Please, someone teach these people what an Italian soda is. An Italian soda has seltzer water and syrup. I ordered a large and received water and syrup. I took my drink back in, it cost $ 3.60 and asked why there was no carbonation in it. They told me there was some but not much. The worst Italian soda ever. I will never be back and continue to patronize only Dutch Bros.

1 $ for scones, muffins, & Cinnabon buns??? Yes please! ()~! This place is so cute & so much better than the Starbucks across the street!(´`) The barista was beyond kind & I appreciated it ^^! This place will NOT disappoint(*^_^*)

I love It’s a Grind tropical iced tea so when I went in today the Barista looked at me like I was a regard when I said my order because it is not tropical it is passion fruit and he was not clear on what I was ordering. After I felt stupid I waited for my order. My Danish was not warmed or was I even asked. My drink was wrong made with a minty tea instead. When I got in my car to leave the barista was dumping the trash and just kept staring at me. I will probably frequent the waterman store in the future,

If you like dark coffee… try the high octane! This coffee is intensely flavorful! Love the atmosphere and the customer service is on point! The coffee seems a little pricey except… their«small» is the same size as a Starbucks medium & their medium is the same size as a Starbucks large

I’m rating It’s a Grind at two stars today, I went in to the coffee shop at 10:20 and there were four young staff working. I ordered my drink and then went to sit at one of many empty tables all of which had napkins and crumbs on them; as I observed one gal leaning against the counter behind the coffee pots. No one was waiting on a drink except me until a guy came in and ordered a Frap drink of some sort. The gal who took my order was now making drinks, mine I hope, as other staff stood around dirty tables and all. I waited over 5 minutes for my drink as she carried on a conversation with the guy who ordered the Frap. I assumed she was working on my drink and conversing with Frap guy. Finally after she set Frap guys drink on the counter, she looks over and says… here is your drink. I wondered how long it sat there because she was busy chatting with Frap guy. I used to live in It’s a Grind, the coffee is great, however, I stopped going in and started going to Starbucks because the service started to diminish. I thought I’d give it a new shot today, I can see it’s still good coffee but crappy service.

Good coffee? No I think their coffee specialty drinks are average and normal coffee isn’t that good. Grocery stores do a better job at making coffee. Good service but average coffee, I rarely go here because of that but when I do go it is because someone gave me a gift card.

Ummm. Okay this used to be great. Still is at the right time. I feel like there are a lot of new kids here who aren’t that experienced yet. I can only hope that they will improve in the future. Their baked goods are still pretty awesome at this location, much better than the Waterman location. Their blended drinks are still the best out of every coffee place-well when the older ones are working the drinks. Which they had soy milk without carrageenan. Terrible thing to have in your body, by the way. Be careful when consuming drinks that have this ingredient. Oh also what I love about it’s a Grind is that if you do bring your own milk substitute they will use it. Not a lot of places do that so I appreciate It’s a Grind for this-but seriously get rid of the carrageenan. Oh and fix the wifi.

The place was packed with high schoolers. The cashier/barista taking my order was nice. As I was waiting for my white chocolate mocha, I tried to use their WiFi but it would not connect. After many attempts, I gave up. Coffee was not good… didn’t really taste like white chocolate mocha… flat n burnt

Prices more expensive than Starbucks? How is that even possible? I would come here more often if it wasn’t outrageously priced. And yet, I have still chosen to go here a couple of times because you can actually taste the coffee in their special drinks. If you like a stronger coffee flavor(more like Petes), this may be your place. Nice employees here, and not as crowded as a lot of other local coffee houses. Definitely nothing I would go out of my way for, but a nice occasional treat if I’m in the plaza.

My love for It’s A Grind started in 2003 when I started working there after leaving cold stone and the everlasting waffle cone smells of my first job. It’s a Grind was popping up left and right in Roseville so I decided to give it a try. I live in the bay area now and not as many on the corner like Starbucks and Peets. Unsure why they haven’t tried to franchise out this way but every time I see one I stop to bring me back to my roots of good coffee and the AMAZING Hawaiian sea-salt ice coffee. If I want a PB fix I order the funky monkey. If you want a smoothie try the strawberry bomb. Why you ask. CAUSEIT’S THEBOMB! You also can’t go wrong with the vanilla latte and you can even get it iced. I love this coffee house and the variety and quality is on point. From one coffee lover to another, stop in and give it a try.

When I am craving a GIANT iced coffee I know it’s a grind has me covered! I don’t know how many ounces of white mocha goodness can fit in their large cup but oh my… it’s a lot of coffee!

Great coffee. Poor customer service. First I had a ZBest coupon for a buy one get one of equal or lesser value FREE& I ended up paying for anything $ 7.10 for 2 white raspberry mochas. Hmmm when I asked they’re explanation was the coupon was up to $ 4(not stated on coupon)! Since there’s was people behind me I didn’t continue to question it. I paid the outrageous price for my supposedly 1 coffee & sat down to work on a big project. WI-Fi down, I request for assistance & I’m told without checking«I doubt is our wifi». Waited 10mins for the barista to reset it & nothing. I got up asked for my 2nd drink to be made & requested again to please reset the router. No apologies, no eye contact, no nothing. They brought my 2 coffee(to go), I thanked the cashier who brought to me & she said nothing. She simply turned around & left!!! So spend your money wisely…& just go somewhere else if you need to hang out & get work done.

It’s like having an oasis in my own stomping ground, thumbs up double. I’m a true coffee bean head, nothing beats a good handy buzz when I need one. Also the employees are smart and helpful. The prices are reasonable too. Did I mention fresh? You won’t find any fresher Columbia yourself …

This particular It’s a grind is definitely my favorite coffee shop in the area. Their iced white mocha is one of the bests I’ve ever had. Their workers are so nice and the coffee comes out quickly. This is a great place to meet with friends, study, do work, it’s very comfortable. Prices here are a bit higher then even Starbucks, but the quality is superb. Also, they only have soy milk as an alternative, no Almond, I’m hoping they get that soon but that won’t stop me from enjoying the awesome atmosphere that it offers!

We to stopped by for something sweet after grabbing a bite to eat next door(sushi mono). When we arrived, the baristas were friendly and greeted us. The shop offered wifi and plenty of seats were available. Pretty chill area just to people watch. I was craving a sweet drink — so I ended up ordering the iced white mocha; nonfat with no whip, please. My order came out pretty fast. It was a little too sweet for my taste so I’ll definitely ask for less white mocha pumps and maybe add an extra shot of expresso. Overall, it fixed my sweet tooth. :-)

Drinks were remade twice. Once because it was not soy then the other because it was the wrong size. It took kind of long to make two drinks without even having a line behind us or anyone in front of us. I ordered the mint iced mocha and honestly it just tasted like mint cookies blended into a mocha. I love mint but this wasn’t my favorite at all. The staff was friendly but I wouldn’t really go back. Last time here was about 7 years ago. I can see why I never came back. :/

I ordered a Nutty Hazelnut Latte. Their espresso base isn’t very strong but it was a good cup of iced coffee nonetheless. Not too sweet. The staff is friendly. Comfortable spot to study alone. Wifi available :-)
