So good I went there twice in five days! Hawaiian Time was a recommendation from a few of my family members in Eugene and I can see why. The food was pretty great for a casual dining experience. The first time I went there I got Kahlua Pork with grilled veggies instead of Macaroni Salad. I did try my dad’s Mac Salad and it was pretty mayo heavy. Not my thing, but I was told that mixing their teriyaki or some Sriracha into it is a fantastic way to have it. The pork was falling apart when I got it, perfect! The flavor was great and went really well with the teriyaki sauce. Their rice is standard fare, and the second time I went I got grilled veggies in place of both the extra rice and mac salad, and I liked that the best. Their grilled veggies were cooked perfectly, still some crunch but soft enough to eat. They are seasoned a bit, but I’m not sure with what. Service was good, not the quickest place when eating inside but drive thru was quicker. If you’re in a hurry I would suggest it. I will definitely be a return customer next time I’m in Eugene.

They didn’t have our fav’s…no Katsu and no Spam Musubi BUT, the Huli Huli Chicken was great! Mac salad was great too but just a wee bit too much black pepper for my(key word is «my») liking. But all in all it was delicious and the gal who took our order was super nice! Being from Cali — we have all the good Hawaiian food spots. Hawaiian Time definitely satisfied our craving for«home cooked» food

Ordered two pulled pork sandwiches nothing added to them and I walk out with a plate of rice and veggies. WTH? Fifteen bucks of Stirfry. 3rd time this has order has been incorrect. Check orders before you leave. Have had more consistency at McDonalds. I won’t be back.
