My group shared the spinach salad which was fresh and dressed well. We each tried a different special and all 3 were wonderful. Each dish was very different, rich in flavor and depth and accompanied by two well-​picked sides. One of the best places for a meal in Erie.

I stopped by one of the best restaurants in Erie the other day. I will tell you the staff makes it such a fantastic place to go. They are very kind and genuine and are knowledgeable about their menu. The owner Karen I have met several times and I am truly impressed with how she really makes you feel at home. I can’t impress upon you to try out this fabulous restaurant. I like the fact this place has a hip vibe that’s a far cry from the usual chain restaurants that are located nearby. The menu has a diverse selection and desserts were very tatsy.

The dinners here are incredible. Everything is so fresh and tasty and definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Desserts are wonderful and are made there. Also for the time being its BYOB. That may change.
Now for lunch. Unfortunately my shrimp po boy was awful. I was so excited to go there for lunch just to get that. Absolutely tasteless and it definitely needs to be worked on. I will avoid lunch but will be glad to go back for dinner.

We did go back! The Bein’ Green appetizer was delicious, and both the catfish and the creole shrimp entrees were terrific. Homemade pumpkin cake was a wonderful finish. A great addition to the downtown, locally owned restaurant scene.
