The language barrier would not stop us from enjoying this terrific restaurant. The chips and salsa was unique and delicious. The beer was about $ 3 a bottle. The carne asada in the tacos were tender and full of flavor! And the ceviche was fresh and delicious. I would drive to the West side any day for the great food served at Los Aguachiles.

Ordered a piña colada a few months ago and it tasted and looked like dish water. Food was good. Came today and ordered a shrimp soup and I basically got 10 shrimp in soup broth, zero veggies!!! I don’t think I’ll give it a third chance… dissapointed…

I was looking for good Agua Chiles and I expected this to be the place, since that is their name. Turned out the Agua chiles are bland almost un chewable and not very tasty. We where a party of 5 and not one person enjoyed their meal. El Paso is quickly being over saturated by Mexican sea food restaurants so I would expect better quality unfortunately that is not a fact for this place. The reason I give then two stars instead of one. Is because the fish soup is so so.

They have the best Mexican seafood dishes I have experienced in my short 5 months in El Paso. I am not a Mexican food expert, but I have spent meaningful time in Mexico and in the coasts. The seafood soups are marvelous. The Ceviche is superb. I am very fond of the Baja Shrimp tacos too. It isn’t fancy, but it is always clean. It would have five stars if the service was more friendly.

I ate here for lunch the other day. I ordered Baja tacos and was very happy. They were the best tacos I’ve had in El Paso, and I’ve been trying all Kinds of places to find good tacos. I was served soup with the meal and it was delicious. Sort of like a tortilla soup with a hint of sea food. Fresh chips came with it too, and a green creamy salsa that was very flavorful, but too hot for me. The 3 tacos each had a huge portion of fried fish, fresh cabbage and a choice of chipotle cream sauce or verde cream sauce, both were amazing on the tacos. Large soda, soup, chips, tacos…$ 10 plus tip. Fave stars for sure.

I’ve had ceviche in Peru and elsewhere, so it was a treat to sample the Mexican equivalent aguachiles. I ordered the mixed combo with the rojo sauce, which was just at my level of spice tolerance. My daugher had the shrimp brochette, and enjoyed it as well. Friendly waitress who was very helpful. The tomato salsa served with the chips was great, but the yellow salsa was way too hot for our gringo palates.

What a gem of a find! The food was outstanding! We had mixed seafood soup & mixed seafood ceviche for lunch. A lot of restaurants will have fillers in their soup. Not here, their fullers were the fresh seafood! I found ½ carrot slice & some celery. Their ceviche was as good as what my husband makes at home. We’ll just come here for ceviche & no longer make it. Ceci, our waitress was very friendly & described Mexican dishes we are not familiar with. She is a doll! We will definitely return for more meals!

Me like!!! I enjoyed this seafood restaurant very much. I ordered their seafood ceviche and coctels, they have many different flavors, all of which were good. What I like the most about their seafood mix is that they cut up their seafood in pieces instead of using like a 10 lbs bag of marisco mix. I also enjoyed their different seafood soups. I like eat this place as appetizers, since to me, ceviche/coctel is just not fulfilling enough to be a meal. My friends have tried their entrees, it looked delicious, but for me I am happy sticking to the ceviche/coctels!

The waiter did get our order wrong, but the food was still pretty good. I had the baja tacos and the seafood civeche. Both were okay, however, I have had the baja tacos(1 fish and 1 shrimp) were not very flavorful. The dressing served with it was watered down and the food wasn’t very hot so you could tell it was sitting for a bit. This is what was recommended. The civeche was good. Its a lot. It was lunch the next day and was still very satisfying. I will return again to give it another shot since it was spoken highly of.

I had the Shrimp Aguachile at the suggestion of the waitress. She also recommended the sinaloense which is one of the ways it is prepared. Surprise… it is served cold, but it was very good. The shrimp is not cooked, but marinated in lime and chili(like Ceviche). Different for this Minnesota boy, but I would highly recommend it for those of you with a more adventurous palate. Stay well my friends!

The Baja Tacos with fried shrimp and the chipotle cream sauce are to die for. Perfectly fried shrimp on a corn tortilla with cabbage avocado and cilantro, add salsa huechol or the choptle sauce and your taste buds will rejoice! Great service too.

Don’t let the décor fool you! This place rocks when it comes to the food! Friendly staff, prompt attention and inexpensive great food! Fish and shrimp tacos were overstuffed with seafood, avocado, & cabbage leaving little room to drizzle the two tasty sauces.

Best Mariscos in El Paso, fresh as it gets in West Texas. Mexican seafood has to be my favorite type of food to eat. I always judge. A restaurant based on their shrimp cocktails and this place is doing it right! Wash it down with a Sol and life can’t get any better!
