Small bar with a huge outdoor seating area. No liquor and not a whole lot of beer options either, but what they lack in size and stock, they make up for in attitude. They are now doing table service, and I don’t recall our servers name, but he was a freaking service hero. Tall, skinny guy with a red beard. He knew all the ginger jokes and he was spitting ‘em out in rapid fire succession too. It was great! We threw back a few beers and chomped down on some free popcorn for about an hour, and them moved on to another bar down the strip. I really liked the vibe and look forward to heading back soon. Maybe chill outside with the live music and have a stogie!

5 stars for the atmosphere, quality, service, venue, prices– First thing’s first — at the time of this review there is a Unilocal check-in offer for ½ off a draft beer or house wine. Ok, now that I mentioned that let’s get to the review. The venue is very open-air and the bartender/owner was super nice and helpful. It was fairly crowded on a Sunday afternoon but it was beautiful outside so there were a lot of people in downtown Dunedin, anyway. We found a couple of spots at the bar and after another couple next to us recommended the Kentucky Bourbon Ale I decided to try it. Wow was it good! I think it’s about 8% too which, is actually sCaRy since the brew is so tasty. I also tried their fish spread which is locally made and realllly delicious! It’s mostly fish and a lot less mayonnaise than your typical smoked fish spread. Overall, I highly recommend this place as I’ve been to quite a few places in downtown Dunedin and so far this place is at the top of my list.

Great range of microbrews, imports, and wine choices. Service was wonderful. You don’t come here for the food but the smoked fish spread is solid.

If your looking for a quaint place for a beer, this is your place. Local brews, American and imports, they have a good selection. Although they don’t have a kitchen they offer a few snacks like smoked fish dip, cheese & crackers, chips & salsa, peanuts but the popcorn is free! This is our second time here this week on our vacation and will be a go to on vacations to the area!

Amazing bar! Really good alcohol and amazing service and friendly bartender. Awesome atmosphere and nice sitting area outside — one of the best bars in the area! Recommend for singles and couples as well.

One of our favorite spots to hangout. Beer selection is huge. My favorite at the moment is stella cidre and grapefruit beer. Cool boutiques all around too!

Very clean, very friendly, great bartenders. One of the things I absolutely loved besides the free freshly popped popcorn was that you can buy a beer for a friend. This means that you can pay in advance and someone you specify can come in and sit down and enjoy a beer with your compliments. My uncle died this year and so we put down some money for someone with his first name and any Korean War vet. I asked the bartender, who was very friendly, if any older people came in there and he said his grandfather did on occasion and he fought in Korea — I told him to give him a call and let him know he can get a drink for free! Very friendly atmosphere — one of Dunedin’s best. I also enjoyed talking to the bartender about his involvement in Rotary and the community. You really get a great sense of pride in business in Dunedin — they do so much in town to bring people to the businesses with many different festivals, music, and special events.

This place is crowded which is great for business but not good for making bartenders friendly. My 3yo daughter was sitting in my lap while my husband and I were trying to order a drink. The bartender attacked me as soon as he approached us, «Kids can’t sit at the bar.» I said okay and tried to complete my order but again was interrupted about the rule(since this is not a Florida Law). Again, I said okay and finally completed my order. We already had a table for her right behind us so this was not an issue. I just needed to order a beer. However, what’s the big deal if my child is sitting in my lap. She’s not taking up a seat! This place is dog friendly as in dogs can come inside but not child friendly at 230pm in the afternoon in a family oriented area, a block away from the playground. I wonder if my dog would be allowed to sit in my lap??!

Great spot to grab a beer. They offer both traditional and craft selections at decent prices(around $ 6 per beer). Service staff are friendly and attentive as well. There is free freshly popped popcorn offered inside along with various games. There is also a nice outdoor seating area/patio. A great little spot to grab a drink and hang out in Dunedin!

Rosie’s is as good as it gets for what it is… A nice little(dog friendly) beer and wine tavern /pub in Downtown Dunedin. — No food, but they do have«help yourself» popcorn and they keep a menu handy to order from the sandwich shop next door and there is plenty of food /dining options within 5 minute walk as Downtown Dunedin is a such a pleasant«walking town». Great selection of domestic, imported, and local craft beers… And they are good about letting you«taste» different beers if your not sure. They usually have live music on weekends.(Local Artists.) You must be OK with dogs if you go to Rosie’s because they and their customers Love Dogs! The service is usually very good, personable, and friendly, but it is a small pub that can get rather crowded for it’s size which makes it a challenge sometimes to get the bartender or server’s attention. — Hence, the 4 stars instead of 5.

Cool neighborhood spot in Dunedin with cornhole outside and draft beers inside. They have a nice outdoor seating area, have a popcorn machine and sell cigars. They do not sell food, however and I always find myself wishing they did!

Despite having spent many Friday nights in downtown dunedin, last night was my first time here at Rosie’s. We have a really enjoyable experience. My boyfriend and I met up with a few friends of ours and shared a bottle of cabernet sauvignon on the patio. There was a very talented live singer who performed some great songs. He really added to the atmosphere in a positive way. Inside, the ambience is small and dark yet inviting. They only serve beer and wine here, but that wasn’t an issue as they did have a wide variety of both. I really enjoyed our evening here and would definitely come back again.

$ 2 yueneling until 7 every day! Ask for Julie!!! she’s awesome! On Tuesdays after 7 ask for Dwight! He is also awsome! If you buy a T shirt, hat or visor, all your house wines and draft beers are BOGO every Tuesday if you are wearing your gear!

This is a delightful place to bring your dog and have a beverage outside, while listening to live music. The patio was filled with patrons and their friendly dogs. Inside the service was great, they have very limited food options, so don’t go in hungry. The establishment had a nice charm to it even though they only sold beer and wine. A gentleman, I assumed was the owner pushed a pop corn maker stand around and gave all patrons that wanted it a free basket of pop corn. We had a discussion with this man and teased him about what he would do if someone didn’t pay their tab. He had some quick and witty responses. This is a nice relaxing place to stop and have a beer or glass of wine. The establishment and staff were terrific. What’s a girl to do? You go to Dunedion, your event gets cancelled, so you roam Main Street checking out all the local establishments.

I’ve lived in Dunedin for 5 years and i finally stopped here Mardi Gras night! I met my friends here after celebration and it was chill time for a nitecap! Popcorn is available but no food is served. You can order pizza from Tony’s around the corner and bring it in! There are an adequate amount of taps which feature most of our local craft beers and some excellent imports! I can back on a Wednesday night where they host an open mic in the courtyard! Great music in a great environment! Yes, you can smell and feel the cool sea breezes which are so revered here in Dunedin! I love this place and it has become another local fave for me!

This place is absolutely dog friendly. On one of the walls there are pictures of what looks to be at least 20 different dogs. There was even a dog with his owner sitting at a table. I am not the type that thinks that bringing a dog to a bar is a great idea, so this weirded me out a little. They have a good selection of beer and the bartender was very helpful. He let my friend and I try a couple different beers before choosing. I ended up choosing sangria, because I wasn’t in a beer mood. I would not suggest choosing the sangria. It was from a pre made bottle that you can buy from Publix. Definitely not worth the $ 6. However, being this is mainly a beer place, I can’t fault them too much for this. I saw a popcorn maker and I am assuming they have free popcorn. That was a neat touch. This is a pretty small bar and it was filled with what I assume were locals. It was a Thursday night around 9 p.m. and was pretty busy. I honestly can’t see myself going back, but to each her own.
