If I can give lower than 1 star I would. I don’t ever put bad reviews on Unilocal,this is the first, even when someone is genuinely trying and messes up in service I’ll still tip them, I am ridiculously nice! so I come here early in the morning, around 6 am and the woman on the phone tells me that there’s rooms available, so then we wanted our room for a day and 2 extra hours so she charged me an extra 10 dollars, 60 + 10 = 70. Then we hear someone trying to kick us out 5 hours later. Literally arguing with the worker and owner, he tells me check in is at 10 am only, I will not be getting a refund, FOR HER FAULTS. We stayed for 5 hours !! I wanted at least less than 50% back and still a no ! He tells me, he apologizes and she’s new, but that is still not my fault, he tells me I have to leave, and with no refund. I hate this place. I only went there because she said I could.

BED BUGS!!! One of the worst hotels I’ve ever EVER been to. A gross filthy hovel of a hostel with falling apart furniture and sink. There’s a dilapidated chest of drawers if you care to put your clothes in… but unclean ed and GROSS. That’s not the worst, imagine waking up at 2am as I did scratching your arms and legs off and wondering why? Turning on the light revealed my trash heap of a beg was infected with bed bugs and my body was paying for it. If you value your health, don’t. Ever. Set. Foot. Hear. To add to that, the unruly disrespectful dimeanor of the owner and «manager» goes hand in hand with what they have to offer. Don’t let it fool you

One of the best hotels ever! Been here for 3 weeks best service the managers are so sweet! And caring 2 elderly couple are very cute and take care of the hotel very clean and spotless…
