Had my son’s 4th birthday there today on June 11th at 10am. We had the megastar package that came with everything except the cake. We literally just showed up with the cake. They did everything. The manager-I forget her name-greeted us, went over our party details, and led us to our reserved table where our attendant Samantha was waiting for us. Everybody, including the adults, had a blast. My little guy was a bit overwhelmed at times but he really enjoyed himself. The two hours we were there was worth every penny spent. Customer service was outstanding. Samantha did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend having a kid’s party(too bad they don’t have adult parties!!!) here. If you’re like me where you don’t want to have to do a lot and still have a great party, chuck e cheese’s parties are the way to go… and go megastar because EVERYTHING is provided.

Tables are not being cleaned right they wipe with a dirty rag they probably have been using all day with out rinsing, good thing i bring antibacterial wipes to wipe my own table myself… Besides that i prefer this location than the one in arden. Its more spacious and not as ghetto or atleast not this visit. It wasn’t that crowded for a saturday afternoon compared to arden that is always crowded and ghetto. I just come to bring my kids for a little fun, if not i wouldn’t be here. They have changed the token system to a card. which in a way i don’t mind since my kids are older and they knw how to use it, but for younger kids you would have to be running behind them and scanning the card for them. Not like a token just give them a handful and set them free. It used to be 1 token a game now its like 15 points and they finish their points in a blink of an eye! In this case i prefer johns incredible they have 2 and 3 point games but sadly the drive out there is too much. I don’t know if i will be coming as often if their games are a ridiculous amount of points. I’ll probably make the effort and sacrifice to drive to johns incredible which is very well worth it.

I just want to say that those two reviews below Jocelyn with the weird hair and Samantha are ex employees for Chuck E Cheese from what I understand Nick the manager was trying to give them great customer service and trying to prevent them from calling corporate. Talk about immaturity. I mean really what manager or any employee would put their hands on a kid? I’m sure that would call for a lawsuit. I have been there and the employees are nothing but nice maybe there kitchen staff could hurry up with the food but this a great place to take kids.

If you haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese for a while, you may or may not be disappointed that it is no longer a token per game but now works on a card swipe-err– tap(like apple pay or something). And its 10 to 15 «points» per swipe. Games that use tokens dispense 1 token at a time per swipe(15 points). I’m sure there are still killer coupons online but I haven’t checked for a while. It has gone up in cost per kid and I considered it a budget friendly place of you didn’t order food and all that. Also, the staff is kind but we had trouble with the machines taking points but not starting but the tech didn’t offer a few game or anything where as the previous manager would always«comp» games if it took your token. It’s still an ok place to go and have fun for kids. It’s Clean and I Feel safe with the kids there.

update: I spoke to Nick, the GENERAL Manager. He was unprofessional and rude. I explained to him what had happened during my visit there and he pretty much told me he’d take care of it and that he had already spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with him and couldn’t spend anymore time with me as he had 7 parties to handle and he was the only manager there. He also said, «you’re going to call Corporate, right, so just call Corporate». 1. I’ve had a couple parties at Chuck E. Cheese and been to several as well. Not once have I seen the Manager come out to host, entertain at the parties. 2. When I called, Clarissa answered the phone. Who supposedly is one of the Managers. Which would mean that he wasn’t the only manager there. Which means he clearly LIED!!! The Managers at this location are very unprofessional and rude!!! If these are the type of people Chuck E. Cheese has running their establishment, I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m not wasting my time or money at a place that doesn’t know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend everyone pass and take your kids somewhere else, might be a bit of a drive for some but I’ve NEVER been treated this was at John’s Incredible Pizza or Dave and Buster’s!!! As for Corporate, I still haven’t heard back from them. I left a message for the CEO and will be calling again if I still don’t hear back. Managers who nearly knock kids over and respond to parents with«they should’ve moved» like Clarissa did should NOT be a manager especially at a children’s establishment.

This place is cool nice for kids, only been here once. Went on a Monday and it was pretty dead. For it being dead, tables were messy and nobody was attending to them. Only negative thing I could say. Decent prices and pizza was good.

This place uses to be 5 stars, now it’s easily only 2, and that because the game room attendants are very nice. That’s it. I’d rather go to Arden, which is sad. The pizza is gross, management is rude, and it’s filthy. I’m not very picky either.

I have never been so horrified by the actions of a manager in my entire life. Today I witnessed the manager, Nick, actually fighting with a customer who was being very understanding and cooperative about the old pizza Chuck E Cheese tried to give her family. He was more than rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to this poor family, and worst of all, he made a scene in front of about 15 of us who left right after it happened and won’t ever come back. Prior to this, I was already mad because the manager, Clarissa, pushed my little cousin by the video games, and he nearly fell to the ground. I watched her push another child a few minutes later, and she yelled«well he needs to move» when the mom said«please don’t touch my son again» Needless to say, many people agreed with me in the parking lot that we will never come back, I have already told all my friends with kids, and will continue to spread the word if nothing gets done.

Keep your belongings with you! My son’s jacket and backpack with diapers and wipes inside was stolen from our table! Come on, really?! You’re an adult and stole from a kid Chuck E Cheeses while you were with your family?! SMH. What an embarrassment!

I used to take our daughter to Arden location when she was little. Of course when this location popped up we had to give it a try. Its good I guess for a arcade place. She still likes some of the arcade games they have and basketball game. Everytime we have her cousin we come, he’s almost four he has so much fun. I think they should raise the entry price a bit. It would help to eliminate some of characters that show up on weekends and in the evening, just a thought. Over all decent experience most of the time.

We had a party that we reserved. The employees who help at each table are great. Takes the stress off our shoulders. They light the candles, bring the kids together to sing and dance, help slice and serve the cake, help with the piñata, and all that jazz. You get some free tickets for the birthday kid, free cool sippy cup and play cards for all the kids including food with the whole package. It’s a pretty good deal. All the kids had a really great time.

How SAD it was when went to Chuckecheese and found out that they don’t use tokens anymore yet when printing out discounts it still says tokens. Each game is 15 points on the card(which is a dollar to purchase). Kids weren’t happy about this. We will have to find another place to go. Bye Chuckecheese…

Chuck e cheese isn’t bad when you come on a Monday. Barely anyone here. Nice! Staff here has improved from since they first opened. Everything is a bit cleaner and nicer. Games are working not like before. Pizza changed a bit. The old style I missed a lot but these thinner crust ones aren’t too bad

I usually take my niece to John’s Incredible, but since that’s a drive out, we just come here from time to time. But once you walk in you just get a whiff of this nasty odor, the workers aren’t that friendly, and the games don’t seem to last very long at all. I feel like over the years Chuck E. Cheese has lost its charm, seemed a lot better back in the day.

One of our favorite family go to places, especially in this heat. Hours of fun even for the adults. My only complaint is that it gets WAY to over crowded in the weekends with birthday parties. The best time to go is during the week days in the early afternoon, hardly anyone there at all. They have a great salad bar as well for those of us that are health conscious. And around Halloween they give tons of tickets if the kids wear their costumes!

No more token. Play pass card very disappointed. Each game take at least 15 point to play. It used to take us an hour to play with 120 token. Now it 1200 credit. Take about 10 minutes. Done before the pizza arrive. The new games pay less ticket too. I think it another way for Chuck E to take advance of our kids and make profit. If they loose their card then you screw. I won’t be coming back here. I think I’ll be taking them to Dave &Buster instead. At least their food and prizes are much better. Shame on Chuck E I hope you happy with yourself.

No more tokens! You now load money onto a play pass card and give the cards to the kids. They tap the cards on a game a start playing. This is bad on so many levels. 1. Younger kids don’t know how to use the machines to find their balance. 2. Kids and adults have no idea how much the games cost. 3. If a child loses his/her card then there goes ALL their money. 4. Most young kids need something(like a coin) to use that is tangible. They learn to understand the value of a token. They learn to understand that when the tokens are gone, then playtime is over. The idea of money on a card is an idea that’s too complex for them to understand. I believe that this is a way for Chuck E. Cheese to boost profits and take advantage of children. Shame on you Chuck!

This place is okay. It’s best to come durning the weekdays so it’s not so busy! If you come on the weekend be ready for angry adults and kids begging strangers for money. I’ve had a few kids come up to my kids and ask for coins. But it is a great place for your kids. Just make sure that they take full showers once they are home lol. These places are always crawling with germs! The customer service has gotten really good here, It use to really suck!

Kaitlyn(our birthday party host) was a freaking rock star! She made our lives so much easier! She handled herself in a super professional manner! I see management opportunities in her future! She was so good with all of the kids, kept to a timed schedule! Without her, this was easily a 3 star experience! So remember to request Kaitlyn to be your party host and tip her if she does an amazing job for you! We had 11 kids at our party, however we originally reserved 15 spots. They allowed us to reduce our reservations by four guests on the day of the event, so we didn’t have to pay for guests that didn’t show up! We spent about $ 160. That included our party host, 3 medium pizzas for the kids, $ 10(I think) in tokens for each kid, unlimited soda, a cape and glasses for the birthday boy! I was also able to reserve 40 seats for my guests! When it was time to open presents, our host Kaitlyn offered to write down every present that was opened and who it was from! This allowed us to focus on our son and will allow us to send thank you letters out later! Again this place rocked! Thanks again Kaitlyn for making it enjoyable and memorable!
