We always have a blast when we come here, especially on Wednesdays(it’s half off) so while my little 9 year old sister has the time of her life I’m having some drinks at the bar(try the Scooby snack) delishhhh

First impressions never go away, and that may be one of the many reasons why Dave and Busters didn’t really amaze as much as I had hoped. Right outside the door as I was walking in, the scent of garbage found its way up to my nose, and the front lobby, with its abundance of red brick, reminded me more of a 1970’s style shopping mall than a quality dining and entertainment establishment. As we were seated and given a menu, the negative emotions were even further stirred up within me when I saw the pricey food, and I was a smidge disappointed with my Philly cheesesteak, which I thought was a bit too salty and had too many onions and bell peppers but not enough meat, but overall the food was pretty tasty, and the french fries were especially delicious. As for the games, I had lots of fun playing them, but some of them were a bit expensive, and I blew through my $ 12, 60 chip card a bit too quickly(games range from about 3 – 10 chips per game). Nonetheless, our wonderful server, Angel, did a great job of taking care of us and went above and beyond in guiding us through the Dave and Buster’s experience, since this was our first time attending. This splendid service is the reason why I rounded 2.5 stars up to 3 stars instead of down to 2 stars, since Unilocal doesn’t allow half-star reviews.

Although the games are great and the food is pretty good, the service needs a complete over haul! We sat in a booth for almost 30 minutes and we had to go up to the bar to get someone to serve us. Finally someone came over and the person that was supposed to wait on just looked at us and walked by. Our server that came to help was ok but there was hardly no one in here at 3pm in the day. Our waiter apologized for the inconvenience and is trying to make a wrong a right.

I’ve been here a few times and had a great time playing games. But today I went with my cousins and since it’s Tuesday we were trying to get in the $ 2 tacos but when we sat down they said we couldn’t be served because we were under 21 and couldn’t be helped and I asked if there was anywhere inside we could eat and they said no. I understand that you need to be 21 to drink but all we wanted were tacos. They could have at least helped us somehow. I’m very disappointed in this place.

I ordered a burger there and found out my credit card was charged over 20 bucks. The burger was approximately 12 bucks and I ordered«to go» so no tip was added. Be aware! Save your receipt can’t believe they did it!

Unfortunately I don’t have any other choice but to give them a 1 star rating. It started with the watered down drinks, forgetting half our order and when it finally arrived it was cold and not fresh. None of the kiosks were working for us to purchase any game cards. We had to wait in a long line at the customer service desk to purchase the game cards and ended up not being able to use it because our food took too long to come out and it was time to close. The manager knowing all the trouble we had at the restaurant refused to offer a refund, and was very disrespectful. Will never be coming back here again.

If I could I would give them negative stars. The most horrible customer service and most disrespectful staff I have ever seen in my life. My family has been coming to this dave and busters since the early 2000s and this is the first time we’ve been treated so horribly and the absolute LAST time we will be visiting here. Manager Nicholas is an absolute joke! This place needs to go under new management or be shut down. Disgraceful.

I’ve been here a few times because of my kids but this is the worst D&B I’ve ever been to. Today the card machines were not dispensing new cards and only one was working hence causing a long line at the front counter. The food is barely alright and their cocktails are not good. The games are the only reason I gave this place one star instead of zero. Very disappointing trip today especially since it was my daughter’s bday.

This was my first time at Dave & Busters for a friend’s birthday party. I didn’t get the full experience because I had to leave early due to a headache. So I only experienced the food. We waited for at least 75% of our party to arrive. Once everyone arrived we were seated at one of the pool tables that had been covered with linen, as it was the only place to accommodate our large party. From the time we sat down our waitress seemed a little flustered. There were a few people who complained about everything from the wait to have our orders taken to the wait for the food to the taste. But I could tell this was larger volume than she was accustomed to handling, so I cut her some slack. She spilled a few things and some of the food wasn’t up to par, but that was more on the kitchen. I ordered the philly cheesesteak and fries. It was ok, but I wasn’t thrilled about the taste. But again, it was ok. I would love to come back again and have the whole experience and play some games, but for now, I enjoyed myself. There are lots of kids and teens who come here and you WILL hear the occasional cry, but with all the games and fun in this place, you should expect to deal with a few kids.

Do not come here on a Saturday around 8pm. I repeat do not come here at that time. I ordered water, just simple water I ended up walking to the bar to get it. It took her 40 minutes to finally bring my beverage. The kitchen was backed up for what seemed like 24 hours. The manager was apologetic at all. Just go to the Dave and Busters in Sugarloaf. I’m still waiting for my food.

My buddy and I come here regularly to play billiards and grab a bite. Most of the times we experienced minor service irregularities, such as having to wait 10 – 15 minutes to be greeted. This time we played pool for almost 90 minutes and NOTONE server came to greet us or ask us if we wanted any food(mind you that we were starving) and the red service button was on during this time. After we finished playing pool we talked to the manager on duty(Allison) told her how we were frustrated about not being able to eat while we played pool. She kindly heard us out and went above and beyond to compensate us! She apologized and treated us with exceptional service by offering to pay for our meal as well as providing us with a $ 50 gift card for our worries. What turned from a bad review to a great review was her approach, Allison sets an example regarding customer service!

Went on a date here last night! It was during a very important and heated football game so the bar was very packed and very dirty, also service was a little slow but I understand that! The Long Island iced tea might have been the strongest I’ve ever had haha which isn’t such a bad thing! The arcade part was the best! I definitely recommend the scary shooting game, you’ll know it when you see it, and I hit the jackpot on wheel of fortune a few times! I’m glad they started offering food for tickets because the stuff they sell in the store is really over priced but unfortunately the kitchen was closed at 12:30, which is 30 minutes before close so also understandable! I had a great time, it’s a great first date spot!

Came here to play pool and catch up with an old friend. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. Service was sub par and took forever. Im big on restroom cleanliness and the female bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Doesn’t seem like hostesses regularly check. Did not play any games so cannot comment on that. I did when my game of pool. Overall would have been better if service was more attentive and bathroom wasn’t atrocious.

This has been the absolute worst experience at Dave and Busters ever. I’ve been to other locations in different cities but this experience has really ruined all the good I remember about the company. First of all, our server was the worst. She was so slow. She did not take direction well and was not knowledgeable of the details and the menu. It literally took us at least five minutes to find the server, then another five minutes to get the one drink we ordered. It wasn’t because it was busy either… I would understand if the place was packed. But there were literally two other tables other than ours. When I tried to get assistance from other servers, they were unfriendly, aloof, and did not take any ownership of the situation to make the experience a good one. The only good part about the experience was the bartender that I had to ask for assistance because our server was missing. Her name is Angel and she was literally the best part of my experience. She was friendly and helpful 100%.

We always have a blast here. Service is of course slow when you pay minimum wage. The facility is usually clean but it can be very dirty at times. The front counter is usually nice but don’t expect people being nice in the gifts and ticket area. Again not the best service around but they do have a good setup. Games are up to date and not outrageous prices like before.

Well let me start by saying it smells divine! When you first walk in this establishment. I’m a regular here. Great selections of games, food, and drinks! They just recently added alot of new games. Definitely a family friendly establishment, but also cute to go on fun outing with friends on a Friday night, or a cute date night on Saturday. Games — I’m a beast at basketball here(just incase anyone is reading this lol). So if you see me you will already know what time it is. The Beer Pong games is so creative too! Never seen it in arcade form. The Power Card is rechargeable too. So that’s a plus. Food– It’s a descent price for what it’s worth. Plenty of selections to choose from no matter what you might be craving. I most recently ordered the Buster’s Cheeseburger and added bacon for .99 with a side a fries and topped it off with a double shot of Tequila. My girlfriend however ordered Fish n’ Chips. Substituted the chips for fries. I give the food a thumbs up. Plus our server informed us if we fill out a survey we could receive a free $ 10 Power Card with 60 tokens available. Which we did and what do you know! Plus we’re still eligible for more free games/food.

This building where D&B has resided for a long, long time, used to be of electronics giant Incredible Universe. This was like 15+ years ago. Now it’s a PGA Superstore and D&B. This location is worse than the one at Discover(now Sugarloaf) Mills and due to the relatively close proximity of both, I’m not quite sure why this one is still open. However, it serves it’s purpose. On Wednesdays, they have ½ off games… otherwise, probably not worth it unless you have a lot of money to just put into the machines. On this particular occasion, we went during Power Hour — 1 hour for $ 10 for unlimited non-ticketed games. There’s a 1 minute«rest period» between swipes, but if you have a few friends and a couple of cards, this is a cheap way to have some fun and pass time, especially late night when nothing else is open. I personally enjoyed some Guitar Hero and other random games. D&B is dead on weeknights, obviously, but probably more crowded on weekends, if nothing has changed since the last time I went on a weekend. It’s also way, way too dark inside and the lighting is somewhat depressing. I still prefer the cleaner, newer, much more lively Sugarloaf location.

«If your reviews are looking like essays, start a blog. I can’t read your life story on my phone before ordering from the menu.» [Time & Date of visit]: Sunday 3÷22÷15 around 4pm [Party Size]: 8+ [Location/Ambiance]: The bar area in the front, adjacent to the pool tables isn’t as noisy as expected. Though that might differ when there’s a big game on the tube. Careful of the table that is centered around the brick wall across from the bar. There’s no warning sign that the floor is raised one side. [Service]: Our server was decently attentive. I’m not sure if he was managing the rest of the bar area, but drink refills were pretty good. [Food Highlights]: Most of the foods that my family members ordered were pretty salty, such as the grilled salmon and pasta. Though the fish was cooked very well and still juicy, it’s like they got over zealous with the salt mill. Shrimp Alfredo — I’m surprised how this dish tasted. Maybe the kitchen got the clue to hold back on the salt, but this one is actually pretty good. Though the shrimp is grilled a little over, the alfredo sauce isn’t salty or overpowering. Accompanied by diced tomatoes and whole white mushrooms. With a generous portion of pasta. Quite filling. {Summary}: Don’t expect to get your taste buds hit with a flavor bomb with the entrees served here. Do expect foods similar to Applebee’s. It’s not bad for what kind of place this is. But if you are craving something with better consistency, dine else where before gaming.

We went here for my cousin Sweet 16 party and I been to the location in Marietta, but probably haven’t been to a D&B in ten plus years. This was my first time at this location. The plan was to arrive before 5pm so we could do the Eat and Play Combo but we had to wait til 7 for everyone to arrive so we had to buy the play cards individually from our meal. We were going to go with one of their party rooms, but the price for that was quoted at anywhere from $ 70-$ 100 per hour for just the room and did not include food or games, and my original plan was not to spend $ 70, so we all decided on a time to arrive and and got a table that sat our entire party just away from the bar. I was pleased that we got a table outside the game room cause as I walked around in there, there was too much activity for us to have enjoyed food and family. We had a party of 11, and of that 11, only 4 or 5 planned to play games. At the end of the evening, my tab for my mother, daughter and myself came up to $ 148 for 4 cocktails and three entrees. Not to mention another bar tab of $ 40 we created while we were waiting to the other guest to arrive and as a treat to the birthday girl I bought the 4 pack of play cards for $ 106. 3 of the six cocktails we had were the D&B TNT which is their version of the Long Island Ice Tea which comes in a souvenir glass you get to keep. After seeing our tab, I realized why I haven’t been to D&B in years, cause there are many other ways I’d rather spend almost $ 300 not including the tip. I can’t think of anything that was memorable about the food, I had the fish and chips and found them to be soggy and left more than half on the plate. Mom had the ribs and said they were salty and my daughter went with one of the pasta dishes, but had no complaints about it. About a week after being here, I was going over the receipt and called the restaurant and spoke with Nick and explained that the waitress had charged me for a meal that I hadn’t order and a $ 2 game card activation fee for an additional card that I hadn’t purchased and within a day, he called back and advised that he was refunding $ 17 back to my card. Overall, I was pleased with the service we received and our family enjoyed our evening, but the cost adds up fast, so I recommend doing either their power hour, which allows you to play an hour worth of games for $ 10 or getting there before 5pm so you can take part of the Eat and Play Combos.
