Worst experience at chipotle ever 1 Metrotech. It started with«yeah what you want» as a greeting but at least she smiled. Got the worst $ 12.50 burrito. Portions were very small and inconsistent between my order and other orders in front on me. Only 5 people in front of me and pure confusion from where they make the orders to the register. When I wen to my job to eat this sad burrito I bit into something hard. Spit it out and started to eat again to find out unusual particles in my burrito. It was in my corn, beans and lettuce. Could no longer enjoy or eat it. Felt disgusted and ran to the bathroom to clean my mouth and throat. Shortly after started getting sharp stomach pains. Started drinking seltzer and after about 45 minutes I started to feel better, Won’t be going there again.

Typical chipotle steak a little fatty today, very busy location and some douche bag spilled an entire cup of water on my 300 dollar shirt… looks like I just left a water park FML 5 minutes later I go to get a refill and soda spout shoots off and sprays my pants and shoes down… you can’t make this shit up

This is probably the worst chipotle. Even when the line is short there is 1 person working the line, 1 at the register. The minute it picks up, still one person on the line. Out of veggies twice in a row. Out of cheese twice. Drink machine has been down the past few times. Maybe the reason it’s so slow is because the employees were eating chips while they were working the line. Why do I go here???

I thought I would give this location another try & see if it got better but I was wrong to even go here again. I opened my burrito bowl when I got home & found out that today they are serving undercooked rice. I will not be going here again.

Service got a lot friendlier and quick. Shout out to the kid working on the tortilla warmer on the 3⁄30 night shift(should’ve got his name cuz he kicked ass). His coworker was having trouble wrapping burritos so he swapped in for her so the line could move faster. Not sure what they’ve done here since my bad experiences back in June/July but the team is stellar. Keep cranking out those burritos!

Note my review is based on visits only on weekends and other off peak times. Experience is pleasant with food being consistent, staff being friendly and dining area being clean. I like the chipotle on montague st better but the metrotech location is much better than court st.

The worst chipotle. They’re always out of things. Also, twice now I’ve ordered for pickup and ended up waiting for them to finish everyone in line’s order before getting to mine. WHAT’S THEPOINTOFORDERINGAHEAD?!? I do it because I walk with my dog near here. So he’s tied up outside while I have to wait. So uncool, and they’re always just talking to each other and have their friends in the store. How are you talkin’ to your friends when you have a customer here waiting for 10+ minutes? Unbelievable. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Got a burrito where they gave me the smallest $ 9 burrito I’ve ever got from a Chipotle chain. Simply got ripped off. I already knew it was going to be small when they took one scoop of rice and beans, not even full scoops either. The rest was downhill from there. They said they would have charged more if I wanted more. You can tell they could have added more stuff in it because I ended up throwing out some of the tortilla wrap because that was simply what I was taking bites of, just tortilla wrap. If I were you, go to Dos Toros, totally better place in every category: price, quality and QUANTITY, and the service.

How hard is it to follow instructions with an empty store? Service, organization and common sense is lacking at this location. The food is old and they are just very lax. There are 2 other Chipolte’s in the Downtown Brooklyn area and they are so much better than this one. I’ve held off writing a review for this location for some time because I wanted to give it a chance and to be fair and not just have 1 bad experience and rate but I’ve had entirely 1 too many bad experiences with the food here. I come here usually during my lunch break because it’s close to where I work. The consistency is not there and its because they need to rush to get the stuff done because of the long lines that accumulate. I prefer Dos Toros over this place.

Seems like a standard chipotle to me! I’m glad there’s a choice to eat something healthier for lunch during jury duty. Yeah the line was long, but there’s very little other options around. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about…

like previous reviewers have said this place is meh. and yes they will be running out of something like when i went it was the tomatoes ]: this location also means that during lunch the line will be quite long! like out the door long. it does move but be prepared to wait!

Overall: Literally the worst chipotle in New York. I’ve been to other ones with fairly good service since it’s usually busy, but the Chipotle at One Metro in Brooklyn is the worst. Speed: At 8:35pm the line is out the door(expected since its chipotle) usually it moves fast, but the line was moving really slow. Service: 3 people on the line(bowl, beans & meat, condiments) The worse attitude from the employees serving the food onto the bowl. Everyone was waiting patiently since the chicken was being cut. Food: You tell them a little bit less of whatever and they dump it with out a care i.e.: rice and glob of sour cream. But when asked to give more chicken because they scooped it with the small guacamole container they were annoyed. All the chicken was chopped into little pieces. There was No brown rice, no chicken(unless you waited). Gave 6 pieces of lettuce in my bowl. At register: Once at the register the person literally chucked my food in the bag and then took the other bowl and dropped it on top. Crushed the top on both bowls. Rung up and told me the price. Swiped my card and three the receipt at me. Did not hand me the bag. Not another word. Time out of the line: 8:53pm. Restaurant: No ice, no lime/lemon. Want a cup of sour cream, rolling eyes, poor service, and a loss of appetite? You can definitely get it here.

Long lines out the door from 11 – 2 on a weekday. Just order using the app and pick it up

A below average Chipotle. This Chipotle always seems to be missing ingredients. Either the tomatoes are completely depleted or the steak is going to take another«5 minutes». If you work or live by Jay Street Metrotech, then you may not have a choice but to go here. Otherwise, go to Five Guys next door or maybe Shake Shake down the street. Pros: Decent seating area Easy queue system Sufficient staff during busy times Cons: Workers can be lazy at times Poor inventory management; always missing some sort of key ingredient

This Chipotle has opened for more than a year now, but I haven’t tried the food or visited this location until recently. It’s just two block from where I work so it’s really convenient. I usually don’t go in to stand in line and order. I place the order online and pick it up at Chipotle. Every time I’ve went the food was prepared already and the wait is about 1 – 3 minutes. I don’t eat Chipotle often, but the salad bowl and the burrito rice bowl isn’t too different. I enjoy their burrito bowls and usually get it with brown rice. I also love their chips and guac! Glad there’s a Chipotle near my office and another Mexican food spot to choose from, but I do still prefer Don Nico’s for their tasty tacos. *Note: I wouldn’t prefer eating here because it’s very crowded especially between 11:30AM-2:30PM. It’s best to do take-out and eat outside or in your office*

This was my second visit to a Chipotle. I still don’t get it. A line out the door for what? A plain tasting burrito. If I were living in the middle of nowhere I would think this is interesting, but living in NYC and having lived in San Diego, I just can’t figure out why people would line up for this. On to the specifics… the line did go out the door and it took me about 15 minutes to get my lunch to go. I found the portion way too big(probably why it’s popular)

Considering the location, the limited staff does their best to keep those long lines moving. With that said, these guys here are pretty stingy with their portions, can I blame them? Not really. Have I been to busier Chipotle? Yes, and trust me when I say that THISCHIPOTLE is stingy. Try asking for extras, I guess that depends on who ends up serving you. 4 stars service, the staff do get overwhelmed and sporadic attitudes from time to time. 1 star for outdoor seatings. Please avoid at all cost, unless you enjoy having random folks popping their head over you as they walk by to steal a glance at your burrito bowl. The Tobasco bottles at this location always goes missing. Never any spoons here. Despite the long lines I do believe that this Chipotle has the potential to do better. I can see this place getting higher volume of business when they are appropriately staffed

Not my favorite Chipotle location… It gets packed like all other Chipotles but the line wraps right around the tables — how awkward to eat with 25 hungry hippos standing around you and watching you take a bite. Their assembly line moves pretty quick as long as you know what you want. Make sure you know what ingredients you want while you’re waiting — don’t be that guy to hold up the line! However, they are super stingy with food. I’ve seen them pick up a serving spoon worth of steak, beans, or guac and then put some back when it seemed like they gave too much. That’s so annoying — just leave my extra 4 beans in my plate! Also, I’ve gotten a steak salad with guac 2 days in a row and was charged a different amount for each. Weird.

I loveeeeeee Chipotle. I can not stress that enough. However, of all the locations I am not impressed with this one at all. I am pretty turned off by it. This will be short and sweet(bitter). It is a very busy area and I am completely aware… between 12:30 and 1:45pm you can expect the line to be out of the door. The restaurant itself is pretty small but not many Chipotles are spacious. Anyway, I guess they don’t like to keep up with what is needed for the crowd and when i finally got to the front of the line after about 15 minutes of waiting there was no brown rice. I asked«how long for more brown rice.» I was told, very confidently, «ONLYTHREEMINUTES.» In my mind I was like WOWOK thats nothing. She must have checked and known. About 5 minutes later, 6 people waiting the girl comes back out and says its going to be at least 10 more minutes. Are you kidding?! Do not answer questions if you do not know the answer, do not make up time. I then had to leave because I had a very tight schedule. Thankfully the Chipotle on Fulton Street NY had what I needed.
