This dunkin is horrible. The customer service is terrible. They make you wait really long on the drive thru and when you get to make your order you have to repeat your order about 5 times and they still get it wrong. When l told them that my order is wrong they started laughing. It was extremely disrespectful. The workers do not know what they are doing. I am a loyal customer, who has the DD rewards. I almost go to dunkin everyday. I live near by and it’s convenient but I’m going to drive to another location because I can not take the bad customer service. If you are short on time, want a pleasant customer service experience, and want your order correct, then do not go to this dunkin.

Service is slow and awful. They make you wait at the drive through for many minutes before taking your order bc they aren’t measured on that time. It’s like these people are on vacation. Well the customers are not which is why we go to a drive through. Then when you get to the window they ask you to back up and drive forward or just drive forward. This is all to trick the sensors at the window that measures how slow they are. I refuse now and say if you want to be faster — actually BE faster. didn’t used to be slow at all(used to be fast in facto) so some people must have changed in the pat 6 months.

The service here is awful!!! I have to repeat my order at least 3 times and they still get it wrong. When I correct them, they get an attitude. I really did try giving them a chance, but after my last couple of visits I can not come back to this place!

This Dunkin Donuts store has a variety of problems. I do not even know where to start. For one, I have ordered hash browns here one day. I asked for ketchup and the man told me that I cannot have any ketchup because they are trying to save it. I have worked in customer service environments before, and I was told to always give what the customer asks for. That includes KETCHUP for their hash browns. Another time I came here, I asked for a iced caramel latte with whip cream. They ended up giving me regular iced coffee. I told them that I asked for the latte and they ended up telling me that they have a low supply of caramel sauce so thats why I was given the ice coffee. I wish I would’ve known that before I paid for it. Also, in the morning the lines for the drive-thru is extremely long. Inside, is unclean and a lot of homeless people come in to sleep here. I highly suggest you go to to a different dunkin donuts and NOT this one.

I really do not make it a habit to give out 5 stars unless I truly had a wonderful overall experience. I have nothing but good things to say about this tiny joint and am so glad that my travels to NY took me by this busy franchise. After I got my food, I perched myself at the corner table and people watched(my favorite pastime). After awhile, one of the owners approached me and we ended up talking about love, life, travels, and the whole shebang! She was such an amazing woman and gave such wisdom and insight– it made my whole trip worth it. It’s rare to have someone shell out the time to really connect with their customers. As far as the restaurant, this place is clean(even the restrooms), the lines go fast, and the prices are amazing(duh– it’s dunkin!). Try the veggie breakfast burrito and hash browns– it will make your morning!

The products are what you would expect from Dunkin Donuts. I am reviewing the service that you may receive if you happen to be served by a manager there who is lacking customer service skills. This person regularly makes biased remarks to customers and staff alike. This person has had numerous disputes with customers and is discourteous to the customers and staff. The owners are aware of the type of service that is being given to those in the community who frequent their business. This mediocre service should not be tolerated by any customer who values their money.
