The most miserable staff I ever encountered at a Starbucks. If you can’t take the pressure. Work somewhere else.

My wife ordered an egg nog latte. It tasted, and smelled, like burnt coffee with very little egg nog. Worst coffee she has ever had.
My drink had very little flavor. Ordered from the mobile app. Drinks were actually ready when I arrived, but no one would acknowledge I was standing there to hand me the drinks, which were behind the counter.
Slow staff. Poor attention to customers and tasteless drinks earn this location 2 stars. I’ve had better. Much better.

This morning I saw a barista add cold water to my drink because she failed to steam enough milk to fill the cup. Appalling. They aren’t about the coffee here. They’re about moving people through.

The crew here is what makes this place what it is. No matter how busy, and usually they get a line from 7:45am and on, no matter the weather, the team here are always very accommodating and nice.
Case in point, salted caramel mocha is a seasonal item. Unfortunately I’m addicted to this drink ever since my lips touched the cup that held this magical unicorn tears of a drink.
I came in today and asked if they can make it, they told me they didn’t have the sea salt because it’s a seasonal item, but would try to replicate it. (I’ve had a similar request at another Starbucks and they just blew me off, no biggie, I get it)
The drink came out almost as good as the original drink. I’ll always keep coming back to this location. Service is everything, vote with your wallet, I will.

I would never leave a review for a chain, but this starbucks has really friendly people. I am always greeted with a smile and they never try to be fake. I know the starbucks down the street has a totally different environment. So I appreciate this one for going above and beyond!

Any place where I can sit for more than two hours with my cup of coffee and zero disturbance is my kind of coffee shop. This morning was very busy and as busy as it got I was still able to surf the web in peace. Free wifi, drive thru, and friendly service. This SB is popping so whether you’re reading this review or not, chances are you’ll stop by this one if you’re around the area.
