This is my favorite Starbucks! These girls and guys go above and beyond every time. I never have issues with my drink at this location and I think this is the fastest Starbucks in all of California. HANDSDOWN. Don’t forget to show your baristas some love on their shift, tipping is awesome!

This Starbucks is always so busy. The employees do a great job getting everyone through as quickly as possible. I recently started ordering from the app and it works great. Even though I do not order it in store, when I walk in they always greet me with a smile and acknowledge me even though I am in and out very quickly. Good job keep up the great service.

This Starbucks gets a 4 star review from me for a couple of reasons: 1. Great Amenities: I’m all about that drive thru. No need to even exit the vehicle! The line can be hit or miss though – Sometimes there isn’t a single car ahead of me and other times I’ve had to wait as much as 15 mins. 2. Relatively fast service: compared to other drive thru Starbucks, this one is definitely much quicker with the service. Other notes: much easier parking lot situation than the other DT Starbucks on Broadway in ELC. I’m taking a star off because of the handful of times I’ve tried to order my usual in the drive thru and I was told they were out of stock. Thanks for waiting to tell me until I’m stuck in that line with no way out!

Never known of a business that would rather loose a sale than accommodate a customer. I tried to pay for My coffee, one coffee for $ 5.05 with a $ 100 dollar bill, cashier gives me a «look» and says I don’t think I can brake it, looks over to lady with headset and she tells me and I quote«I don’t like to take anything larger than a $ 20» I honestly don’t care what you like to take or not… There is no sign saying you can’t pay with anything larger than a $ 20, and you did have enough to break it but chose not to. You lost a customer now, because you didn’t feel like doing your JOB!!!

This location is actually big and open compared to other Starbucks I’ve been to. Nice and clean. Great place to sit and chat. Love the fact that its open 24hrs. Ive never had a bad experience with the customer service here. Nice cup of joe always.

Come here often, typically hit and miss. Lately this location has gotten a lot better. I ordered my usual cold brew and oatmeal cookie today and when I pulled up and was told there were bad news. I assumed they were all out of cold brew, which happens sometimes, they were all out of cookies as well. The lady was quick to apologize and recommend a solution, which was totally fine. She also offered me $ 4 off my next order for the inconvenience, which was very nice of her to do. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a bird tattoo behind her ear. I’ll continue to come back to this Starbucks.

Honestly, this is my second favorite Starbucks. Their drinks are good but the customer service is terrible. Literally every time I come here, which is often, I get grouchy workers. Very rude, short, and sometimes sarcastic. It’s mostly the girls too, the guys are fairly nice. The drinks are always good though which is why I still come when I’m in El Cajon.

Seriously done with this Starbucks store. Not once but every single I come in here there’s always something going on. From the drive thru people being rude waiting over 15 minutes for a drink to just getting wrong drinks. It’s pretty annoying when you just ask for hot chocolate and get it wrong and not to mention not an apology being done for taking so long on drive thru if it’s suppose to be in and out type of thing the employed don’t even enjoy being there I can see. No smiles or anything if you don’t like or enjoy your job then find a new one. customer service is a big deal and honestly the staff there just suck !!! Anyway will not be returning rather drive a mile down to a different one. Don’t waste your TIME here.

Consistently screwed up. How do you run out of coffee 35 minutes after you open the doors.

Horrible service!!! Took 20min for two teas and a latte. All because they didn’t know about their holiday coupons. Ridiculous!!!

Got only two shots on my venti caramel macchiato when it should’ve been 3. Just tasted like milk. Not coming here again. Long line,

Not all Starbucks are created equally. First and last time here. I got a PSL, decaffeinated… drive off to Santee and drank it and it was not good. I’ve had enough PSL to know when it’s off. It was watery with mostly milk, no pumpkin taste, bland without the sweetness and creaminess taste. Ended up stopping at Starbucks in Santee and had it redone and the barista got it right!

Girls working there today were super slow and much more concerned about their private conversations rather than customer service(from what I could see through the drive-thru window). I was the only car in the drive thru and the store was not busy at all. So when I asked why it took so long to make my coffee they lied and said they were«backed up». Umm, I don’t think so. The fashion valley Starbucks gets backed up, lol. The Starbucks on Camino del Rio North location gets backed up. Not an empty store in El Cajon/Santee. I didn’t appreciate that. I’ve had much better Starbucks service at other locations.

Again, I visit this location and am disappointed in the fact that the service culture is still poor.

Not a pleasant experience. Service station where drinks are brought for pick up was FILTHY. Drink tasted like garbage. Employees taking breaks in the dining area. Homeless looking people wandering in wanting to know if you’re selling an iPhone. It’s just not a good situation.

Very friendly and the service is good. Sometimes it feels as if they are not organized, or as if everyone is new, but that’s just when they are busy. I have been ordering via the iOS app and that works out great! I could be a bit cleaner at the condiment station. Not quite the same as my fav on Mission George, where I am the Duke, but I go there a lot more and most know me, so there is that connection.

I’m a Starbucks gold member and visit their locations quite often. I’ve been to this location 4 times and 3 out of 4 times I had to return my drinks because they didn’t get my order correct! Ugh!!! Don’t plan on visiting anytime soon even if it’s close to home

I love a good cup of coffee. I’m not a coffee snob and I don’t do the stupid secret menu thing. I’ll either order a café misto or regular coffee. If I have a gift card I’ll order a basic Frappuccino. However, I do like what I order to be of good quality. I ordered a tall coffee tonight with half and half in the drive thru. The barista was pleasant. I didn’t try my coffee until after reaching the light to get on the 67. By then it was too late to turn around. My coffee was lukewarm. I drank it because I paid for it and being I’m a gal on a budget, I wasn’t going to let it go to waste. I was just disappointed having craved a good cup of java.

I stop by this starbucks quite a bit bc it’s near my work. The drinks are always great and so is the staff. The only complaint I have is bc of it’s location some times it’s gets backed up in the drive thru and the lobby. but they’re pretty quick for the amount of drinks they’re making so really can’t complain
