Starbucks

Giving this location ⁴⁄₅ stars just because there’s always available tables for me to study. I used to think of this location a perfect ⁵⁄₅ since (1,) it’s super close to my house, (2.) there’s always going to be a table opened for me to study, and (3), it isn’t too cold/​freezing inside. BUT THENNN recently, I ordered a venti iced coffee. On top of that, I am a Gold card member and I know that gold card members could get free refills on iced coffees and teas as long as you stay inside the store. But when I JUST paid my coffee with my GOLD card, I asked «MELISSA» if I could get a free refill for my iced coffee as long as I stay inside. she said «NO, only for gold card people.» She was SO RUDE ANNND didn’t even look at me while talking!!! SO DISRESPECTFUL! I was like, «Uhhh, well didn’t you just see that I paid my drink WITH my gold card?! Ugh nvm» SO THANKS A LOT MELISSA FOR RUINING MY STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE!

Great location but the worst service.
I ate one of their sandwich few day ago around 3pm becaus of skiped lunch. I got a hives and rash all my body after 20 mins I ate. Actually, I do not have food allergies. The manager said, «our food was ok, go to the urgent care, we do not care.» she even did not say sorry.
How do I believe and know the sandwich’s condition? Expire date can not give 100% guarantees for safety issue. Sometimes delivery problem, sometimes storage problem, sometimes hygiene problem.etc.
How ever, this SB put the blame on me. I am so disappointed it and no more belive their food.

Ehhhh. Their caramel tastes so good it’s the only reason I keep going back BUT I’m starting to get annoyed… Coffee is coffee, it shouldn’t be so difficult and come along with so many confusing questions… Like what size do I want my 2 shots of espresso??? Do you want it in a hot cup or a cold cup??? «Hot…» Cuz if I put it in the hot cup you won’t get as much… Okay put it in the cold cup then… Then it comes out over ice… Ugh! 2 shots of espresso should just be that easy… They are confusing and unnecessarily annoying. And the caramel iced coffee with half and half, sounds easy enough, but is never consistent…

The service here is horrible. You guys need to find a cashier that’s more welcoming. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day. You’re at work, suck it up!

I love this Starbucks, the staff is very friendly & it’s clear to see that they work very hard,. That is the most important thing to me whenever I enter a business. My drinks are always awesome & I simply have no complaints. Most definitely my preferred location when it comes to the Starbucks franchises! Personal tip, my favorite for you health gurus: black tea unsweet! (black tea acts as a detox for your body if unsweetened, and it tastes awesome too!!)

Worst service ever. They are too busy packing up 30mins before closing time and just never called us for our order. No one is in the store and couldn’t even tell us the order has been ready for a good 10 mins already. I highly do not recommend this StarBucks!

Hit and miss. sometimes the drinks are great… sometimes so bad we take them to another location to have them remade. Its very inconsistent. Last couple visits drinks were not very good. coffee tasted bitter.

One star because the staff needs to get their training redone. I was going 1 – 2 x per week but no more because I’m tired of having to repeat my order several times both in the drive thru and walk in service. Instead of this one I’ll head over to another one nearby that has much better customer service.

I like Starbucks in general. I have been to this location a few times and it doesn’t seem to fit the quality standards I come to expect from Starbucks. This morning was a example of that. My experience this morning was terrible, The staff at this location needs work. The lady at register kept making mistakes taking my order then the guy making the drinks got so upset he was cussing and ended up getting coffee all over the place some on my shorts and on my shirt from not paying attention to what he was doing. So a T-​shirt ruined while paying $ 6+ for a drink. This places need to get it together and not have a attitude. It may be harsh leaving one star but at $ 6+ a drink and prices going up. You cannot continue to have bad days like this especially at the prices they charge.

I’ve always loved this location, because they always make my drink right. I haven’t gone to Starbucks in forever, so I finally decided to go tonight to get my Caramel Brûlée Latte. I went to the drive thru and the girl who took my order couldn’t really hear me so I had to repeat myself 3 times. I was so disappointed when I got my drink, because not only was it not in a red cup, but it also tasted watered down. It honestly didn’t even taste anything like caramel brûlée so I basically just wasted 5 bucks. I was looking forward to my red cup too especially because it’s perfect for this rainy weather. Oh well.

Either they get your order wrong (how hard is it to make a Chai Tea Latte) or they are out of something that you want to try (toasted graham).

I haven’t had an issue with this starbucks at all. They always make my drinks perfectly. Service is always friendly no matter what time of day!

The drive thr is always great! There is a heavy American American lady has the worst attitude I have ever seen a Starbucks employee have. Every time I would ask for something she would turn to another employee and say GURLLL… I’m like really because I asked for a spoon I’m bothering you that bad. Beside her this Starbucks is a 5*

I go here very often! Every time I go drive through, I at least find 6 cars ahead in line. But the way they move the line is impressive! They are pretty fast. Usually I will hesitate to get into a such a long line but not here! Guaranteed that you will get out in few minutes! Not bad at all!

I stopped for a quick jolt of caffeine. I am not the big Starbucks fan I used to be so this was only out of convenience. This is a pretty standard location for the coffee giant. It is clean and well staffed. The have a decent selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches in the AM.
I got a Venti quad shot White Mocha. Based on the fact it had 4 shots of espresso I should have felt like I was flying. Unfortunately with SB coffee I had a brief shot of energy which quickly faded. I will give them the fact the drink tasted good but it is not for waking up or for keeping you awake. Wish they would get real espresso and not the watered down Americanized stuff they pump out.

Bagel came toasted just great and drinks made to perfection.

Venue: This Starbucks is small. As in anywhere you sit, you’re not that far from the cashier. Personally, I don’t like sitting under someone’s nose, so that’s not really preferable for me. But there is a drive through, and it’s right by the freeway, so that’s convenient.
Food and drink: What I got was pretty much standard Starbucks stuff that will be the same at every other Starbucks. I tried the Pike Place Roast, with zero creamer and sugar added. It’s okay. I’m still learning to appreciate the abundant flavors of coffees, and I can’t say this roast was anything spectacular. It was strong, somewhat bitter, and unmemorable. Like many coffees. The cinnamon coffee cake was okay. I kept hearing how good it was at Starbucks so I thought I’d pair it with my coffee. If I had to get a pastry at Starbucks, I wouldn’t get this one again. It was almost like market bought angel cake with cinnamon swirled in. Almost fakely sweet yet somewhat bland at the same time. I’d rather get a scone or a cheese pastry.

Great service yesterday morning from the Starbucks staff! Despite busy in morning, orders came quick & staff provider great service. Started my day right! Ordered & love love love their Caramel brûlée soy latte and Bacon Gouda artisan sandwich. Wish that drink is avail year round.

Why is everyone mad in here ??? The young lady at the cash register Lori had a major attitude and she charged me double. when i went back to let her know she did a mistake in my receipt, she was trying to tell me I ordered double then she told me that the other guy Miles would help me and honestly, the look she gave me made me so uncomfortable. Miles was ok, not friendly but not mean, just professional. I would never come back to this location.. very disappointed
Only 2 starts for the barista for doing a good job on the drink quality

Free wi-​fi, lots of empty chairs, close to the freeway, yummy drinks, what more could you ask for?
I like that this Starbucks is quieter than most. It’s not that there’s less people inside, maybe it’s the way the store is designed.
