excellent service, fries were good, my only complaint was the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, the chicken was extremely dry i almost choked on it

Short and to the point, the breakfast is about the same as Denny’s or something similar. The service is alright, the prices are great and because of that the food is just alright. I recently came in with one of my boys for breakfast because he likes Farmer Boys. We both got the French toast combo which was alright for the price. It took about 10 minutes to get our food then they dropped it before they could serve us. So we had to wait again, then when the food came my boy had a piece of hair in his butter. I told him to just take it off so we could eat and leave which we did. There were a lot of people there which is good for them but I probably would come back to give them a second chance.

Went in on Tuesday and had the farm burger. It was BOMB! It was a really big burger, It was kinda messy but totally worth it. The staff was really nice and helpful. The place is clean and inviting. The music could be better. Overall I like it and will return

This is my absolute first-time being here and honestly yes when you look at the price it may scare you at first because they call themselves fast food. But once you actually try something off the menu you definitely won’t disappoint you they have a wide selection that far outreaches breakfast and also a lot of healthier options that many change do not offer that match quality as well the quality was far beyond a fast food restaurant and to be able to have that quality and it be able to have a drive thru as well is amazing. I have the fresh Cobb salad in a wrap and made it a combo along with fried zucchini. It may say only two or four pieces but it seems like you get more out of those two pieces in a whole medium or large fries. The ranch is also made in house which also adds to the quality factor and the wrap was a Sun Dried Tomato rap which usually in most location to have to pay more for the total came out to around 10 dollars and some change for the meal but you will not find quality like this in such a fast form easily and let me not forget the strawberry milkshake that I got is well I got the fresh strawberry milkshake II cannot stress how great everything tastes along with customer service everything far out reached my expectations I hope everyone gives this place a try you won’t be disappointed

Was really wanting to try this place… well we did. It was a little strange at first. You order like its fast food but the prices are definitely not fast food prices. Food was average to a little above. All of our meals(3 children and 2 adults) came out at different times strangely and they forgot an order of fries. I guess what I didn’t like was that their was only 4 other people there and the food took quite a long time. Also the atmosphere was extremely noisy, when i say noisy i men none of the 4 customers were talking, it was the employees. They were extremely loud and kind of obnoxious. About 4 of them were on break and sitting next to us eating lunch and they were pretty disruptive. The food was decent but honestly for the price I will just go to a real sit down restaurant with a little more supervision of its employees. Sorry won’t be heading back.

The burgers here are decent. But their burger patties are pretty thin. So If you order a burger, make sure you order one with a double patty. The fries taste like they were previously frozen. This is more of a sit down restaurant; so be prepared to wait a while for your food.

My sis in law lives in el centro and we always end up here or Denny’s. The employees are ALWAYS without fail friendly and smiling. I can only speak on two items from the menu which are really good ans those are the biscuits and gravy and the BBQ chicken wrap. I love the wrap and never straw and my fiancée hardly strays from the b&g. only drawback is the French fries are below average… don’t me none son!

Come here often with my girlfriend. Love the service here, the food doesn’t taste as greasy as most other places in the imperial valley. It’s also very clean, almost makes you feel like your not in El Centro. I usually get the farmer burger with chili cheese fries. It’s a little pricey to eat here but the good service and good food makes up for it. This is one of the better burger joints out here, I recommend it.

Visited this join with my buddy and his kid a month or two ago. The place is very much similar to a fast food joint, but with some sit-down joint food options. Got the Farmer’s Omelette(with bacon), and it was pretty decent. The«omelette» was more of a scramble than a traditional foldover omelette dish. Service was decent and nothing to rave over. I’d return if I was in the area again.

Love the salads there, fresh and big. The fried zucchini is great and love their fries(I know, I’m weird like that). Their burgers are pretty damn good too, you can’t go wrong with this place. Very friendly staff… Why 3 stars tho? Have you used their drive thru? If you haven’t yet, DON’T, especially not during lunch. Why the hell does it take almost 15 minutes for a salad and fries to be ready? This loooooooooooooooong wait wasn’t just a fluke, happens every single time I go, I should know better and just not go anymore. but they’re so good!

I had the Farmers Omelet. Pretty good. Its a chain but its still pretty good. Clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The kind of place you order up front but they bring the food to your table. I would eat there again. The burgers and salads looked good too.

Pretty good considering its fast food. The fish sandwich was tasty and did not taste like most fast food fish sandwiches I’ve had. It was a tad bit better. I am going to try the Veggie Burger next I will let you know what I think… I went back to Farmer’s Boys and also had the Veggie Burger it was pretty darn good for a fast food Veggie Burger. It could of been cooked a little better, it was a bit mushy. In the Valley we are limited with the food we have at our fingertips, So i will definitely be back.

Wow. They have amazing salads — fresh veggies and nice grilled chicken. This place is not just for burgers, you can get a pretty healthy meal with the choice of salads, and is definitely better than a normal fast food restaurant. Staff are super friendly at the counter, and they bring the food out to you.

This place is something all its own. It’s a fast food joint that serves you like a restaurant would. This is why it bugs me a bit when people bitch about the wait time. It’s expected with this place, as unlike other fast food joints, this place is all fresh food, and they advertise that. The fresh food is the exact reason why this restaurant thrives in other California cities who really dig the fresh food taste. The Valley hasn’t really caught onto that yet, so don’t ditch this restaurant based completely on the wait! If you are expecting quick, greasy food that has been sitting under heat lamps all day to compensate for wait times, this place would not be for you. The fresh food makes the kitchen staff work extra hard and a bit longer to make the food, hence the wait time via drive-thru and inside the restaurant. The sandwiches are awesome, and the salads are delicious. The food is fresh, but don’t expect low caloric intake based on that notion. The salads are topped with deliciously sinful toppings, and so are most of their burgers. I’m not big on fried food, but they have fried zucchini and thick sliced fried onions that are to die for, for all you fried food junkies. Their healthier options are salad with low-cal dressing and their wraps for people who are being mindful, but also want something tasty. I count on this place to be a quick stop with fresh food taste for my sack lunch pick-up for work. Keep in mind that you can call in orders for pick up prior to stopping by the store if you are being especially mindful of your time.

Good food, lame idea. To sum up, this is a sit down restaurant, comparable to Chilis or applebee’s with a drive-thru and no booze. The food takes as long to get as a sit down place, you have to sign your credit card receipt with a clipboard and a pen they hand you(I cannot express how much I HATEHATEHATE that!!! I mean, you are about to eat, and the idea is that you are going to eat immediately in your car… Even though I take it home first and wash my hands… But why the hell would I want to put my hands on a pen that everybody and they’re mother has touched as well as a clipboard with god knows what kind of fecal matter all over it on my lap right before i’m going to eat???) Ok, the food… Bought a burger once, and i will admit, it was pretty good… It had avocado and bacon and it was a pretty standard, good, burger that you would expect to get at Chili’s or Applebees… Better than Carls Jr or Jack in The Box, of course, but still, nothing special and a far cry from being the touted«Best Burger in The World». However, got a coupon for a free burger once and it was the crappiest burger I ever had… nothing like the one I paid for… The patty was microscopic compared to the bun and it was filled with iceberg lettuce and sloppy tomato… I was scratching my head and couldn’t really eat it. Salads… Good. not great. Mexicali Chicken and Salads way better. Chicken Sandwiches… Good, not great. Juniors Café, the BEST chicken Sandwich. But the breakfast, this is where this place truly shines… The breakfast burritos are awesome!!! And the typical Breakfast of Pancakes or French toast with eggs, sausage and or bacon… Awesome, especially if you want some good breakfast like Denny’s but don’t wanna drag the whole family out, good stuff here, you can just make a solo mission run and bring home a good breakfast to eat at home for cheaper than Denny’s too… but other that that, and even picking up breaky is rare, I don’t really find myself craving this place… Pretty boring and i’m surprised they are still in business down here to tell you the truth.
