Horrible I ordered online and called them when it was 45 minutes late and was told it was on its way (i live 5 minutes away) so another 30 minutes i call again and they tell me they canceled my order because they couldnt find my house and didnt even call to say they had canceled it .mean pwhile my kids waited almost two hours and still haven’t eatin

I ordered 2 pizzas on line in minutes. They were ready for pickup in exactly 15 minutes and the clerk was very nice. The pizzas were hot and delicious and were made the way I ordered them.

Pizza is a need at my house for Parties
This Location delivers to my house, this a plus :)
Especially when we have a house full of Kiddos.
The pizza is usually really good and the delivery people are so nice and professional!
We just had friends over and the pizza I order was finger licking good however this can go either way at this location depending on who is working.
The cons
When I call my order in they are short borderline rude.
If I need a special … then I must order online, this is annoying and considerably frustrating.
Their system is not customer friendly. I am not patient enough, but I do it.
And also be prepared to wait and wait and wait some more.
Again I am a regular and live so close by that I have adjusted to their ways.

I would give a zero star review if possible. The online process was more than frustrating seeing that I didn’t want to create an online profile and the closest store possible somehow does not deliver to me yet this location does. When I called in to express my concerns and used a bad word 1x, after words apologizing then minutes later was told by Mngr. Greg I was drunk, which I don’t drink, and that he was going to hang up on me for cussing and not solving my issue… Really appropriate when I apologized for saying said cuss word then expressed my frustration for trying to order pizza and it taking 3hrs! Pizza Hut is over priced and over rated next time ordering from local pizza store! No need dealing with all this plus bad customer service!!! Order Local! Why order from someone who doesn’t care about you as a customer?!

The pizza here is delicious, better than any other Pizzahuts! and the staff is always so nice.

Pizza hut is great for group pizzas and parties. It’s very basic, and you always get what you expect. Delivery is always on time.

So we ordered the med pizza deal. Pizzas were 35 mins late, cold and not what we ordered. Called to correct the order. They proceeded to tell they could remake and have it to us in 1.5 hours! So we ordered at 540pm and would possibly get the order by 830! Thats insane. I asked for my money back… they said they cant refund tip money. We gave the pizzas back and lost tip money. Horrible!!!

Just got and tried the 2 medium special
Was ten minutes late no problem
Pizza was room temperature and onions mushrooms and sausage fell off when we picked a slice up won’t order here again unless we are starving papa John will be better

I knew there was a reason i haven’t been to a Pizza hut in over 5 years. The reason, they suck! I know that i shouldn’t expect much from a chain pizza place but come on, can i at least get some cheese on my pizza? Isn’t that what a pizza is? Its crust, sauce, cheese and a topping. I got crust tons of sauce and a dash of cheese. I mean is the cheese expense coming out the pizza makers pockets? So now i have heartburn and bigger ass for no reason. Granted i could have given it to the dog but it is still pizza so i made myself eat it. Plus we paid good money for it. From now on if i want cheap fast pizza i will go to Little Ceasers, its cheaper and it has cheese on it.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! This pizza hut is horrible with the worst customer service I have ever seen! I ordered a pizza online and changed my address it defaulted to this location since I’d moved was puzzled as to why since it is so far from my new place. After waiting 50 min for pizza that should’ve taken 30 I called to find out where my pizza was AND confirmed my address was informed it was on its way. After waiting 15 more minutes I called back and was told I am out of their area when they’d already taken my money online! I spoke to a manager and told them I confirmed my new address so what’s the problem only to find out they had my old address on file and was told they delivered it there! I asked for my money back and wanted to know how it happened was transferred to a «store manager «by the name of Scott who was super rude telling my I didn’t change my address when its funny that my new address was still showing up online! He said «we’ll there’s not a hell of a lot I can do for you» I said you can give me my refund he said I can’t unless you come to store I do they refuse to do soand they call the sheriff to report that I am a fraud! Turns out they delivered to parents house who they same day and time ordered pizza from elsewhere my dad signed for and Scott kept yelling that he should arrested caused a giant scene all because the stupid kid I originally spoke to said my pizza was on the way! Freaking idiots who work bottom
Line I ended paying for pizza at 2 locations because 1 the person did NOT get my address correct after repeating it to me AND 2 the delivery driver DID NOT ask to see the card on file and ID which they are supposed to do and got the sheriff called on me after I had already MYSELF did investigative work to track down my paid for pizza! Never again will myself or family use this location!!!

Delivery time is good, they’re often here before the promised time. However they sort of get my orders wrong. I always ask for extra sauce and less cheese, and the pizza arrives with more cheese than sauce. I don’t like that. The delivery people are always friendly though, so that’s good.

Today was one of those days, and I did not want to cook nor go out, so I decided to order a to go pizza from here. I had them make me their medium pan pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms as the toppings for $ 9 plus tax. (

The pizza looked good when I opened it up. (
), but the first thing I noticed was that it needed more cheese. Some portions of the pizza did not even have any cheese. (
) On the good side, the pizza tasted very good and the crust had that great buttery consistency that pan pizzas usually have. I like that about them. The pizza had a descent amount of mushrooms, but it could of used more pepperoni. (

The man who took my order was cool. He waited patiently while I made my decision and was well mannered when he answered my questions. This place is a to go or delivery location only.
More cheese please…

I use to work for pizza hut 1yr+ as a waitress & it is a shame to see how other locations conduct their business. They just turned away a paying costumer because my mother-​in-​law wouldn’t physically be here in time to show it is her card. (She is stuck in traffic) & wanted the food here for the kids & after a day of working.

I got a pizza delivered from here Sunday night, and it will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut. To make the story short, I got food poisoning from the pizza. I’ve been pretty hesitant about straying too far from the commode since Sunday.

I’ve ordered from this carryout store before. If it wasn’t for my last visit, I wouldn’t be reviewing them right now.
I got awesome customer service over the phone when ordering.
While picking up my order, they greeted me like a star, they offered the service that everyone should receive.
The pizza: it was hot and delicious. Thank you pizza hut!

Very friendly order taker. I was a little concerned about this place because they only had one review and it wasn’t so hot but I must say I was impressed.
I called ahead and the phone was picked up by an order taker, not an automated system. The guy was very friendly and made suggestions for my order. He said it would be ready in about 15 minutes.
When I arrived it was just being boxed up and I was helped right away. I was in and out in about a minute. On my way out one of the workers had just walked in. Noticing my hands were full he rushed back to the door to open it up for me.
Only one experience here so far, but for what I know about Pizza Hut this was above par.

I don’t know why the Pizza Hut system keeps forcing us to use this particular place. For several years, they’ve been bad. Tonight I ordered a pizza at 5:58pm and quoted by the system a 6:28pm delivery…½ hour.
After 50 minutes, I called, and while on hold the call was disconnected. I called back, got Courtney, and she said the driver was out, and if my pizza wasn’t there by 7 to give her a call back.
The pizza arrived at 7:10, one hour and 10 minutes after the order. Driver just said, «We’re kinda backed up.» Then why not change your web promise times to reflect that. A huge difference between 30 minutes and 70 minutes.
Charge? Ten bucks for pizza, 98 cents for tax, $ 2.50 for delivery charge… have to give the driver a tip, not his fault the shop is slow… so $ 15 bucks for a $ 10 pizza.
