Extended Stay America – Columbus – Tuttle

Sigh… after one day here I had to change my review! The power went out and unlike every other hotel I’ve been to, they don’t have a back up generator! They didn’t inform guests of what was going on so I asked the front desk (well I had to actually yell for them because the staff was too busy chatting to attend the front desk) and all she could do was say they are waiting for the city! Well it’s been an hour and I’m still sitting here in the dark with not even an apology and now my food has gone bad. And this is what I paid for? I think not! Going to the holiday inn next door where they have enough common sense to have back up power and great customer service

For the price, the hotel was great. Kitchenette was awesome, only bummer is there wasn’t an oven. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Front desk was friendly. Great place to take your dogs out to go potty.
Their «fitness room» could use A LOT of work…

Looks pretty from the outside… But the beds are uncomfy, the breakfast is mediocre at best, the coffee was stale and some of the workers preferred chatting with other coworkers instead of helping customers. Oh and the business center was a wireless printer. I still had to go to kinkos to finish my work.
