Oniel is fantastic! He installed two air conditioners in my home. He is very fast and neat. He gave me a specific time he would arrive to my home and he came at that time. I would definitely love to have him come back and do some more work for me. Would I recommend him? Yes he’s the best and very affordable.

Like the other reviewer, Oneil gave me his card when I was in the paint section of Home Depot. I had just bought a house and knew I would need quotes for some work to be done so that was great timing.
Oneil is very professional. He came to look at what I wanted done and emailed me a quote within a couple of days. When I wanted to add a couple of things to the list, he was upfront and honest and said he couldn’t give me a quote without seeing the additional issues first, so he came back out again. I appreciated that he didn’t just pull numbers out of the air and actually took the time to give me an accurate quote. That’s why I ultimately chose him over the other contractors (I just lucked out that his quote was actually the lowest of the 4 I got).
As far as his work ethic, he always arrived at the time he told me he would, and the one time he was running late because of traffic, he called to let me know. He worked quickly and efficiently and always had a great/​positive attitude. I had him do a bunch of small things around the house (install new kitchen faucet and permanent shower rod, fix some molding, etc), but the major work was having him build 2 closets, one in the entryway to cover some water pipes and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. After he finished framing and drywalling the hallway closet, I really was not happy with how large it was bc it blocked a lot of the entryway (it was completely my fault since he asked me several time where he should place the wall). When I told him I wasn’t happy with it, he redid the closet by pushing the wall back without any complaint — actually he assured me more than once that it was ok even though I felt really bad about having him do it over!
Everything only took 2 weekends and Oneil was very particular with making sure everything was cleaned up and debris/​dust was swept up before he left. It was very nice having someone so professional to work with and I would def hire him again for future jobs.

Oneil was contracted by my building to repair the ceiling as I had, and still slightly have, an issue with leaks from the roof. YAY ME! :(
He was very professional working with. He arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and finished within reason.
Only complaint, and maybe this could be a ceiling/​leak issue, I just wish the ceiling would be a bit smoother. I can see where the work was done.
Would I use him again? Yes! Will I write another review when I do? Yes, yes I will.

Oneil is fantastic! I needed someone to paint and patch the walls of my upstairs hallway, living room and dining room.
He gave me his card while I was browsing over paint colors in Home Depot. I decided to give him a call because I received a quote on the job from another contractor and wanted another one. What impressed me most is how courteous, prompt, and professional Oneil was from day one. When he sent me the quote I was surprised it was so affordable.
He and his assistant arrived on time and began work immediately. The job was done in a day and ½; I anticipated 2 days. They were neat, clean and organized. A pleasure to work with. Oneil even offered to come back in the future if I found anything wrong. I look forward to using JJK Contracting for my next project.
