I got a gift card to chillis for Christmas, I would normally not eat at a place like chillis, especially one rated 3 stars, but I was up for an adventure! So I started with a blueberry pineapple margarita and my boo got the presidential margarita. Both were pretty yummy! Then we got the spinach queso dip. It was GREAT! And our server, Kevin I think, read our mind and brought us new chips and salsa without us even having to ask! We then shared a full rack of ribs, we choose the craft beer flavor. They were okay, didn’t really taste like beer at all but hey. The fries and the Mac and cheese we chose to substitute the broccoli however were not so good. The Mac and cheese was way too pepperjacky which is saying a lot coming from me as pepperjack is my favorite cheese! The fries. Just gross. Chillis y’all need to do some work on your fries. Overall I was pleased with my experience. Our server made the biggest difference! Thanks Kevin, you deserve 5 stars, but chillis only deserves 4!

Nothing looks like the menu!!! The shrimp is extra small, and the prime steak(not so prime) was overcooked… The staff was very courteous! The building was clean. The food was lacking!!! I would not recommend unless you only want a basic burger…

Most foodies have been to some sort of Chili’s. So although they’re familiar with the consistency of the décor, it still warrants some reviewing because of the inconsistencies of food and service. This particular Chili’s by the use-to-be-awesome Gwinnett Place Mall is an awesome Chili’s! The food was consistent and great and the server was really nice and patient for me and my friend’s indecisiveness. I really wanted to try to do the 2 for $ 20 or 2 for $ 35 options but they were too limiting for our foodie needs. We got the classic nachos with chicken(a little cheesier than I thought, which made them even better). My friend got the 6 oz steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I got the Sante Fe Chicken salad with citrus balsamic dressing(my favorite dressing anywhere). We finished off with the best corporate-restaurant dessert anywhere called the Molten Lava cake. All was well in the world.

Good food and great service not to mention reasonably priced so you can bring the family. The appetizers was yummy and the main course was even better. If you’re looking for good food on a budget I highly recommend this place.

I swear I haven’t been to a Chili’s since the 90’s because I used to eat their food so much. Because my daughter initiated a mother/daughter day, the choice was hers and a good choice it was. We chose the 2 for $ 30 option with a few add ons here and there that brought the tab to $ 40.23. This option included a house margarita, frozen or otr and for 50 cents more one could add a flavor. We chose mango and it was so delicious. If I didn’t have to work the next day I would have chosen another. It also came to one appetizer to share, 2 entrees and 1 dessert to share. We didn’t care for any of the appetizers on the list. Our awesome waiter advised us that we could get the Southwestern egg-rolls for 50 cents more and so we did. For the entrees, my daughter chose the 6 oz steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus for $ 1 more. I ordered the chicken fajitas. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I tried my daughters asparagus and it was cooked to perfection. I thought my fajitas could have used more seasoning but it was good. Everything was hot and fresh. We managed to save a little room for dessert which was a huge, warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie in a small frying pan topped with vanilla ice cream drizzled in chocolate fudge. My goodness it was so good and of course we could not finish it. They also have little machines at the tables that will allow you to order something else, call your waiter and even pay your bill. I look forward to going back again soon.

Nice Chili’s. Very pleasant server named Tyra. That silly Ziosk thing didn’t let me add as much of a tip as I wanted, tried to correct it, and it processed me out. I had no cash. Oh well, sorry Tyra. Blame the Ziosk. What I learned. Do NOT get the new skillet cheesy potatoes(which are heavenly and plentiful) to go. They just give you the regular garlic mashed potatoes. Instead, order them, have them bring them out to you in all of their grand splendor. THEN, you box them to go.

New Year’s Eve, early though(say 6:30) stopped in with the kids to give this location a shot again. As I said, it’s Chili’s…it should be fairly predictable when it comes to food, right? Our server was great — personable, remembered drink orders, chatted and smiled when she checked on us; completely the highlight of the evening considering she essentially apologized every time she came to the table. Whether it was the food she was bringing, how long it took, the fact that she was«struggling» to get the side dish from someone in the back and was there something else my son might instead? In nut shell, after an hour waiting to get the food: Cheese fries were burnt on edges to the point that the cheese didn’t even string when you pulled a fy but rather«broke», however it was quasi-edible, classic nachos were raw and soft on the bottom and covered in black beans with no queso(those went back), chicken on the kids meal was over cooked rubber, and the other kids meal of chicken sandwiches reminded me of an old Wendy’s commercial regarding the size of the meat in the mini bun and was again rubber. Our family now calls this«the bad chili’s» and we will not be back.

Table for 4 took 10 minutes to get even though there were about 3 tables open for 4. Waiter wasn’t too busy with other tables but it did take a while for our refills. Hostess was attractive and helpful though. She saved this from being a bad review.

Great fast and friendly service. Food was great. Large clean space for groups. We ordered spicy shrimp tacos and fajitas. Very pleased with meals and will return. Sweet tea tastes great also. Kids menus are 4.99 for kids 12 and under with a good selection. Love the ziosk feature added to all tables for self checkout and playing games while you wait for your food. We dined on a Sunday and they had several sports games playing on the tv for enjoyment. I love the Chilis Chain and this one falls right inline with many that we have visited. Good job!

This was the worst Chili’s I have ever been to. The food took forever to come out and we didn’t even have a drink when it did come out. Since the food took so long I thought I would time the bill and it took 15 min just to get a check. Resturant is a joke. STATAWAYSTAYFARAWAY also its in the worst mall in the world go across the street to hooters at least you get a view with the crap food.

I don’t necessarily have super high expectations for chili’s so I don’t have to much to say about the food because well it’s Chili’s. The food isn’t wonderful but it’s not bad either. The main purpose for these three stars is the service. The server was nice but she was clearly stretched very thin. We sat in the bar area and she was the only server taking about ten tables so the service was extremely slow. They should probably look into getting some more service to step up the quality of service.

It’s a shame that this Chili’s has been around for years and now it’s for the most part left on an abandoned street leading into an abandoned mall. It’s recently gotten a makeover and it’s as bright and as happy as recently built Chili’s but my guess is they don’t get much dinner traffic. I went with the Memphis Dry Rub Ribs and for a chain fast food restaurant they we pretty good, the meat fell right off the bone, the fries were your typical average grab a bag out of the cooler type. $ 20.00 Dinner, 2 beers and tip.

Chili’s ohhhhhh Chili’s! I went here last night with no expectations considering I haven’t been to a Chili’s in 3 years. We had to 2 for $ 20 Dinner which was a pretty good deal! I had the ½ rack of ribs and a side salad with an appetizer of the Guacamole and Roasted Corn dip. To my surprise, it was waaaaaay too spicy for me to eat so we returned it for the regular guacamole. Again, to my surprise, it was the most bland guacamole I’ve ever had in my life! Now even, On the Border’s Guacamole LIVE!, is fantastic! Someone needs to tell Chili’s to use some salt or onions or cilantro perhaps? The world famous Baby Back Ribs were very tasty and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet as dessert was amazing! If you go onto the Chili’s website before you go to the restaurant, you can print a coupon for a free Guac or Queso or a free dessert. For a chain restaurant and the price, Chili’s is doable but I wouldn’t come here abnormally often.

Hit or miss service. I’ve been here many times over the years. It just luck if you want good service sometimes. I’ve had days where I was seated quickly and had the best service. I’ve also had days where I entered and stood for 5 minutes without being helped, better yet acknowledged, although it wasn’t even busy. Service here is meh. Hence, why it’s all I’m talking about. Food quality is expected. It’s a Chili’s. Affordable entrees for lunch or dinner.

I went to the Duluth, GA restaurant for MotherSonDateNight with two other«couples». The hostess was very nice, but knew nothing about the so-called event. After talking with a manager she moved us to a back corner of the restaurant. Our waitress was clearly not interested in meeting our needs. We ran out of water twice and the boys didn’t get their juice until after they were finished their meal. On top of that, the email invitation stated there was going to be activities/crafts and a surprise, but there was none and when we asked the waitress about it, she ignored us. After our meals, she asked if we wanted dessert. We told her it was supposed to be included with our meals for the event, so she brought us three desserts. Before we got our checks, she came out to tell us we were only supposed to get one dessert for the whole table(although we were 3 separate«couples»). The manager honored it anyway. Everyone’s check at our table had a 20% gratuity payment added as the BALANCEDUE. But that was not the case for the the party of 4 guys at the table next to us. Then the waitress automatically deducted her tip from my cash payment for my meal. I asked for it back, telling her it’s up to me, not her IF I tip. Also, queso is cheese in spanish, I’m pretty certain of it. But I was given a bean dip with a hint of cheese(making it frijoles con queso) with tortilla chips for my appetizer, which I did not eat and had to get the manager to take that off our check.
