Same story as Lauren F. I placed my order on 5÷4÷14 and have not received it as of 6⁄13 they will not answer emails but I did get one return phone call on 5⁄22 from a man who claimed to be the owner who said he would look into what was going on but I have not heard back from him and he won’t answer/​return his calls I believe his name is Brian and cell# is 970−376−5022

Horrible company! I ordered product that apparently is the only product that can be used on my new Garrison hardwood floors. I was charged for it, however, over a month has passed and I still have yet to receive it! I have called the company numerous times (no answer), left several measages and emails with no response. I am beyond frustrated and just want my money back. How can that happen when nobody picks up the phone or returns and email? Shady company here, beware!
