I’m not used to seeing a 2 story Kohl’s, but I did while I was visiting El Paso. I never made it up to the second floor, but the first floor was fine. They have a good setup and plenty of dressing rooms.
The employees were nice enough and seemed to genuinely care.
If you’re in the area, this is a nice Kohl’s to stop at.

The far eastside store is much better. The caliber of this store is consistent with Bassett place.
Good luck ever finding an employee on the upper level. Also, all the employees use the elevator instead of the escalator, and therefore those who really need the elevator like mothers with strollers or the disabled have to wait longer.
Drive a bit and go to the one in the Las Palmas marketplace.
