Boo hiss. Rotten way to start the morning. Needed a set of keys made. Patiently waited to be acknowledged and was given a gruff ‘what do you need –its’ going to be a while’. No greeting, ZERO customer service.
Just a little nice goes a long way in a customer based business. Clearly the walk in customer is not their focus. I won’t be going back.

The guys who moved us lost the key to our antique cabinet (it was stuck locked) so I called Tri-Cities to find out what my options were. The man who answered walked me through several creative possible solutions, really trying to keep my cost down as low as possible and suggesting having a locksmith come to the house as a last resort. In the end I hauled the cabinet into them and they very quickly made a new key for a reasonable amount. I’d use them again.

Friendly, fast, quality service, with plenty of parking. They had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau when I looked them up.
I had a lock re-keyed and a few keys made. The man who assisted me told me about the lock I purchased elsewhere and told me my options ahead of time.
He made the keys so fast compared to Home Depot I couldn’t believe it. He basically turned around and was done.
The only small area of improvement would professionalism, but that is being picky.
