Wow… Came here for lunch and didn’t even get acknowledged. Ordered my meal and the lady(persian manager) seemed not interested and aloof. Then I noticed another customer 10 minutes later ordered food and drinks and ice machine has no ice. I The manager told the customer sorry the ice machine is not working. I got ice like 5 minutes ago and I know that they were just out of ice and they were too lazy to add ice. Bad bad customer service.

Exactly what you should expect from a Subway. If you come here looking for something gourmet you need to rethink where you want to eat. Fast, efficient service, fresh produce, and quality sandwiches. No complaints here.

Wow. Terrible. I came in here at 7:45 this evening, and it looked like nobody was in there. When I walked inside, I could see an employee on his cell phone in the back, and when he came out, he looked upset that I had come in. I asked if they were still open/closing soon, because the irritated look on his face, but they close at 9:00. No smile at all. One word questions(which sounded more like statements), as in «bread.» «cheese.»(I know a few extra words is a lot of work, but you could at least ask«what type of cheese would you like?», etc. The topping I wanted the most was olives, and when I asked, he just said«out of olives»(that was actually the longest sentence he formed) and stared at me. Also, have they gone up in price??? My sandwich(chicken, cucumber & cheese only) was $ 8.01.(Non-toasted). I’m going to attach a picture of it as well. What an embarrassment for El Dorado Hills.

I really do not like coming to this Subway location. The lady wearing the black T-shirt I am assuming she’s either the manager shift leader or owner has absolutely terrible customer service skills. It seems like that this is running in the family because the owner of the store whom I’m assuming is either her father or husband acts the same. Unfortunately this is the closest subway location to our house. I dread coming over here.

So unfortunate that the actual sandwich looks nothing like the commercial sandwich. Unbelievable how little lunch meat you get on a 12″ sub. Of course, you can order it with extra meat for a substantial $$ increase. Subway is good in a pinch but overall way down on the list of go to places. Best sandwich place around is the Beach Hut. So much meat it’s hard to bite into.

I ordered a non heated sandwich to go 6÷7÷14 and was charged tax. I argued that no tax due on non heated, non eat in. Got charged anyway but kept receipt. Server could not delete it trying twice. Next day go in and different girl same thing only this time a male worker new about it and showed her what button to push on register. This is an owner problem, not employee problem. He needs to get his head out of his butt and properly train his staff & run his business or sell the franchise to someone else. Monday I’m lodging a complaint with State Board of Equalization. How many hundreds got improperly charged tax? I’m going to spot check this store when owner is in to have a face to face instead of hiding behind a keyboard. County records show Mehrat Hazeghazaam as owner. Heres the # if you were wronged. contact the Board of Equalization Investigations Division at 916−324−0105

This is by far the best Subway out there! The veggies are always extremely fresh and the place is always clean and well stocked. The employees are awesome… they know my order by heart and are always fun to chat with and quick at getting through orders. I actually look forward to going in because I know it’ll be a good experience!

Bad, Bad, Bad. I just bought a 12″ and 6″ sandwich from this location. the onlt reason I went there is because I was at another store in that center. First the girl that made the sandwich could not smile at all. It was if I was bothering her as she had to come from the back room. The sourdough bread was so stale and hard that if you through it at a window it would broke the glass. When I called to tell them the girl that answered the phone argued with me that it could not be as they bake it fresh everday. That is true, except it was baked probably this morning and it is now 4 pm. It was so hard and dry that the crust was flaking off. The girl could care less that I was unhappy. I asked her to have the manager call me and gave her my phone number. I will not get a call because I know she did not write it down. I have had bad food from this store before. I guess this time I learned my lesson. I will not be back except to give them back ther bread tomorrow. The only good Subway in this whole area is the one on Palmer Drive in Cameron Park. Jaz and Bea and their staff do a great job and serve quality product. The rest of the stores in the area should go there and learn how to run a Subway.

I love subway and have been a customer for years and usually get the same sandwich. I frequent the 2 subways in Cameron park and have been to every subway from CP to Folsom but only been to this one once or twice but after my last trip I will be here more often. I thought all subways make the sandwiches the same but when I went here a few nights ago I saw how it should be done! I normally get a BLT toasted and normally they throw the bacon on there and the cheese and then toast it all at once and the bacon stays flat and if you get cheese too than its even worse but this subway toasted the bacon and made it nice and crispy first(which is the best part about bacon, am I right?) then added it to the sandwich and toasted the sandwich again– my boyfriend got the BLT not toasted so the 2 girls there offered to toast his bacon longer. When we first walked in they had the veggies covered with the plastic lid that lifts up to keep the veggies fresh– I had no idea that the other subways even had that cause Ive never seen it before. The veggies were fresh and the avocados were nice and green and the service was so great. The 2 girls that were there were actually talking to me and making sure I got my sandwich how I wanted it instead of talking to each other and just making the sandwich like they were on auto-pilot like some of the other subways. I highly recommend this subway! and to all the other subways– toasting the bacon before putting it on the sandwich even if the customer wants the sandwich toasted makes a HUGE difference– I was actually able to enjoy the crispness of the bacon because it wasn’t cooked into the bread. Thank you girls– my sandwich was so yummy! :)
