Burger King

Horrible ! I stopped in here for lunch and only had 30 mins. I ordered jalapeño chicken fries, a cheeseburger and fries .i asked for it to be fresh because I seen already boxed up chicken fries Just sitting there. Who knows how long those have been there. Well when I got my order. I got one of those boxes of chicken fries that were barely warm. I asked for fresh ones and got lots of attitude. I recieved the same chicken fries but they put them in the fryer again. So now there hot but burnt. I ate them because I was starving and didn’t have time. But seriously. Horrible place to eat and should not be able to do that. Waste of money !!

Horrible food! I was hungry so I decided to get the 5 for $ 4 deal and I was disappointed. The foods were COLD and GROSS. Not only that… The drive thru cashier was hitting on me –_​_​_​_​_​-​;. He kept talking to me at the cash window and even put his puts customer on the intercom on hold, just to talk to me. Then he rushed over to the pick up window… To talk to me again and to hand me my food… Like dude… Stay at your window. Not only that… He slipped his number in my bag (I threw it away of course)… Talk about awkward and professionalism.
The nuggets were cold! I was sad when I ate it. The burger was nasty and gross… I felt like I was eating old food. My Diet Coke tasted water down… I guess the best thing was the cookie and fries. Never coming back to this BK again. I think I’ll try the 4 for $ 4 deal instead at Wendy’s for better food.

I had the worst experience at this Burger King. They need new employees with great costumer service. I didn’t like that the employees argued about discounts while there was a line waiting to order. Also this location was dirty. Never going back!

I got an A1 mozzarella burger and they got it wrong gave me regular A1 burger and it was cold. The shift leader/​manager really needs to treat her staff better and not so rude. It was so over priced wow it was not worth that price.

It’s been awhile since I stepped into the KINGdom and it will likely be an even longer wait, if ever, before I make that choice again. I was there in the early afternoon around 2:30 on a weekday. The place was a mess and staff didn’t seem very interested in cleaning things up any time soon. The cashier taking my order was nice enough but seemed very new to her job. Compounding the issue was the fact that the menu had no prices. At that point I took the easy out and asked which of the sandwiches were on the 2 fr $ 5 promotion. I got a blank stare and she asked for help. At that point the «pricing assistant» came over and ran down the list. I had skipped breakfast, which may have tainted my decision to be here in the first place, but I landed on ordering the long pulled pork sandwich and the big king. I’ve never cared for their fries or rings so I called it good at that. I ordered them to go given how sad the dining area looked.
I waited for my order near the fancy soda machine that allows you to mix your own beverage like a mixologist. I’m not a big fan of soda but was amused by the folks programming in their soda specifications. While the machine was fun to observe the entire area was littered in a mess of caps, straws and napkins. The trash was overflowing and falling to the floor.
My order was ready with a reasonable wait and off I went. When I sat down to eat I went with the long pulled pork first. Oddly enough it was on a round burger bun. Not the end of the world but a peculiar choice. I opened it up to take a look and saw some sort of pork mush, lacking and texture, spread over maybe 75% of the bun. Maybe the portion conversion from long to round baffled whoever prepared this. The taste was an odd sweetness with not even a hint of smokiness. I realize this is BK but still if you are promoting it as pulled pork make the effort to have it at least resemble that in flavor if not in texture. I took a couple more bites and called it good. On to the big king. Strike two! The sandwich was a breadwich, it was very lightly toasted if at all, and it was getting soggy quickly so I pulled out the center bread which also held a fair portion of the cheese. The burger had that familiar flavor of BK flame broil but a few bites later my appetite seized and my BK adventure was complete.
If it wasn’t for the pleasant, though inexperienced staff, this would have been a one star review. Once again I have learned my BK lesson. It’s going to be along while before I visit again, if ever.

Restaurant is very slow! 15 minute wait for one order of two whoppers and fries. They lacked availability of drinks and their machine works slow (it’s new and digital). Also, they charge an extra 22 cents if you want dipping sauce. At Sac State, it’s faster and free for sauce!

This location is horrible.

Always takes so dang long to just get a cheese burger or 2 in the drive thru. Never has anyone who speaks English on the speaker.

It’s fast food. Nothing fancy or glamorous about it. You’ll find the standard menu items of burgers and fries.
What I like about this particular location is the fact that they’re fast, friendly, open 24hrs, and rarely make a mistake with large orders.
The only downside I’ve experienced is when they’re updating their system and can only accept cash.

I haven’t been to a Burger King for about 8 years, but decided to go because we got some coupons in the mail and it is really close to work. The place was really dirty considering there was only 1 table being occupied. I had to search the whole restaurant just to find a clean table. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and it must of been off the kids menu or something because it was about 3.5 inches in diameter and the patty was about ¼ of an inch thick. It tasted like nothing. Really bland. I was happy to see they had one of those awesome every flavor imaginable Coke machines, but was very disappointed when I went to use it they were out of the flavors that I wanted. The service was friendly, but under staffed as i had to wait to order, even though there was no one else there.

I really hate leaving a bad review but…
So first off I am very sensitive to chicken, but I really like the chicken nuggets at Burger King. So I ask for them «off the fryer» which is how you ask for fresh nuggets at burger king. No matter what burger king I have been to in sacramento I always get attitude from employees, which I have learned to disregard, but the other night (which is not the first time from this particular employee has done this to me) I can not let go.
When I walked in at 9:50 PM the young African-​American Female employee sighed at me. I decided to ignore it and continue to order my Chicken Nuggets «off the fryer» The female employee then rolled her eyes at me. as she took my order she frowned and gave me terrible attitude. I waited 5 minutes and my order got called, I understand the fresh nugget take time and I ordered 10 nuggets and a large soda and fries. I rushed out to my car to sit down and eat my hot nuggets, but to my surprise only 4 of the 10 were fresh, the other six were cold and hard. and my fries were cold and soggy as well.
Honestly the employee who helped me was so rude and made me feel so unwelcome. I felt like she intentionally gave me the opposite of what I ordered because I ordered them fresh. I trashed the food as I was too worried that I might have had an even worse experience if I had asked them to fix it. I also want to say this is the third experience with this particular employee. I really hope this can get to management as I am never going to this particular burger king again and might have ruined my entire experience at burger king altogether, which is sad because I grew up in a burger king family not a mcdonalds family.

Stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday. There were a few customers in but it was not busy at all. Once we ordered we went over to their fancy Coke machine that has the numerous different flavors and it was out of probably half the flavors. On to find a place to sit. EVERY single table that was not occupied was dirty. We wiped our own table down and ate our lunch. The entire time of our visit not one employee wiped any of the remaining tables down. When it’s not busy you would think they would be a little more proactive with keeping things clean. On a side note our food was fine.

The last time I ate Burger King? It was back in college at the University Union. I always ordered their chicken fries. Too bad they were discontinued. I needed to grab something quickly and seeing as I haven’t been to a BK in a long time, I came here. I ordered a kids meal. It doesn’t come in a cute box like McDonald’s. The chicken nuggets and fries aren’t as good either. Meh. I guess they lost their appeal now that I no longer care for their paper crowns.

If I could give minus stars, I would… so, Burger King gave us two free apple pies when they messed up on our order numerous times. It gets really interesting when we open an apple pie at home and it’s MOLDY! No lying. I have pictures… Disgusting health hazard. Stay away from this Burger King!

Drive through is open 24 hours. Yay. I can only eat their BK Veggie Burger and fries and that is it. Nothing too impressive about the restaurant or the location. Drive through staff seem like the same mindless drones that you see at all drive throughs.

Never use the drive thru here. They will get it wrong every time. I came here today for 2 cheeseburgers and one large fry.
There was no one else in line and they still managed to screw mine up.
I was in a hurry and simply took the bag and tossed it in the seat next to me. When I got home there were no burgers only fries and a bunch of ketchup.
I guess Joe Pesci was right. They f u at the drive thru.

I like Burger King — probably because I grew up near one (and no, I’m not horridly obese). I’m not sure if my review/​star-​grading is helpful. I can’t really say «I hated this location», well — because the business is rather straightforward: enter, order your food, get it, eat it, leave.
I rated it ⁵⁄₅ stars because
1. I got my order
2. the food tasted as I would have expected (no fingers, no veggies that I didn’t want, wasn’t made wrong).
3. I got it relatively timely.
And on more than 1 occasion too, so far so good.
Some may say «why waste your money» or «food sucks!» — to those, I ask — «do you know you’re eating in a FastFood establishment, right?»
Anyway — I went in, got my food, enjoyed it, and left — exactly as I would have expected from a fast food establishment.

The customer service at this location is pretty poor. Consistently they either mess up the order, don’t give you all your food, AND ALWAYS seem to have an issue giving you the condiments you ask for. You can ask for 5 ketchup packets and they will give you 2, then either they ignore you or pretend they can’t speak english or understand basic arithmetic until you drive away. I MUST know — do condiments come out of employee paychecks? It’s certainly a one-​of-​a-​kind experience. The kind that inspires you to write to their corporate office.
I don’t know what it is about this spot. I’ve received horrible service at 3 separate business in this location; the Subway next door, and the Radio Shack next to that. It’s almost as though the same people own ALL these businesses, and are just crapping it up. AMAZING.

This place is getting one star the food I ordered was Luke warm the fries tasted like they had been sitting in the warming bin under the heat lamps all day the general appearance of the restaurant was dirty I walked in the front door there was trash hanging off of the trash bin and a shift leader or manager just walked by in disregard I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the floor was littered with trash some guy in the stall asked if I was a employee because they were out of toilet paper the urinal was dirty and there was a puddle under it … Wow where has burger king gone I remember this place back in the day used to be clean now they could care less how it looks That is sad

I haven’t been to burger king in several years and was happy to see that it tasted just the same as I remember it. I used to go to burger king after school every few days with some high schools friends. The whopper taste just as good now as it then. The restaurant was clean and the help was very friendly and quick.
Fast food is still fast food, and I’m sure I’ll regret eating it later… but for now let me enjoy this fattening high calorie delicious in a not that great kind of way.
