The product was great, I mean it’s Starbucks so you know what to expect but the customer service was the complete opposite. First I needed a code for the bathroom, so I asked the barista, Suzy, for it after I ordered. She said its on my receipt, which I did not get one. She seemed very annoyed to get the code for me. She stamped it on a piece of paper and I could not read it. So I just held it and didn’t use their restroom. The barista making the drinks, Suzy, seemed very annoyed when customers would ask her questions. It also wasn’t too busy that morning so she wasn’t in a huge rush.

I like how they know me once I walk in :) shows how many times I come here. Mobile ordering does me wonders, in and out in a minute.

Ok, it’s Starbucks. We know what to expect. First, the positives: 1) Easy to find and off the freeway 2) It’s Starbucks 3) Plenty of people working 4) Pastry case was well stocked as was the merchandise wall Now the negatives: 1) Bathrooms need a code(I get that it keeps non-customers out but since my hubby was ordering our drinks, did I have to wait?) 2) Bathrooms were not kept well. Both had trash lying around and smelt horrid. At least there were towels! 3) Trash at the milk bar was literally overflowing 4) Barista at register was going on about being sick and on medication which wouldn’t allow him to drink on Halloween. Ummm… keep that to yourself sir. Would I go back? Probably not(mainly because I’m from out of town) but seeing how unkempt this location was, I question the quality control. It is Starbucks, so I can just go another 5 miles.

ADDON: We both ended up with upset stomachs and massive headaches… Starbucks can be a crap shoot. The barista was talking so much with fellow employees, I don’t think she was paying attention. I ordered a Large Caramel Macchiato, with extra caramel. What I received was a drink with likely just one shot and no caramel. Nothing was written on the outside of the glass, like they normally do, so with the barista talking so much, I don’t think she heard the verbal order from the cashier.

****Updated review!!! Ok never am I ever coming here again! My coworker and I came to this Starbucks at 6am. She got a vanilla bean frap and I got a green tea frap. Went back to work, and probably 3hrs later. My co worker and I both got upset stomach. Idk if they served us something expired. But we both are never going to this Starbucks again! Even if it is just 2mins away.

Was served by unfriendly male cashier, did not willing to have nice friendly two ways communication between him & customer who had some questions regarding limited offer price beverages. He knows well, of course! But what about customers who dont work there? Do they have to know every single detail about starbucks? Its normal they ask you whoever work there as long as they polite. About location: plenty parking space behind store, outdoor tables provided.

Bugs! Do not eat the pastry! saw a couple of moths flying around in there. Don’t eat any food at any Starbucks for that matter.

I love this Starbucks. It’s so chill and a good, central place to meet friends(right on the corner, under the big sign). FYI — Wifi is OK but not the greatest.

Good service. Plenty of parking space behind the store. Staff are nice. I just wish they had more space, the place is very small. Not good for studying or reading.

This isn’t my nornal starbucks stop in the morning but it’s not too far from where I live so I drop in every once in a while. I’m not a big fan of the parking situation. If you’re not out on foot on main st, you have to basically park on the back side of the building and walk to the front. A minor inconvenience but in my opinion the drive thru is just alot quicker. Especially when you’re trying to get to work in the morning. It wasn’t over crowded. Drinks took about 5 mins and the staff was friendly. Gave a 4 star primarily bc of the parking.

I love this Starbucks. Cindy and Anthony are excellent! He always has a smile. Most of the Baristas know and call me by name. It’s like the Cheers of Coffee Shops! :) They always have time to suggest a coffee, or any of their other drinks — just tell them what you’re in the mood for. Hot, cold, or frozen. And they have things available a little longer than other Starbucks locations, which I love, especially during the summer, when they offer drinks with the CHOCOLATEWHIPPEDCREAM! It’s not the fastest Starbucks in the chain, but what they lack in that area they MORE than make up for, in others. You feel like you’re among friends, when you come here! As for the bathroom issue, well. It’s stamped on your receipt, and it’s a little long for the average person to remember of the top of their heads. It’s a great way to make sure only customers can make use of the facilities. All in all, they get an A+ from me, whereas the other location nearby, on Chase and Avocado,(with the drive thru) well. I’ve received several BAD customer services, a couple of crappy drinks, even been all out ignored. Bad to treat a standing(for four years now) Gold Card Member like that. Bad, indeed.

I prefer the Starbucks in Carmel Mountain by my work. Its cleaner friendlier and they manage time better getting you in and out with great coffee. This location is okay but they’ve messed up my coffee twice.

Went this morning because I had a training in the area that I was early for, so decided to stop and treat myself to a green tea frap. First, while taking my order the guy at the register stopped and was side tracked 3 times taking care of other non-urgent matters. One was the customer picking up the drinks was asking for a copy of her receipt. Side note, he had apparently over charged her, so I know it wasn’t just me. While waiting for my drink, I watched the next people at the register and there was continued interruption to their orders. They were not understaffed and there was another person who could have taken care of these side issues. When I was given my drink, I was given an iced regular green tea, not the frap that I orders. Usually I wouldn’t care but there is a significant price difference and I paid for a frap. The only reason I give two stars is because there was no arguing and no questioning when I asked for what I actually ordered.

I went to this one because the one across the street from me was closed(?). The nice thing about going to Starbucks is that the coffees should be the same no matter where you are. I ordered a dirty chai with ristratto shots. I got a coffee drink that tasted nothing like chai. And u make a blah it of brining my own cup. The young woman filled it to the brim when there were obviously grooves on the inside for a lid. I had to ask her to dump some out so I didn’t make a mess. I was more bothered by her lack of common sense than my drink being wrong. And I kinda got attitude when I asked get to pour some out so I could out the lid on.

This is my favorite Starbucks! Every other Starbucks is always out of something I want, but not this one! The display is always stocked full and I’m always happy coming here. The employees are wonderful and fast. OMG the new ham and Swiss breakfast sandwich is AMAZING! The new turkey bacon is really good too.

I am usually big fan of Starbucks coffee, however on this particular morning, I ordered a Grande Pikes Peak, and I can not understand what happen to the coffee. The coffee, no kidding, tasted like burnt ash. I took a second sip, to make sure, and unfortunately my taste buds were not playing a trick on me; still tasted like ash. I dumped it out and moved on. The service was very good and the place was clean, but with the coffee tasting the way it did, I can not justifying anything higher than 2 stars.
