Don’t sit at the bar here unless you are a regular! You will get ignored! Just got the worst service from Jason at the bar. Every server that walked by asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything… Jason stayed at the other end of the bar and talked to some older couple. Horrible!

This Restaurant Has A Great Staff The Waitress Was Awesome The Food Not So Much I Asked For The ribeye Steak cooked medium and It was really well done I didn’t complain because I don’t plan on coming back anyway the mashed potatoes taste a lot like the ones you make out of a box I regret picking this place from all the options I passed along the way I DONOT recommend this place at all stay away unless all you want is a friendly interaction with a cute waitress or somthing.

As a Family of 5 happy eaters often out 2 – 3 times a week we have a good feel of what we like. The staff at this location were good, and pleasantly accommodating to out needs. Let’s talk food. Careful careful. Read and look closely. The order of medallions with ribs was myself and the little woman’s choice, with different sides to share. Don’t Do It! There’s sauces involved with this plate that will jar a memory of TV dinner saulsbery steak sauce… Yuck, thick and horrible, they drown the beef in it and forget it. Then something they called ranch style beans??? It literally tasted like canned chilly beans with water and no meat. We were so disappointed. And had following day tummy aches to remind us that the next hundred plus bucks we drop, won’t land anywhere near this spot. Tony… Wow really. Expected main stream not main scream.

Usually come in for their signature baby back ribs but found them very very dry today. Our server was also way out of it. Our onion loaf came after our plates, he offered us bread well after we were already eating our meal, and brought me loaded bake potatoes even though I ordered it plain. He wasn’t very busy so I don’t understand why his service was lacking. I used to like this place but it’s lost it’s quality all around. A very mediocre experience.

Great ribs and service. Parking is abundant. Went on Sunday afternoon, and waited about 20 minutes before being seated, but once in, the waiter was there right away and we got food in 20 minutes!

I always enjoy to dine at Tony Roma’s encino with my family, my family and I like the food. It has a good quality and Its delicious. They usually check in their customers fast but when you get seated and order your food it’s usually takes a while for them to bring the food to the table. I would like to see if they can work on that area as well and add more people inside their kitchen so they minimize the waiting time specially on busy time like Friday nights, over the weekend and holidays.

So yesterday,(11/01/2015) my family and i decided to bring my niece To one of her Favorite restaurants for her Birthday dinner. She LOVES The babyback Ribs from here, i had heard nothing but good things about the food prior to my visit, Yesterday was my first and LAST Time at this location! Service Was poor and Our server was VERY Rude. I ordered the St. Louis Ribs with a side of mashed potatoes and fries… as i go in To take my first bite i feel something sharp stap my gums i then pull out a STAPLE From my mouth. I didnt want to make a big deal out of it EVENTHOUGHITIS A HUGEDEAL i let(im guessing he was the manager) know hoping they’d handle the situation accordingly. They brought me a «fresh» plate(i then had to wait another 10 minutes) after my family had already started eating. I figured theyd Atleast cover the plate charge but all i got was an «oh sorry» NEVERAGAIN!

Have not been in Tony Roma’s for a long time, I had the baby back ribs, and garlic potatoes, and the bloom onion rings which was sooooo good. The baby back ribs was ok at the end it was not tasting that good I think the quality is different which they can work on the ribs make it much better again, but I’m still giving them five stars. My Pena Colada was soooo good, the best Pena Colada ever, and of course a good service. I will be back again for sure :)

I have been coming here for years and I never thought to leave a review until now. My mom loves this place. I come here fairly often with the family. It’s our go to spot to celebrate birthdays and holidays. Always have to get the onion loaf here it’s one of our favorites. For my entrée I usually get the baby backs with french fries and a baked potato(carb overload I know lol). The barbecue sauce here is amazing. The food quality has been pretty consistent over the years. Although I have to agree with one reviewer that the rib quality is slightly different than it was a few years ago. Regardless Tony Roma’s Will always hold a special place in my heart.

Quite possibly one of the best creations ever! I come here twice a year to make sure I get my satisfaction. Baby back ribs so good even my girlfriend devoured her half slab. I went with the full slab with broccoli for health conscious folks and baked potato on the side. Had so much sauce on my fingers that I stuck it in my girls mouth to lick them off! Yes she was shocked as we’re some of the surrounding tables but aside from a little protest she licked the goodness off and we continued to eat. Now she knows what they mean by finger licking good. 23.49 I believe for the full slab with two sides, the moment factor: priceless ! I recommend this place to any carnivore or pregnant lady(it ain’t mine).

This is not real BBQ like the south or that I expected that. I don’t go to Sizzler for a steak or Denny’s but my grandfather did. Go figure. I am temp in town and just wanted good service, flavorful food, reasonable price, and a bar on a very hot day. It exceeded my expectations. I loved the baby back ribs and the onion rings! The bar was nice and people actually chatted. I met nice people. I will go back before I leave VN area. The place made me feel welcomed. You don’t get that much kind customer service these days especially if you are white in this area. I chatted and laughed with servers. They were super nice. Back a second time: Christy the bartender gave me a new wine to try. That’s my go to now called«Dream Tree» or sounds like… ask Christy.

Quality of food was not at all what I expected. My husband compared them to a Norms quality so way overpriced for what you get. Our waiter was a very nice young guy who tried but just wasn’t that great. I ordered the pork chop which was pretty good. I ordered the broccoli and the beans both terrible but edible. I ordered the sausage soup which I had been looking forward to trying all day when I previewed there menu online. I was told they no longer have it(was still on the menu) I was offered the option between potatoes soup or tortilla. Why a place supposedly know for ribs is serving tortilla soup is beyond me but I tried it. Was a bit over seasoned but not that bad. Hubby got the ribs I tried one and wasn’t that impressed. Our daughter got the pasta she said it was cold and didn’t eat that much. Another person in our party got the salmon and shrimp she said it was just okay and the wild rice that came with had so much salt she could t eat it. My daughter tasted the rice, agreed and spit it out. So sorry Tony but we will not be back.

Well with only a couple of locations left of this establishment, they still put out some good ribs, steak and grilled shrimp. I had a good meal after a long day at work. This location was pretty busy on a Friday night. That’s always a good sign. I can’t remember the last time I ate at Tony Roma’s. However they still are consist in their Quality and taste. Must of all the ribs feel right off the bones. The steak had all the right seasoning and most of cooked to perfection My server was very attentive during my entire visit. Good Job.Very polite and most of well manured. So after a long day it was a blessing to eat here on a Friday night. When we all eat out we all want to fill like where at home this is what I experienced last night. Great Job. Full bar service, with a few TV’s and most of all Good Food and Great Service. I have to admit, this place isn’t what it was 15 years ago. It seems like quality has fallen off a bit but service was still pretty good. Started off with half an order of the Onion Loaf and an order of the Kickin’ Shrimp. Onion loaf was more on the burnt side and didn’t have the fresh taste. The shrimp was good and wasn’t too spicy. For my entrée, of course I had the full rack baby back ribs. I remember this being better that what it is now. The ribs did come out a little dry but one of my favorite things about this restaurant is all the extra sauces they provide on your table. Service: Good Food: Ehhh Location: Amazing
