignored. My ‘deep clean, microdermabrasion and chemical peel’ took all of 40 minutes… I don’t know about the other services offered but be cautious. I have had such better experiences at the local beauty school.

If I could give half a star I would. I purchased a groupon for microdermabrasion and chemical peel. I was in the waiting room longer than I was with the lady who does the treatments. She called me in and barely spoke English while my Spanish is horrible. She told me I have acne(which I knew) and then proceeded to make a phone call saying(in Spanish) that she’ll be there soon & she’ll try to hurry my appointment. Next she rubbed off my makeup with a cold napkin, then proceeded to do the«microdermabrasion» which lasted 2 minutes. Then she wiped the chemical peel on my chin & forehead and wiped it off with another cold napkin. Told me I need to make an appointment for a deep facial and said I was done. I am beyond disappointed and I can’t believe the visit only lasted 10 minutes. Probably even less than that. I could’ve sworn I would’ve been there at least 45 minutes at the most. I don’t recommend this place at all and j will be calling the manager soon to let them know exactly how I feel

DONOTBUYGROUPON!!! Worst experience ever! 30 min wait before being seen. Office is not nice. Machines and beds gross. Poor old lady stood up while I was in room for less then 15 min for Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel. I’ve had many of these and this was by far the worst. She cleansed my skin with a cold paper towel!!! Omg it was terrible She had no idea what she was doing! I only bought one session thank god don’t go here save yourself the misery! Also the bottles used for face cleansing, sunscreen, and chem peel in room are in unmarked containers with tape on them stating what it is

This was my first time getting a Microdermabrasion. the place looks clinical, but that is what I was expecting. The physician, Alfred, was amazing, he was caring and very knowledgeable. I will for sure keep coming and wish them nothing but the best. Enrique

All I can say is I wish I would of read reviews before I bought groupon!!! I bought groupon for microdermabrasion and chemical peel for $ 36 I think! Let’s start off by saying the boy that answer the line to book the appointment was nice but he failed to mention they were located in a building that was under construction. Sooo I kept driving around in circles in tons of traffic because I thought the building was abandoned. When I finally get there they had me fill out paperwork which I did quickly but then to had to wait another 15 minutes before they saw me. Then it was a blur it was sooooo rushed!!! The room was not dimmed or relaxing at all the lady told me to lay down right away she never offered me to remove my jacket or offered a blanket she rubbed my make up off so rough then she proceed with microdermabrasion which I’ve done in the past in many places but here it was done so quick she forgot to do my nose I had to tell her to go back and do it then she patted my face with nail acetone and she said it was good for my face I have never heard of that then she did the peel super quick btw I never peeled then she put lotion on my face that smelled like store bought sunscreen. No massage and her phone kept vibrating and she kept looking at her phone like she wanted to leave. The products were so cheap the room was not comfortable and the lady did not want to take her time with me to make it a good experience! I don’t recommend this place to anyone I say just pay 20 bucks more and have a nice experience I think every women is worth it!!! After having a long week at work i was looking forward to this it was such a let down I did not feel pampered at all!!!

Located near the International Mall nestled In a Commercial building, the patron is greeted with a Sense of Medical Sophistication. I bought a groupon for a chemical peel and a Microdermabrasion. They offered me a Physician evaluation which I declined. I was taken into the treatment room which was clean except for the paper covering on the table that was crumpled clearly illustrating that it had not been changed. The Aesthetician was knowledgeable. I decided to add a deep extraction to the process which cost me $ 80 on top of the $ 39 I paid for the Groupon. The Aesthetician did exactly that — she did not use an acceptable extractor, and chose to use her trusting nails and fingers. The steaming/misting process did not last long enough for the proper removal. The Microdermabrasion was a once off– not repeated in pesky areas. The Glycolic peel was 35% and she applied a neutralizer according to the DOH standards. I was not given a facial, and the usual shoulder massage was omitted. I was told my face would peel but after 3 days I had no flaking skin which usually means the treatment was not effective. Overall the Aesthetician was professional, well informed and Knowledgeable. Out of all the Salons I have frequented I would recommend this one. I found the overall appearance of the office to be well layout, and moderately clean.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for Derma Beauty Medical Spa($ 49.00 for 2 chemical peels and microdermabrasion– a $ 540 value). I have used Groupon vouchers many times before for restaurants, massages and different types of facial with wonderful results. The idea is you get the same service at a discount so each visit I purchased would be a $ 270 value. Well the service I received was worth the $ 25 I paid for the voucher not worth $ 270. When I questioned if the microdermabrasion and chemical peel I was receiving was what I could expect when I returned and paid the full price(remember the value for the one visit was $ 270) I was told YES, maybe a facial mask at the end might also be done. Here is what I received for the $ 270 value: – faced washed with a cotton ball soaked in what I hope was a cleanser(imagine applying a toner to your face– maybe 1 – 2 minutes)… I am used to my face being cleaned with a cleanser then gently rinsed off, all the the time the aesthetician is using some sort of facial pads not a small cotton ball – Microdermabrasion performed in 5 – 8 minutes(my past experience has been 15 – 20 min) –Chemical peel applied, 2 different types and the total time was about 5 min(this may be accurate since they have know idea how my skin will react so most chemical peels are started light and then increased based on yr skins reaction(this was satisfactorily performed:) –no mask was applied, only a serum to close my pores and SPF lotion. The whole experience took about 20 – 25 min. My past experience has been a 50 – 60 min and when I leave I feel refreshed and happy. I was very unhappy with my experience and called a few days later to ask the cost to have a Microdermabrasion with chemical peel and was told $ 30(i did not identify myself a Groupon voucher client). Yes my experience was worth $ 30 and I got it at a discount of $ 24.99 but false advertising because it claimed I was purchasing a $ 270 value… WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACE. ON A GOODNOTE: The personnel is very nice and kind but the service was embarrassing:(
