Lousy service today by Trent and Jessica they were not really into the customers and the service was very slow. Unforgettable experience. Come on now do your job with a smile it is not that hard. Poor customer service can negatively impact a business in a variety of ways. From time to time I come to this location and I get the same service all the time. Most of the time I go to the location near the 99 cent store were I get excellent service. I was turned off even before I ordered my food. I will let my friends and family know about my experience at this location. The customer should always have the best experience possible. Listen to your customers, Change thier attitudes and fix the problem if there is a problem. The thing that I didn’t like was they heated the homeless person’s food in the microwave. I don’t know were that food has been. They are very very cheap with their ingredients. This place needs alot of work when it comes to customer service.

Remodeled and very clean. it’s open 24 hours which is a plus and the staff is super friendly always! They always greet you at the door and have big smiles on their faces. They also take time to make conversation with you and ensure that you’re satisfied with your Order. Pretty quick service too. I always come to this location.

Went here for lunch, they remodeled. looks great. Staff is friendly. Typical subway food and etc. Love the new digs. Only downfall, the shift lead had no beard net on. But he made sure everyone had gloves on but he didnt have a beard net. So thats why –1 star. Other than that, just dandy.

I came in to this location for the first time with my family of five. After ordering our sandwiches, handing off the chips and drinks to my kids, and handing the cashier a hundred dollar bill we were asked if we had smaller change. They couldn’t break a hundred on a $ 45 order. Really? To add insult to injury we were told that they couldn’t take 100’s per the managers orders due to accepting a counterfeit one recently. After I tried to walk the teller through the security features(I deal with money on a daily basis) the cashier was instructed by her coworker, who was too busy to acknowledge us even though we were now holding up their busy line, to go and get change from another place. There was no apology ever given and us the customer had to do this business’ job because they obviously don’t have the time or money to educate their employees. Why does a customer have to go spend their money at another establishment in order to get their meal from this place? Why should another establishment have to make change for Subway? Personally, I think this was a bad judgement on the managements side because not only did they lose a customer but they lost a $ 45 order that had to be thrown away due to the custom made sandwiches, opened drinks and chips. Oh yeah, to give more of a picture on employee training. The staff had to go through 4 avocados to learn that none of them were ripe. Really? Can’t you figure out with out having to open it? And don’t leave it out to brown and look nasty next to all the other ingredients. Hello isn’t it supposed to be «Eat Fresh»? Those avocados certainly were no longer fresh. Subway spend some money and educate your team members so they can accept all forms of payment and tell when products are ripe and ready to serve.

This place is run-down, a typical«urban» type shop. You’ll find that the green paint is worn on the front door, they attempted to caulk a gap in the counter top to the right of the soda dispenser. There is dried out food on the inside of the glass display where they make the food. Screw holes in the wall around the paper dispenser for the employee hand washing he sink. Walking down the hallway to the rest facility you see a long ¼ inch gash in the sheet rock on the right side wall. There are open drilled holes in the metal frame for the windows facing Walmart. Tables and floors are generally dirty. The windows are dirty. They do not have trays to serve the food. I went in for breakfast, they were out of the blue creamers because they«forgot» to order them !!! Here’s the deal, I am a Subway«Junkie» I am on the road all the time, I generally eat at Subway for consistent service and a neat clean eating environment. This shop ISNOTONOFTHEM !!!

I did a catering order on line, picked it up on a busy Sunday and my order was perfect! 2 sandwich platters, everything was fresh and everybody loved it! I also love how everything was neat, the sandwiches weren’t thrown together! Great job!
