Precision Steam Cleaning

I am giving 4 stars because it seems that almost everything went well, almost everything was done well, and was priced reasonably and in line with what he said on the phone– for the job he did April 2, 2014. I made the appt. — -he arrived on time — -he was polite and easy going — he worked continuously for 4 hours — -was careful with his hoses and the devices he was using — when he finished, he cleaned up. — – He missed some places cleaning the carpet — one closet, where there is still the heavy line of dirt that my vacuum never could get along the baseboards — -also around and under a heavy piece of furniture — and a few actual spots in the carpet in general remain as they were. He also failed to clean in the crevices along the edges of the furniture, down in the crevices. (He was hired to clean my 3 upstairs bedrooms and closets and hall carpet; two Oriental carpets downstairs — and a 7 foot sofa and a wing-​back chair.)

I have had the owner (Mr. Jim Williams) clean the carpets/​upholstery in my home twice now. JIm is extremely professional, extremely honest and does an EXCELLENT and very thorough job. Likewise, his fee does not «suddenly go up» once he has started working. He is completely HONEST! –(This was so unlike my past horrific experiences with «chain» carpet cleaning operations — which I will never use again!).

Mr. Williams owns his business and LOVES what he does for a living and it shows! He quotes the job «fair and square» with you ahead of time based on the prices he has listed on his website. (They are not merely listed just to lure you in and then once at your home they become different).

Mr. Williams has always been at my home exactly at the time I requested and he is very careful with all my furniture/​possessions while he is working. He does not cut corners but will even go over an area that you feel needs extra cleaning if you point it out to him for no added cost.

I am so happy I found him online and called him as he makes the whole experience so stress free and pleasant. My carpets are thoroughly cleaned and my home smells fantastic after he has finished.
If you want a very polite, «down home» honest and caring professional in your home to clean your carpets, etc.- LOOK NO FURTHER than calling PRECISION STEAM CLEANING. Mr. JIm Williams is worth his weight in gold! — He is truly that good!
ps. I am a Mom of 2 active teenagers and 2 indoor cats — so my expectations are very high!
