Standard subway. Service was very pleasant. They didn’t have salt packets, so they poured some salt into a little sauce container for me. When the front cashier was ringing someone else up, they took my card and wrung me up with the drive thru cashier. I had my order in my hand within a couple minutes of walking into the shop.
But keep in mind, this is still a subway. Expect something quick and relatively healthy. But don’t expect a sandwich that blows your mind. I just had a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. I asked for spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion. I can’t have dairy, which would have made the sandwich better if toasted. But then it wouldn’t have been healthy. There you have it. Possibly healthy mediocrity.
I’ll only be back if I’m in El Centro. Realistically, I’m not sure when that will be happening. But if I’m driving through, I’ll know that this place is exactly like all other subways, except the service is a little better than most.

Letter to Owner: I came in Sunday night at about 8 and was treated very rudely. The young man working there ignored me for ten minutes, talking to another customer and then to a female employee. He did not say a word to me until I started walking out the door.
I understand that sometimes things come up and there will be delays, but that is no reason to ignore a customer. Your employee did not say a word to me as I stood there. He made it clear that I was a bother. I will not be a bother any more.

I don’t live in the imperial valley, but my best friend does and I visit quite often. This is by far the best subway I have ever been too! Every time I come the staff is super friendly and they put effort into the sandwiches they make. They make sure it is made the way you like it! This past weekend Sylvia helped my friend and I with an order of 4 sandwiches and each one was made to perfection! I make it a point to get my subway craving from this location!

Decent food and always clean when I’ve gone. However, the last time I stopped by with my boyfriend we arrived 15 minutes before 11 PM (looked online and hours showed it was open until midnight) and we saw the employees look at us outside about to go in and locked the door on us. We even saw one of them laughing. Not sure if the hours we saw online were incorrect and they actually close at 11, but it was still very rude to be locking the doors when you see people about to come in. I’m not coming back to this Subway location.

Good clean place to eat. I’m sad they close the other one across the street. Was more convenient for me to go multiple time a week. now I have to go backwards to go forward. Yeah it’s not that much farther but note I don’t go as much as I use to. But that’s just my inconvenience. It still is a great place to get cheap eats.
