Zaxby’s

I was in town on business and my colleagues brought me here once in October and in November for a quick lunch. The salads are delicious and HUGE! AND the bread is so buttery.

This Zaxby’s received an 100 on their health score. I stopped by the drive thru right before closing time and ordered boneless 5 piece wings with tongue torch sauce. There were more cars behind me in the drive thru, so I know I wasn’t the last person there. The food turned out well, with celery and ranch included in the box. They didn’t forget a fork, which was perfect. I love Zaxby’s and this is my favorite location!

Even if the food grade is 100, the male Togo cashier was giving me an attitude. Next time, I’ll give you a real attitude.

Good place for a quick bite! This location gets packed around lunch time and is popular with working crowd as there are a few corporations in the area.
The staff here is very nice and courteous to the customer as they should be. They usually announce your orders via intercom and there is this one lady there who yells into the microphone which is both unnecessary and at the same time hilarious.

I Called In Before Ordering Online Inquiring About A Regular & A Large. Felt Like Large Wings & Things Was The Better Bang For My Buck. I Arrived Ordered Since My Order Didn’t Go Thru & Checked My Food And It Wasn’t What I Was Told It Would Consist Of. So I Told The Cashier He Was Clueless But Asked A Girl & She Admitted She Told Me Large Was 7 Wings & 5 Tenders Along With Fries Toast Celery & 2 Dipping Sauces… Long Review She Was Wrong. I Asked Could They Honor What She Said That Would Make Me A Happy Returning Customer I Was Told NO. The Employees Would Have But The Ass. Manager Said No Instead She Took The Food Took The Extra Tenders And Removed More Than ½ Of The Fries & Toast, Refunded Me The Difference. The Food Non The Less Was Good But Everything Else Bad!

I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s gotten to the point where zaxby’s has become my comfort food! The staff is courteous and friendly and the food is done well. If you want fresh chicken, I’d recommend not going too late.
My recommendation is the nuclear wings n things, but the chicken finger plate and zalad are nice alternatives. I have a friend who swears by the white cheddar bites. The inclusion of the soft drink mixing machine is also a plus. A great place to eat some higher quality fast food and chill with friends!

I love the zax house salad — loaded salads are my personal favorite!

Honestly I love Zaxby’s.
Place to bring your first date? Probably not. The messier it gets, the better it taste. That sauce is good burger sauce — don’t understand my reference? — google it. I’ll wait.
The Kickin’ Chicken is amazing! Get extra sauce, Okay as I’m writing this review my mouth is watering, so bye…

This is by far the worst Zaxby’s I have experienced. The woman at the counter took my order completely wrong, somehow hearing ‘traditional wings and things’ as ‘chicken finger plate’ which makes absolutely no sense. I saw this on the receipt before I even got the food. When I took the receipt to them, it took them forever to void it out and they actually made me pay the extra dollar for their mistake. When I finally got my food, I noticed that the sauce was clearly wrong. I asked for hot honey mustard, and it clearly was not that. I took the order back to them, explained the situation, and they remade it. By this time, I just wanted to speak to a manager. All she had to offer me was a cookie, and by the time I got done with speaking to her, my onion rings were cold and my friend was almost done with his meal. Now, I’m only a shift leader at a restaurant, but I personally feel that I can manage a place better than the managers at this Zaxby’s. I would never add to a customer’s total for the store’s mistake, especially after it happening twice within the course of minutes, and then offer them a cheap cookie. I will definitely never eat here again. The McGinnis Ferry location a few miles away definitely has my business from now on.

Great, tender chicken… fries and slaw are both good too. Tables could be a lot cleaner.

As I walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted, but their salad was quite disappointing…
I had better salads from Zaxby’s before… Whatever happened???
