I’ve been both to this location and the Sunland Park location stand had a great experience both times. I was taken back pretty quickly, and was given very courteous and prompt attention. After bad experiences at other urgent care centers, I was pleasantly surprised by what a well-oiled machine this place is. I was in and out quickly at both locations and loved Dr. Molina at the Sunland location. Thanks, MedPost!

Even with an appt time set via online for 3 pm, I promptly arrived at 2:55, filled out paperwork, turned it in at 3:07 at 3:09 I paid my copay and sat down to wait. Two other people were waiting ahead of me. At 4:05 I was brought back to get the normal blood pressure, temp triage stuff and went and waited in an exam room. 30 min later a nurse practitioner showed up I tell her I have been severely congested for 8 days after some follow-up questions she leaves to get prescriptions from the doctor. At 5 pm I was given a prescription for two things… BOTHOVERTHECOUNTERMEDS!!! I sat here for 2 dang hours paid $ 50 and you give me some OTC meds. Just received a bill on 29 August 2015 for $ 190. So this visit for OTC meds cost me $ 240

Ok so at first this place seemed pretty legit, not that it’s not but we were waiting in the first waiting area for about 45 mins and then we finally entered the second waiting area. The staff was friendly but not overly excited, the RN that took my gf’s vitals and stuff was actually very courteous. So there we are, waiting and waiting in the second waiting room. My gf finally had to get up and ask somebody if we were ever going to see the doctor because it has already been an additional hour after the 45 mins. They told her it would be an additional 20 mins. We decided to wait and finally the doctor came check a bit and gave her what she wanted, which was antibiotics and a multi symptom couch medicine. Too long of a wait. Urgent cares should be shorter wait times as an alternative to the ER.

If you are into robotic interaction with absolutely no bedside manner or human compassion, this is the place for you! From the minute we walked in, it was ALLBUSINESS! Even when dealing with children! Not a smile was to be had by anyone. I found it awkward. It was like they were all annoyed at having to work on a Sunday afternoon and wanted everyone to know it. But we did get the medication we needed and I guess that’s what counts.
