This place was amazing and worth every penny! Went here on a Friday night during the off season and the place was packed… that was a good sign! Prices are very reasonable so we splurged a bit. we got the garlic ginger wings as an appetizer. Our waitress, Ashley, was probably one of the best waitresses i’ve ever had! She was so friendly and nice. We are not from the area and taking a glance around, it seemed like most people were locals but she made us feel so welcome! Anyways, back to the food. The wings were so moist and flavorful, I would recommend them to anyone. We both got the seafood stew. it was very spicy but so good! It had clams, haddock, shrimp, etc. in it. And we even got their famous carrot cake which definitely lived up to the high ratings we were told it had. Overall, it was an amazing experience and if we are ever back in the area, we will definitely come back here!

We stopped for dinner, and had great food. Very cute, warm place, and our waitress was terrific. Can’t wait to go back.

This is by far the friendliest pub you will ever go. The food is good too. The owners Chris and Jen welcome you like family. The patrons are a blend of regulars and tourists. The wait staff and bar staff emulate the owners. I keep going back because it is an enjoyable night out.

We’ve been coming here for a year and a half. Never disappointed. Fish and chips, fish tacos, haddock w/​lemon breadcrumbs and Asian chicken salad always excellent. The veg of the day is always fresh. The grilled swordfish is only $ 14.95, so I asked the server if it was fresh. Absolutely. Excellent with grilled asparagus and subbed Caesar salad for the starch. Fresh cut romaine, great dressing, and worth the extra $ 1.50. Had a burger last week that was as good as it gets. Fresh patty, perfect m/​r, char flavor, cut Idaho fries, and brioche bun. Always friendly and pleasant staff, and prices are too honest. 8 – 10 beers on tap. These people really care about the business.

Had a great home cooked meal here. Steak tips cooked perfectly and lemon haddock amazing. Our waitress Lonnie was great right on top of our needs.

I came here on Saturday night with three other friends. We were in town for the Zooma half and 10k and was looking for a good inexpensive place for dinner. I got the Pumpkintini for my drink and it was delicious! I had the steak sandwich for dinner and it was good. The sandwich used steak tips with portobello mushrooms. The fries were good as well. My friends enjoyed their steak tips, burger and shrimp appetizers. Service was good and not too expensive. Thanks to Unilocal for helping us find this place.

We tend to avoid this place in the summer. It is too noisy and crowded and the bar crowd can be a little rough around the edges on the weekends. In the off season it is one of our favorite places. There is always a fresh fish available and it is done well. The salmon may be frozen or not, but it is always delicious. The burgers are outstanding, you can’t go wrong if you have a burger hunger. In the winter, dinner in front of the fireplace is a plus

Visited my aunt in Falmouth and she didn’t hesitate when we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner — Brody’s, and we understood why. The service was generate and the food excellent! Casual, fun bar, tasty food. We had clam chowder that was loaded with clams, fish tacos, $ 10.dinner special was a delicious cod with a great sauce. Cold beer, great food — highly recommend!

Best food AND service for the price all day long. Between the 5 dollar lunch specials and the Fish Tacos you can’t go wrong. The drinks and personalities top the charts as well!

Sat down at a table across from the bar and after waiting for someone to offer us a drink, I ended up going to the bar to order. Multiple people with shirts on that had the jr logo drinking. Clearly noticed us.
Went outside after returning from bar to see that the table next to us took my stool when I got up to order. Open mic night inside. No one paying attention to the music. But between the music and people talking, definite sound issues. Too loud!
Outside was refreshing. Except for the lack of maintenance on the tables. Tables dirty from the people before us. Wet drink rings on the tables, ashtrays full of cigarettes or torn up coasters.. but we met some nice friendly guys and had a nice conversation. That was the highlight.
Would I go again.. not likely. Great setup, nice local dive bar, but it doesn’t seem like anyone really cares. I love dive bars, I prefer them. A good dive bar is welcoming and relaxing and isn’t supposed to be the prettiest, but, to me it usually offers a warm inviting laid back feel.
It appears to me that the person managing this bar hasn’t walked around it in a while, Christmas lights with wasted bulbs on the porch, adorned by cobwebs and dirty tables. Staff drinking in uniform, While guests wonder how to get a drink… place could be great, has potential, someone needs to manage it properly. To clarify, Went in at 12am on a Tuesday, it doesn’t matter what time it is. .if you are open, then the above issues should be a constant focus until the doors close.

Food was very good and the staff was super friendly. Easy to drive past as it doesn’t look like much from outside but it’s a great spot to grab a bite.

Salad couldnt have been fresher. Burger was se ond to none I’ve seen and we’re burger snobs.
Friendly and fantastic service staff and a reasonable price.

Stopped here on a Cape Cod drive through. We had 3 kids with us so we were happy to see the dining room was separate from the bar. Nice variety of menu selections. We had steak sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, fish tacos, skewered shrimp, Mediterranean haddock (yum) and fish & chips. All very good as was the crab meat dip we ordered for an appetizer. Waitress was very attentive which was amazing since she was also the bartender. We definitely recommend this restaurant

I often come here with friends and family, food is always good and reasonably priced. Fun, friendly pub atmosphere to hang out for a beer!

Came here on the last night of my week long stay in Falmouth. We were looking for a quick and more reasonably priced place to eat.
I will say that the service was very good. I was with two other people that enjoyed their diners. The crab appetizer was very good.
I was the only one that didn’t have sea food for the main course. I had the Switz mushroom burger. I did not find it that flavorful, perhaps due to having it right after the flavorful crab appetizer and caesar salad.
I would eat here again but stick with sea food.

Saturday nights is off the hook music. This place is got real potential

You know when you read Unilocal reviews and find a 5 star rating, it is hoped that it wasn’t a bunch of reviewers from the Work Furlough Bus from the local prison. Alas, that is the only explanation that I can derive for this way below average restaurant.
We went with such high hopes and yes it is a bar /​tavern and it is being rated amidst the bar /​tavern experience. The food was horrid. I had the rib eye which I think I could still see the saddle marks from the old nag and the fish that my son had, might have been frozen during the ice age or been personally hand picked by one of first settler to New England.
It is a pity, as the décor and the potential are optimistically encouraging. But, no do not go and I am probably doing the owner a favor with a one star rating as your expectation for a culinary experience similar to McDonalds might be achieved and your disappointment lessened.

We went here 2X in 2 days with our catch from Hairball Charters in Falmouth. Chef knows how to cook fish! April knows how to serve her clients with a smile and so do all the staff. Great food and selection. We’ll be back!
