After market can be dicey, but these guys put that worry to rest. Called and tried to get in on a Saturday. …uhhh no. Call ahead and set an appointment is best, but I arrived at opening and they fit me in. any down time was spent on my car. Guess what? Had me out faster than expected. Edgar walked me through the alarm/​keyless remote, warranty etc. Ok… want service, great warranty and price to boot? Look no further… recommend highly.

I was on the verge of ordering a pair of 6.5″ speakers from Amazon, but a quick stop at Brad’s changed my mind. Kris was very friendly, helpful and non-​pressuring. He took the time to make sure I picked the best sounding speakers for my truck, and even printed out the wiring guide for when I installed them at home later. They sound awesome, and I won’t take my car audio business anywhere else. Buy local and check Brad’s out — you won’t be disappointed.

I have an automatic car starter that I had installed about 7 years ago in another state. A few years ago, the «start» function stopped working. The brand of my car starter does not have any authorized dealers or service places any where near Eugene. In the past I have taken it in to other stores that installed other brands of car starters, and have ended up paying varying amounts of money to have them tell me it didn’t work.
Today, I stopped by Brad’s hoping that maybe they would be able to help. They were VERY helpful. He went online to find the installation manual for the brand I have, took my car back to see what he might be able to find or help with, and within 15 minutes my car starter was working again — for the first time in yaers!
Fantastic customer service — I would definitely recommend them for whatever your car audio/​starter needs may be!

I went in to Brad’s CarTunes because I wanted to work with local professionals. I was hoping they would have the expertise to assure me that what I bought was going to do exactly what I wanted, but that I wouldn’t be buying a bunch of features I didn’t need. That is EXACTLY what I found! From the moment I walked in, they patiently worked with me to talk through what I was looking for and test my phone and the set up completely on their show-​room models. I went back a number of times and each time there was no high-​pressure sales, there were only courtesy and professional solutions to my needs and questions. These folks are awesome and I would highly recommend a visit.
