Calling about towing service, no respects, in rush, quickly hang ups, wrong attitude Totally bullshit

When I got home one day, I notice one of my rear wheels was smoking with a bad burning plastic smell. I assumed my brake caliber was shot and leaking.
I first took the car to nearby Pepboys, and they said to replace my calibers it would cost about $ 550, which is ridiculously high so I left and went to Mandy’s next store to see if I could get a better price.
Mandy’s checked my car out 1^st and to my pleasant surprise they told me that my brakes were fine and I must of run over a plastic bag or something or other got caught up there and that was the smoke I saw.
So I give Kudos to Mandy’s, they could have easily lied like they did over at Pepboys and charged me to replace my calibers and I would have never been the wiser.
It’s just very nice to see such honesty

Mandy’s came to rescue my little car yesterday after my starter went, they were very fast, professional & kind. My car was handled with a lot of care, even on a hot day. Having a good towing company show up (that my insurance referred me to right away) helped my stress level go down significantly.

A hose cracked on my car and I had to be towed from my son’s school. The man who answered the phone was extremely helpful and professional. (Obviously not the woman mentioned in the other reviews.) I warned him that is was drop off time and that things would be crazy. He said he could send someone immediately. They arrived within 15 minutes and the driver was also extremely professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again, although I certainly hope I don’t need my car towed again in the near future.
