El Pollo Loco has been a Good stand by for my family, in the past I have always been satisfied with the service and quality.
I rarely have anything other then the Classic Chicken Salad.
Today I ordered my usual and I always take it to go, got home opened my salad and there was half the usual amount.
There was No cheese, the chicken was for the most part burnt and even the lettuce barely covered the bowl.

El Pollo Loco is my favie for Mexican style grilled chicken. It’s healthier than fried chicken. and is tasty too. It’s juicy and flavorful every time!
I also get their mac and cheese which is also delish. along with their avocado salsa to go with my flour tortillas.
I’ve only done the drive-​thru at this location and each time the workers are always super fun and friendly!
I also got lucky one time and in my 2 leg kids meal order. I found an extra third chicken in there. SCORE!!! ;D

I’m a Pollo loco loyal customer. I eat there food at lease 3 to four times a week. But this location is the worst I ever experience. Almost every time they got my order wrong. And a couple of times there chicken was burnt. I mainly order there chicken salads. I I’m tired of dealing with there mistakes so I stopped eating at this location cause it really pisses me off that much. So I try to eat at the location by my job. By sports arena. Best service ever. There always kind and serve with pride.

Showed up great service and oreder was ready in 3 – 5 minutes! Friendly cashier polite for all customers. The guy with white shirt shows great service. He’s awesome, I definitely recommend this mexican restourant.

Place is always so clean. Staff is so friendly and food never disappoints. I personally love any of their tostada salads. I don’t like how tricky it can be to get into the parking/​drive thru. Awesome prices for the fresh food I will always come back!

This is the third El Pollo Loco I have eaten at over the years. The other two were so bad I told myself to never go back. Well the TV ads indicated things had changed and we should give them another try, which we did. A bunch of carry out food for the whole family and the evening was good! The tostada salads with chicken and shrimp were great as was small side salad. Not sure about the other menu items, but for a return visit with low expectations, we were all pleasantly surprised. We will be back to try some tacos and other menu items on another visit.

Reasonable lunch option with a large variety of salsas and drinks.
— Not as busy as the W Valley Pkwy location.
— Salads are okay, but the Tostada is a better choice and a buck cheaper.
— Even better salads are found across the street at Farmer Boys.
— Messed up the kids meal order (they did this at the other location too).
— Drink Bar is actually pretty good — They have Passion Mango iced Team AND Coke Zero

I’m so glad to have el pollo loco here. I love the salsa bar and the friendly fast food service. The place is always kept clean and when I’m craving less unhealthy Mexican food, this place is the place i choose to go to. The variety of the salsas are a big treat and their chicken is so good. Love it. I come here with my family quite often and we all leave with satisfaction. Keep up the great work!

Great food, excellent service and a perfect location — close to my work. Grandma is always delivering food with a smile and greets everyone that comes in. Plus you get free wifi from FedEx haha.

Fast hard working employees. I had the Pablano Avocado and it is the better I ever had. It was late so there was only me and a senior citizen but the kitchen was busy with the drive thru.
I’m going to start having my Polo loco inside from now on after this experience.

We had food catered yesterday for a party for about 40 people. They were on time, food was great! They had serving spoons and containers for everything! I called the manager Hugo, to change the time kind of last minute. It was no problem and they arrived when I needed them. The delivery person was very kind. I will definitely be using them again! Very affordable and just over all such a great experience. Thank you!

We love to go to El Pollo Loco on a sunday afternoon, the service is awesome & the food is great! We learned the hard way, however, don’t go after 8pm. The food is actually served BARELY WARM through the drive-​thru. Last night was the 3rd time this happened, which makes 100% of the times we’ve gone after 8pm. Plus, they run out of things alot, like: broccoli and lettuce. Had to get CABBAGE in my double-bowl.which is better I guess than COLD FOOD

This place keeps getting better and better if you have not been at this place in a while you should give it a try, the customer service is great, very friendly staff, they are presently remodeling as well. If you are dieting I recommend their 500 and under calorie menu it is delicious and very filling. Stop by you won’t regret it.

The four stars is due to the building and not to anything else. I frequent EPL due to the fact that it is convenient and delicious.
I have gotten bad service there once in the many years I’ve been going, I haven’t seen that person in a long time so they may no longer be there. The friendliest team members are «dulce» and man who is always grilling on the back grill. Wish i knew his name. The restaurant could use a remodel but other than that this place is awesome.

I want to know where this place gets their miniature chickens? I’ve been there twice, and each time I feel like I’m getting ripped off with the grilled pigeon-​sized chicken they serve me. I leave hungry, and I end up having to visit the Jack-​in-​the-​Box next door just to fill my stomach up. The side orders are dinky, too. The two or three bites on the chicken was pretty good, though, hence the second star.
