The best thing about El Paso is this restaurant. If I was driving through El Paso again(God forbid), I would stop and eat here. I had the crispy noodles, and it was deeelish. Nice atmosphere.

Food is great but I feel the service and timing is not always consistent. I’ve experienced a few rude waiters and waitresses. I once waited about 45 minutes for appetizers and my waitress seemed annoyed with us that day. Other times my food has been on time and there services is great. I love their Bobba tea. Honestly it’s great food but there’s a 60⁄40 chance the service will be bad.

Went here on Friday for lunch. Got pretty crowded around 12−1pm, but our service was good. Waiter said they get good lunch crowds pretty much everyday. Bun Bo Hue has yummy flavors. Phở is good. I also liked there Café Sua Da for $ 2.95. I’m glad El Paso has a good Phở restaurant because the first phở I tried on Montwood sucked ass.

This place is one of my personal favorites. I recently moved from Louisiana where there was a plethora of Vietnamese restaurants and was afraid El Paso would be lacking, but then I found Phở Tres Bien. The regular size is huge, I can’t usually finish it. The seafood phở is my favorite, the vermicelli is a close second.

A-freaking-mazing!!! Im from Orange County CA aka lil saigon so i know what im talking about when it comes to viet cuisine. This place is not only the bomb, but very generous on the meat portions of phở! You wont get a few dabs of meat like some cheapskate place. And the broth??? Outa this world, specially for el paso. The brisket is really good quality and cuts. Barely any fat on them. We also ordered the lumpia rolls, which came in 4 and my hubby didn’t bother to chew when he scarfed them down. Probably burned himself too in the process because they were still so hot and fresh outta the fryer. And its such a cute place too with a koi pond and turtles swimming around. Highly recommend!

Great little restaurant to come by for a quick bite to eat. I usually come here for their Phở especially the day after at the bar to help«wake» me up. Their Vietnamese sandwiches are great but wish they were larger like some of their competitors. The place has really nice setting including a covered outdoor area with a small pond with large goldfish. Good place to bring the family.

I love the food and the service is usually really good. But today our service was TERRIBLE! He took forever to take our order after he took it it took another while for the food to get there and no appetizers!!! After we asked about them he said they will be right out but he had a face that he forgot. On top of that he got my order wrong. Love the place and I recommend just not tonight

This place isn’t worth my time to review. But for the sake of other possible patrons I will take a few moments. Don’t go. Calamari with ranch. Whattttt? Oh my bad chewy over cooked calamari with ranch. Two hour wait for the food. The server was like 12. They were out of half of their beers and didn’t tell you until you asked. No utensils until we asked. Actually had to go get our own napkins. I am literally writing this waiting for my food. Ok so the charbroiled beef is cold. And we had to give the young one some rice to hold her over while it took forever to get our food. My phở just arrived. No veggies or sauces or spoons. Ok now the person who I assume is the owner is out here trying to help. Only took 15 mins for water. Ok getting better. Alright the Phở is good. Really really good. So the consensus is we order out for pick up. Over two hours at a restaurant is ridiculous. Especially for phở. Still sad over the 4 different beers they were out of or ran out. Ok so the owner is super awesome. She packaged our meals to go. Overall rough start. Food is good. So I went from 1 to 3 stars.

Really enjoyed having lunch here for the first time! The ambience was wonderful. We sat outside next to the koi pond. Service was fast and friendly. Fair portion of noodles for the price. The boba tea was excellent too!

Very interesting place the garden area is very appealing. This only my second Phở experience in EP and my first was yesterday. I ordered a lychee drink which sounded interesting when it came it was only half way filled but it had real lychee in Consequently, Phở Tre Bien did not measure up to Phở An-Lac on the west side. First, their phở is more expensive than my first restaurant and the size is not significantly larger. There was little meat and the broth was a bit on the bland side and no basil! it. Service isn’t great the woman at the cash register was very rude. Over all, this place is mediocre and I won’t make the drive for this.

They have rare beef phó on the menu and also beef jerky salad. Couldn’t get the salad because they were out. Tried two types of spring rolls with a protein in them. The meat in the rolls was scarce and did not give the rolls any flavor. So you really just had spring veggie rolls with a tiny string of pork. On a happy note, the service was great and they have jasmine tea.

Cold weather comes with serious Phở cravings. Only downside to this is that the rest of El Paso must feel the same cause this place was busy! We waited to be seated, which was fine since they have a beautiful koi pond to keep people distracted. Once we were seated they forgot about us so I had to flag someone down to get us drinks. The lady was very apologetic and got our food out super fast. The charbroiled chicken skewers, Lumpia, Phở, and Bubble tea were all great! I’m definitely planning to return for my phở fix.

The restaurant is beautiful in the outside patio with the koi ponds and the interior is very clean. The food is delicious and flavorful with a good amount of food. The price for 2 spring rolls is about $ 5.95(kind of pricy for 2 rolls) but if you’re craving Vietnamese food and need your fix, it hits the spot. They don’t serve the phở with basil like traditional phở, but the cilantro with it isn’t bad. A small bowl of phở is about $ 7.95−8.95 depending on which one you get. If you’re like me and you’re used to California phở, this is a good fix until then.

Place looks real shady from the outside at night. Lot is really dim, doors and windows all barred up. Inside it was a pleasant surprise to see a Koi pond and an outdoors dining area. That being said, the food was pretty bad. Got a grilled pork chop plate with rice/eggs/shredded pork. The pork chop was not fully cooked, there were literally 3 strands of shredded pork, and the rice was hard(how do you mess up rice??). To top it off, I ordered a strawberry boba tea — Be forewarned, this place is one that uses powder for their boba tea, so it tastes like a chalky post-workout protein shake — and it was awful. Took 2 sips and called it a day. If you are looking for vietnamese, there are other options in the area.

My girlfriend had been trying for years to take me to this place. I didn’t even know it is existed much less what phở was. Vietnamese cuisine sounded a little scary at first. Once inside the atmosphere in there is unique. They have a large koi pond with a waterfall and rivers where the fish swim through. Its on the green house looking side of the restaurant. The other side is the indoor restaurant which is nicely decorated and has a relaxing feel to it. Everyone had told me to try the phở and i went with the chicken. It was an explosion of deliciousness. The noodles and the broth are so good. Best of all you get a side of add ins like cilantro, bean sprouts, and the spiciest slices of jalapeño i’ve ever had. You’ve been warned! If you order the steak phở, make sure to ask for the steak raw and on the side. That’s the traditional way to eat the steak phở. The steak is so thin you can dip it into the broth and wait till it cooks to the way you like it. That is very neat and a very cultural experience. I recently heard phở is the best hangover cure in the world. I’ve yet to try it but i’ll let you guys know. The only thing i’ve experienced consistently is the poor service. Not that the servers aren’t nice but to get refills takes a while. Sometimes they forget after telling them 3 times. And that’s just for water. It is a big restaurant and servers have a lot of area to cover but when you’re eating spicy food you need to have something to drink at all times.

Decent taste. As a huuuuge fan of phở, I don’t know what else to say about this place but I guess you can’t ask so much in EP. I didn’t like that they gave us sprouts and herbs that are super dry and bad. A little bit expensive for the size of the meal I think. They have some bubble tea but it didn’t taste so good. Yes it’s cool that they have a koi pond inside of their restaurant but it smells… Like dead fish… They need to clean it more often.

So I’ve reviewed a few Phở places since getting addicted to Unilocal! And I’ve checked in at the one in Vegas a bunch… Needless to say, my wife got me hooked on phở… I can’t help it… It’s just so Phở-king good! With that being said, we’ve finally arrived in our new town. El Paso… Immediately Sakino found a phở place. Short and sweet: Food: average to good Price: normal phở price Service: friendly and fast Establishment: actual pretty nice! They even have outdoor coveted seating with a very trendy lookin koi pound with huge koi and mini water fall! Unfortunately, after the nice setting wears off, it’s back to the food. 3 star. Not the best but not the worst. We decided 1 time per month will be our standard here. いただきます
