Ashleigh went out of her way to help me! My daughter and I were in Canada for the Womens World Cup. Not an Abby Wambaugh jersey to be found. Soccer 2000 had one, I contacted Ashley via email and we worked out having her send it overnight to Canada. They dropped it at FedEx that day. Thank you for going the extra mile!!!

Stopped in to this store yesterday. The parking lot was empty and I was clearly the only customer that was going to be inside. There were two employees at the counter having the most delightful conversation… they hardly noticed I walked in. After a few minutes of going through several racks of jerseys and not finding what I was looking for, I needed help. These two were still at it and didn’t give me a second of their attention. I was out the door on to another establishment that will be of more assistance to my needs.

This is the second time I have had issues with orders with this store. I ordered Jerseys that I needed on Saturday on Wednesday. The clerk checked stock on the Jerseys and said they were in stock. I asked the clerk if they could be shipped next day air to me, she confirmed that they would be delivered straight to my address. It is now Thursday of the next week and I still have no jerseys. I had to actually contact the store and they told me that the jerseys were sitting at Addidas ready to ship. Why are they sitting at Addidas when they were requested next day air to my address? I have been to the store now three times and all three times the clerk could not seem more disinterested in helping. In fact she acts like she is bothered. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Just visited today and I will be back. Contrary to other reviewers, I found the guy who helped me to be very, well, helpful. The selection in the store was good and they carry larger boot sizes, which is what other soccer and mass sporting goods stores do not.
I didn’t do a lot of price comparisons, but it’s always better to support local business if you can afford to. So I’ll be back and encourage anyone in the area to give it a shot as well!

I am a huge soccer fan and love having a soccer store to shop at. I wish there were more options I drive 20 minutes for this store. Overall this store carries all the major catergories of gear. However, the selections within those catergories are limited but adequate. The employees could be a lot better. I recently bought a pair of boots for my daughter and specifically requested all natural leather boots. I was reassured three times by the employee that the shoe was leather I got home read the tag and it was synthetic. It has been a nightmare dealing with individuals on team orders.

Mixed emotions about this store. Its a hit or miss. The other day i went in there and got a nice pair of Nike shin guards and socks for $ 17 bucks they were on clearance which i thought was a steal. But besides that they don’t have a huge selection in my opinion and a store dedicated to soccer and soccer alone should have everything. The cleats are wayyy over priced and the kids that work here are basically useless. But hey if your close swing by maybe you will get lucky and they will be having a sale. Otherwise, its really not worth it.

As a Soccer (football) fan and sombody who lives in the Western burbs there are limited places to go to and buy fan gear. Soccer 2000 is one of them. The people who work there are generally teenagers and for the most part are helpful. The place itself is pretty «meh» looking but the prices are decent and carry all of the big European clubs as well some of the smaller ones as well as some MLS teams .
Prices are on par with Chicago Soccer and Soccer Post but they give you a 10% discount when you sign up for their email list which you can use everytime you buy something after that.

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. Since I am a huge soccer fan, this store has just about anything you want from jerseys, balls, boots, full kits, socks, equipment, etc. However, the employees, while not jerky, don’t see to give a s — ! I visit this store a handful of times a year and have never had the experience of their employees greeting me. Not a single «hello, how are you, how’s it going, thanks for coming, can I help you, have you seen our new jersey’s that have just arrived,» etc. They look at you like «Oh, crap. A customer. I might have to act social or be helpful.» Otherwise, great stuff. I guarantee you if another soccer store opened nearby that didn’t act as if they didn’t need my business, I’d be there in a heartbeat.
