Almost 99% of the time, I find waaaaay better deals online from VS but I was in the area and had a VS rewards card that was expiring so I popped in. The sales were lackluster yet somehow the place was a’ buzzing. The store is average size but it seemed cramped and felt a little chaotic. Things were disarrayed. Personally I wasn’t too impressed with the selection either. Many sizes were unavailable too. One employee ran the floor, seeming to be everywhere at once. She shoved a shopping bag in my hand as soon as I walked in the door and said something so fast, I had to say«excuse me?». Over the course of 30 minutes she asked me, no exaggeration, seven more times if I wanted help. Maybe I looked like a little lost puppy in there… The checkout line was atrocious, stretching nearly out of the door despite three cash registers open. The checkout line divided part of the store so trying to get across was a cluster you-know-what. I spent 20 minutes in line waiting to checkout and two-stepping so people could get through. The woman in front of me with her small child provided some entertainment though. The child was rolling around on the floor saying incoherent things and eventually ended up knocking a display over on someone(don’t worry, everyone was fine). I did eventually reach the checkout counter. The employee at the register was nice but she went through the motions incredibly, painfully slow. Even my change was counted out in a methodical way, one coin at a time. I think it is safe to say this location cannot handle volume. The employees were nice so maybe on a slow day, one would have a better experience. However, if I ever see this place busy again I’ll be the one running in the opposite direction.

The older sales associates there are usually very cold and unpleasant to deal with. They weren’t busy and when we were the next in line to pay, they completely ignored us. This is the only VS where I consistently receive an unpleasant shopping experience.
