walked in their office, beginning dec 2013, to get dtv. did the sign up, credit etc, got a dtv acct and number, but socal gadgets said they had no dtv equipment, but will get it. Dec 18 they called and said they can’t get a tripod for the dish, but will call when they get one. dec 23 I finally got directtv to cancel my acct and not bill me or argue about canceling the2year agreement. guess after they checked, they agree so cal gadgets wasn’t going to deliver and dtv gave my money back. I’ll try againnext month with a different dtv outlet
